Description

The present invention relates to a ceiling plate suspension rod that is assembled in a lattice shape to suspend a ceiling plate.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the ceiling plate suspension rod f is a long material formed by bending a metal plate, has a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section, and a lower horizontal portion is provided on the ceiling. Locking edges g and g for supporting the end of the plate p on the upper surface are used. On the other hand, the wide part at the upper end is a locking ridge i to which the hanger j is fixed. And this ceiling board suspension rod f is assembled | attached in the grid | lattice form, supports many ceiling boards p in alignment, and comprises an indoor ceiling. Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the conventional ceiling board suspension rod f is provided with a locking mechanism for locking the connecting plate piece k on the side surface of the vertical side portion h. It connects with other ceiling board suspension rods f and fixing materials via the board piece k (for example, patent document 1).

As shown in FIG. 6, the locking mechanism for locking the connecting plate piece k includes upper fitting grooves l and l formed along the longitudinal direction on the lower surface of the locking ridge i, and locking edges. ridges n, n formed on the upper surfaces of g, g along the longitudinal direction, and lower fitting grooves m, m formed along the longitudinal direction between the ridges n and the vertical sides h, Consists of. Then, when attaching the connecting plate piece k to the ceiling plate suspension rod f, as shown in FIG. 7, first, the upper end portion of the connecting plate piece k is engaged with the upper fitting groove l. Then, the connecting plate piece k is rotated in the direction of the vertical side h around the upper end portion thereof, the lower end portion of the connecting plate piece k is brought into contact with the outer surface of the protrusion n, and the suspension for the ceiling plate By utilizing the bending of the holding plate f and the connecting plate piece k, the lower end portion is moved over the protrusion n and is engaged with the lower fitting groove m, thereby connecting the connecting plate piece k to the vertical side portion h. It is to be locked to the side of the.

Japanese Patent No. 3161785

By the way, in the conventional ceiling board suspension rod f, the upper surface of the protrusion n is bent, and the slope which becomes so low that it leaves | separates from the vertical side part h is formed in the outer surface. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 7, in the contact state of the connecting plate piece k and the protrusion n, the angle formed by the rotation direction of the connecting plate piece k and the outer surface of the protrusion n at the corresponding contact Z. When γ is large and the connecting plate piece k is attached, the connecting plate piece k and the ceiling plate suspension rod f must be greatly deflected, and a strong force is required for attachment, and the connection plate is attached at the time of attachment. In some cases, the piece k or the ceiling plate suspension rod f may be plastically deformed.

The present invention has been made in view of the present situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a ceiling plate suspension rod provided with a locking mechanism that can easily attach a connecting plate piece to a side surface of a vertical side portion.

The present invention has a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section, the lower horizontal side is a locking edge that supports the end of the ceiling plate at both side edges, and a wide hanger is secured to the upper end of the vertical side. In the ceiling board suspension rod having a locking mechanism for locking the connecting plate piece to the side surface of the vertical side portion, the locking mechanism is a lower surface of the locking ridge. An upper fitting groove formed along the longitudinal direction, a ridge formed along the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of the locking edge, and a length between the ridge and the vertical side portion along the longitudinal direction. The ridge formed on the upper surface of the locking edge portion is formed of a lower fitting groove formed, and the upper surface has a substantially flat cross-sectional substantially U-shape. It is a hanging rod for ceiling boards.

In such a configuration, since the upper surface of the protrusion is substantially flat, when attaching the connecting plate piece, the upper end portion of the connecting plate piece is engaged with the upper fitting groove, and then the lower end portion thereof. Is brought into contact with the upper surface, not the outer surface of the ridge, and the connecting plate piece is rotated about its upper end from this state, thereby bending the ceiling plate suspension rod and the connecting plate piece. Thus, the lower end can be engaged with the lower fitting groove. In this way, when the connecting plate piece is brought into contact with the upper surface of the ridge and then engaged with the lower fitting groove, the connecting plate piece is connected more than when the connecting plate piece is brought into contact with the outer surface of the ridge. Since the angle formed between the rotation direction of the plate piece and the contact surface of the ridge is small, when attaching the connecting plate piece, the guide plate of the contact surface of the ridge, By bending the connecting plate piece little by little, the lower end portion of the connecting plate piece can be rotated to the lower fitting groove, and the connecting plate piece can be locked to the ceiling plate suspension rod. .

The ceiling plate suspension rod of the present invention can suitably guide the connecting plate piece even when the upper surface of the protruding item is completely horizontal, but the direction of rotation of the connecting plate piece is different from that of the protruding item. In the contact state, it is slightly inclined downward toward the vertical side. For this reason, in order to guide the lower end portion of the connecting plate piece more smoothly, the upper surface of the ridge is slightly inclined downward to the vertical side, and the upper surface and the rotation direction of the connecting plate piece are It is desirable to further reduce the angle formed by. Specifically, in a ceiling board suspension rod having a general shape, it is desirable that the upper surface of the ridge is inclined downward at an angle of 0.5 ° to 5 ° toward the vertical side portion.

As described above, according to the present invention, the locking mechanism includes the upper fitting groove, the ridge, and the lower fitting groove, and the ridge has a substantially flat cross-sectional shape with a substantially flat upper surface. Since it is a ceiling plate suspension rod characterized by a letter shape, when attaching the connecting plate piece, the lower end portion of the connecting plate piece abuts the upper surface rather than the outer surface of the ridge After being bent and bent, it becomes possible to engage with the lower fitting groove. Therefore, in the present invention, at the time of mounting, the connecting plate piece and the ceiling plate suspension rod need only bend to a smaller extent than before, the connecting plate piece can be attached with less force, and the connecting plate piece and the ceiling plate can be attached. There is an advantage that the plate suspension rod is difficult to be plastically deformed.

