2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a surface finishing method using a coating material of a cement material, a composite finishing method comprising two layers of an undercoat, an overcoat or three layers of an undercoat, an intermediate coat, and an overcoat is generally performed. As these coating materials, those using an organic synthetic resin as a binder are generally used, but those using a cementitious binder in part and silica sol or silicate as shown in JP-B-53-34141 are used. A solution using a solution as a binder is used.

The performance required for the surface finish of the cement-based material includes aesthetics and a base protection effect. In the conventional finishing method, as shown below, because the performance of the coating material is not enough and the finishing method is not appropriate,
It is causing various problems. For example, undercoating, intermediate coating, if all or any of the coating film is only organic synthetic resin as a binder, because the coating film has less air permeability,
Blistering, peeling often occurs, especially when the top coat is only organic synthetic resin as a binder,
The coating film has disadvantages such as being tacky and easily retaining stains due to its static electricity retention. As a method for improving these drawbacks, Japanese Patent Publication No. 53-3414 is known.
As shown in FIG. 1, a finishing method using a silica sol binder for both the undercoat and the overcoat is well known. However, when the base contains a fragile layer, the adhesion is not sufficient and the coating sometimes peels off. However, since the coating film of the overcoating material is microscopically containing a large amount of voids, it has a drawback that dust easily enters and becomes dirty. The present invention has a high adhesion to the surface of a cement-based material that could not be solved by the conventional finishing method as described above, does not cause blistering, peeling, etc., and has excellent stain resistance. To provide a composite finishing method for forming

The undercoating material used in the present invention uses a silicate and a polymer aqueous emulsion as a binder, so that the silicate penetrates and strengthens the fragile layer of the cement-based material surface layer, and the polymer aqueous emulsion forms a coating film on the cement-based material surface layer. It has the function of uniformizing the state of the underlayer to prevent the occurrence of uneven suction in the intermediate coating material and the top coating material. In addition, since the formation of the coating film proceeds in a state in which the solution containing the silicate is partially contained, the coating film after drying has minute voids in which the moisture of the silicate solution has evaporated, and the coating film has air permeability. . Si
The molar ratio of O 2 / M 2 O (M represents a substituted or unsubstituted ammonium cation group, Li, Na or K) is 1
In the following cases, the water resistance is remarkably insufficient, and in the case of 5 or more, the stability of the silicate is impaired or the sol substantially appears, so that the permeability to the cement material is impaired. It is not appropriate. When the SiO 2 / resin solids ratio is 0.1 or less, the effect of enhancing the penetration of the base by the silicate is not sufficiently exhibited, and when it is 2 or more, the film-forming properties are insufficient, and uneven suction cannot be suppressed. On the other hand, if the silicate component in the undercoat material is 1% or less, the effect of reinforcing penetration is not sufficient, and the adhesive strength with the cement material is insufficient.

The intermediate coating material used in the present invention uses silica sol and a polymer aqueous emulsion as binders.
It has excellent adhesion to the undercoating material and forms a coating film having appropriate hardness. When the molar ratio of SiO 2 / M 2 O (M represents a substituted or unsubstituted ammonium cation group, Li, Na or K) is 5 or less, the water resistance of the coating film becomes insufficient, and In this case, the stability of the silica sol is impaired, which is not appropriate. When the SiO 2 / resin solids ratio is 0.1 or less, air permeability is insufficient, and when it is 2 or more, the coating film is apt to crack, which is not appropriate. Further, if the silica component in the intermediate coating material is 1% or less, the air permeability is still insufficient, and a good coating film cannot be obtained.

Since the top coat material used in the present invention contains silica sol and a polymer aqueous emulsion as components, it has excellent adhesion to the middle coat material and forms a coating film having moderate voids and minute voids. Since this top coating material does not contain an aggregate component, it fines the fine irregularities of the dried coating film of the intermediate coating material and forms a beautiful glossy finished surface.

In this composite finishing method comprising three layers of an undercoat material, an intermediate coat material and an overcoat material, the undercoat material contains silicate, and the intermediate coat material and the overcoat material contain silica sol as a binder component. Each of the topcoat materials is integrally bonded to each other to obtain a high adhesive strength and, despite the formation of a dense continuous film, does not cause blistering or peeling due to air permeability. In addition, since the overcoating material forms a glossy and moderately hard coating film, it provides a surface that is extremely resistant to contamination, in addition to the property of silica sol that does not easily carry static electricity.
