【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 上部に開口部を持つシリンダと、このシ
リンダの上面開口部を閉じる弁機構と、前記シリンダの
下面開口部を覆うフィルタと、このフィルタを前記シリ
ンダの下面開口部に押し当てるろ過液受けと、前記シリ
ンダに形成されたエア導入口と、このエア導入口と連通
するポンプと、前記シリンダにコーヒーを導くシュート
と、前記シリンダに湯を供給する為の温水タンクと、こ
の温水タンクから給湯する湯量を調節する湯弁と、前記
シリンダ内にシャワー状に湯を放出する給湯ノズルと、
前記湯弁を制御する給湯制御手段と、湯弁を開く時間を
カウントする給湯タイマー手段とからなり、前記給湯タ
イマー手段により決められた時間、前記給湯ノズルより
前記シリンダ内の全面に向けて均等に直接シャワー状に
湯を注ぐことで、コーヒー粉と湯を攪拌し、抽出を促進
させる飲料抽出装置。