In particular, in the above configuration, when the upper surface of the ridge is inclined downward at an angle of 0.5 ° to 5 ° toward the vertical side, the connecting plate piece in contact with the upper surface of the ridge is provided. It is possible to engage the lower fitting groove very smoothly.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described according to the following examples.

As shown in FIG. 1, the ceiling board suspension rod 1 according to the present embodiment is a long material obtained by processing a steel plate material into a substantially inverted T-shaped cross section, and the horizontal side portion at the lower portion is formed as a horizontal upper surface thereof. The locking edge portion 3 that supports the end portion of the ceiling plate p is used. The locking edge 3 is bent so that the ends of the steel plate are wound inward.

Further, a wide portion is formed at the upper end of the vertical side portion 4 erected from the engaging edge portion 3, and this is used as the engaging ridge portion 2. A hanger j (see FIG. 5) is fixed to the locking ridge 2.

For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the ceiling plate suspension rod 1 can be connected to another ceiling plate suspension rod 1 by locking the connection plate piece k to the side surface of the vertical side portion 4. In addition, the connection board piece can use the thing of a conventional structure suitably. That is, the ceiling board suspension rod 1 according to the present embodiment is not limited to the example shown in FIG. It can be connected in a letter shape or the like, and the ceiling board suspension rod 1 can also be connected to another fixing material.

The ceiling plate suspension rod 1 is assembled in a lattice shape, like the conventional ceiling plate suspension rod f shown in FIG. 5, and supports a large number of ceiling plates p in an aligned manner. Configure the ceiling.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the locking mechanism of the ceiling plate suspension rod 1 for locking the connecting plate piece k includes upper fitting grooves 10, 10 provided along the longitudinal direction, and It consists of lower fitting grooves 11 and 11 and protrusions 12 and 12. These are formed at symmetrical positions with the vertical side 4 interposed therebetween.

The upper fitting grooves 10, 10 are formed on both sides of the vertical side 4 on the lower surface of the locking ridge 2. The upper end portion of the connecting plate piece k is engaged with the upper fitting groove 10.

The ridges 12, 12 are formed on the horizontal upper surface of the locking edge 3, and lower fitting grooves 11, 11 are formed between the ridge 12 and the lower part of the vertical side 4. The lower fitting groove 11 is provided at a position facing the upper fitting groove 10 in the vertical direction, and the lower end portion of the connecting plate piece k is engaged therewith. As will be described later, the protrusion 12 can attach the connecting plate piece k from the direction orthogonal to the vertical side portion 4 and the lower end portion of the attached connecting plate piece k does not come off the lower fitting groove 11. To lock.

Below, the shape of the protrusion 12 which is the principal part of this invention is demonstrated. As shown in FIG. 3, the ridge 12 has a substantially U-shaped cross section, and its upper surface is substantially flat. This protrusion 12 is formed by bending the steel plate of the said part. The height of the protrusion 12 is such that when the connecting plate piece k is attached, the lower end portion of the connecting plate piece k with the upper end portion engaged with the upper fitting groove 10 is the upper surface of the protruding portion 12. It is set to abut. In addition, since the height of the board piece k for connection follows the linear distance of the upper fitting groove 10 and the lower fitting groove 11, the height of the protrusion 12 can be determined easily. Further, the upper surface of the protrusion 12 is vertical at an angle of about 2.5 ° so that when the lower end portion of the connecting plate piece k abuts, the lower end portion can be smoothly guided to the lower fitting groove 11. It is inclined downward toward the side portion 4 so that the angle formed with the rotating direction of the connecting plate piece k is extremely small.

Next, the attachment aspect of the board piece k for a connection to the suspension board 1 for ceiling boards of an Example is demonstrated. As shown in FIG. 4, first, the upper end portion of the connecting plate piece k is inserted into the upper fitting groove 10. Then, the connecting plate piece k is rotated in the direction of the vertical side portion 4 around the engaged upper end portion, and the lower end portion is brought into contact with the upper surface of the protrusion 12. Further, when the lower part of the connecting plate piece k is pressed in the direction of the vertical side portion 4 from such a state, the connecting plate piece k rotates from the vertical side portion 4 while elastically deforming and passes through the upper surface of the protrusion 12. Then, the lower portion is engaged with the lower fitting groove 11, whereby the connecting plate piece k is locked up and down with respect to the side surface of the vertical side portion 4 of the ceiling plate suspension rod 1. It becomes.

Here, as described above, in this embodiment, since the upper surface of the protrusion 12 is substantially flat, the connecting plate piece at the contact point X between the lower end portion of the connecting plate piece k and the upper surface of the protrusion 12. The angle α formed by the rotation direction of k and the upper surface of the ridge 12 is reduced. For this reason, it is possible to rotate the lower end portion of the connecting plate piece k from the contact point X to the lower fitting groove 11 by slightly bending the connecting plate piece k. It can be attached with less force, and the connecting plate piece k and the ceiling plate suspension rod 1 are not plastically deformed at the time of attachment.

The ceiling board suspension rod of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention. For example, some conventional ceiling plate suspension rods have a connecting plate piece integrally formed at the end thereof, but the present invention does not exclude such a configuration.
