Description
A technical field related to disaster relief tools that can be carried to disaster sites and transported victims.
In the past, the victim was placed on a stretcher and lifted by two people, and several others were placed on a carrier such as a cart together with the stretcher. However, the carrier was heavy and it was not easy to bring it to the disaster site. The current situation is that the local community associations, stretchers provided to schools, fire brigades, etc. are not effectively utilized. In addition, a stretcher transport device using a rescue woofer, etc. requires five or more people to put a stretcher carrying a sick person on the transport device, and it is close to an amateur other than experts (fire department staff, SDF personnel, etc.) It has been pointed out that people in residents' associations cannot do what they want in an emergency disaster.
In the event of many simultaneous disasters such as an earthquake disaster, it can be easily carried to the disaster site, easily mounted on a stretcher on which a sick person is on board, and transported by one person. Because it is an emergency, it is easy for people close to amateurs such as community associations, schools and fire brigade to transport the stretchers carrying the victims to the destination (ambulance, hospital, etc.) with two people is not.
Each is composed of a wheel, struts, and a stretcher with functions and mechanisms. By attaching and fixing the column part on the head side of the victim on the stretcher and the wheel part on the foot side, it becomes a cart type stretcher so that even one person can easily carry it to the destination.
An object of the present invention is to make it possible for one person to easily carry a stretcher carrying a sick person in a disaster. Usually, stretchers are supplied to local community associations, schools and fire brigades for disasters, but when two people carry the stretchers at the time of a disaster, it becomes heavy when the victim is on board and it is quite harsh work It becomes. In addition, the transport carts for other stretchers used are heavy, and a lot of manpower is required to put the stretcher on which the victim is on the transport cart. Therefore, the present invention was solved by attaching the wheels and struts to the handle part before and after the stretcher so that even one person can easily transport the stretcher necessary for transporting the victim in the event of a disaster.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Next, a procedure and a method for fixing the wheel portion (2) and the support column portion (3) to the stretcher (1) to form a carriage for carriage will be described with reference to FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 4, the side of the stretcher (1) on which the column portion (3) is mounted is lifted in the direction of the arrow (12), and the column (13) is moved from the position of the two-dot chain line to the bottom of the support fitting A (7). The rotating body fulcrum A (27) is rotated 180 ° (14) and fixed under the stretcher (1) and installed on the ground (15). In order to secure and stabilize the support (3), it is clamped and held on the handle (6) by the fixing bracket A (16). FIG. 5 shows a method of rotating and moving the wheel part (2). First, after the support column part (3) has been rotated and fixed, it is moved to the stretcher (1) side where the wheel part (2) is mounted. First, the stretcher (1) is lifted and rotated 180 degrees (14) around the rotating body fulcrum B (23) below the support bracket B (10) from the position of the chain double-dashed line, below the stretcher (1). Fixed and installed on the ground surface (15). At the same time, as with the support column (3) side, the wheel (2) is clamped and held on the handle (6) by the fixing bracket B (17) to secure and stabilize the wheel (2). With the above-described series of work procedures, it becomes a transport cart with a stretcher, and even one person can transport the stretcher (1), and the patient can be easily transported to the destination (ambulance, hospital, etc.).
6 to 9 show mechanism diagrams of the wheel portion (2) and the column portion (3). First, the mechanism of the wheel portion (2) will be described with reference to FIGS. The wheel portion (2) is composed of a wheel (18), a wheel support arm (19), a support arm connection lot (20), and an arm (21) with a support bracket, and is attached to the handle (6) portion of the stretcher (1). The mechanism structure is easy to attach and detach. In addition, the support arm connection lot (20) is easy to carry to the disaster site, so the left and right wheel (18) units can be separated and divided by loosening the lot fastening bolt B (22). It has become.
Next, the mechanism of the column (3) will be described with reference to FIGS. As shown in the figure, the strut (3) is basically composed of a strut (13), a strut support arm connection lot (24), and an arm (25) with a strut support bracket, like the wheel portion (2). It has a structure that can be easily attached to and detached from the handle (6). In addition, like the wheel portion (3), in consideration of carrying to the disaster site, the column support arm connection lot (24) is a lot fastening bolt A (26) set on the left and right arms (25) with column support brackets. The structure can be separated and divided by loosening and is easy to carry. All units and parts of the separated wheel part (2) and strut part (3) can be stored compactly in a cloth bag, making it possible for one person to carry to the disaster site.
The following effects are exhibited by using the stretcher transport carriage of the present invention composed of the stretcher (1), the wheel portion (2), and the column portion (3) at the time of a disaster. (1) A wheel part (2) and a support part (3) can be mounted by one person on a stretcher (1) supplied to a community association, a school, a fire brigade, etc., and can be transported and transported by one person. The conventional stretcher transport device requires several persons (5 to 6 people) to transfer the stretcher (1) carrying the victim. (2) Both the wheel part (2) and the strut part (3) have a structure that can be separated / divided to reduce the weight and to store all units and parts in a compact package in a cloth bag etc. The conventional cart-type stretchers and disaster prevention tools that make it easy to carry are expensive and heavy, and require a lot of manpower to carry.
