In order to control the gas cock 12 to open, first, the control valve of the dispensing head 30 is operated to the closed state (the small diameter portion 32A of the inner tube 32 described in FIG. 5 is moved to the upper side from the position of the O-ring 33B). Therefore, according to this device, since the hose 13 and the gas cock 12 are connected, the remaining beverage can be discharged only by performing the operation of the dispensing head 30 and the operation of opening the gas cock 12 and the dispensing cock 41. Drinks can be withdrawn every day even during busy times when the store is closed. Since the extracted beverage is fresh, it does not have to be disposed of in vain, and the effect of reducing the waste of resources generated by disposal in many stores can be obtained.

このように増設した場合でも、ディスペンスヘッド30を閉状態に操作すれば、これに連動して図6を用いて説明したようにサイホン管21側に設けた第1弁22と第2弁23が閉となるため、この状態でガスコック12を開けばガス圧は飲料注出通路に掛り、内管32の下端に形成した切欠32B(図5参照)から飲料を押し上げ、冷却装置40までの間の飲料を注出コック41から排出させることができる。

この実施例によっても、ディスペンスヘッド30を閉状態にした状態でガスコック12を開ければ、ディスペンスヘッド30から冷却装置40に至る飲料通路に残る全ての飲料を注出コック41から排出させることができる。
