(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 上部に開口部を設けた抽出室と、この抽
出室の下面開口部を覆うフィルタと、このフィルタを前
記抽出室の下面開口部に押し当てる濾過液受けと、前記
抽出室に形成された連通口と、この連通口と連通するポ
ンプと、前記抽出室の上方開口部よりコ−ヒ−粉を導く
シュ−トと、下死点にあるとき前記抽出室内に嵌入する
ことにより封止し回動自在に軸支され上下に駆動する弁
体と、この弁体の回転軸と平行に前記弁体に突設した軸
体と、前記弁体が前記抽出室と近接していない位置にあ
るときは前記軸体と当接し前記弁体の駆動方向と適度な
角度をもったガイドレ−ルを設け、前記弁体が上死点に
あるときは前記コ−ヒ−粉に前記弁体が当らない位置に
保持することを特徴とした飲料抽出装置。
