モルタル混合物に添加して形成した建築用モルタル下地

(従来の技術)

(発明が解決しようとする問題点)
しかしながらこのような下地材においては、構造材間に
取付けた後においても塗工した上塗りセメントモルタル
塗着層の経時的乾燥収縮の為、その構造材を支点とした
反りが生じることとなり、下地材相互間の突合わせ接合
部だけでなく、構造材に沿って亀裂が生じるという新た

添加してモルタル下地材を形成し、上記した問題点を解

ドS3 (日本セメント株式会社製)J100部から
成るモルタル用添加材20部を添加し攪拌混合し、得ら
れた混合物をロールコータ−により厚さ約6■に塗工乾
燥した。次いて通常配合(ポルトランドセメントl:砂
3)を有する外装セメントモルタルを12mmコテ塗り
したところ、塗工性は良好であり、かつクラックの発生
