全ての美容技術における作業過程では、綿タオルの使用です。
１．洗濯の際に、水量、洗剤、柔軟材が、考案品より余分に必要です。
２．乾きが悪い綿タオルは、水を含むと重量が増し、絞っても３倍の重さになります。
３．タオルを干すために、広いスペースが必要になります。
４．理美容院従業者の、タオルを干す手間、収容することに時間がかかります。
５．綿タオルは、作業場においても、収納場所に考案品よりスペースが必要です。
６．綿タオルは、洗濯するほどに風合いを失い、また、カラータオルは、薬剤に犯されやすく、変色しやすくなります。
７．理美容院従業者は、使用済みタオルの処理洗濯が、日常の就業の中で、重労働になる店舗もあります。
８．理美容院の来客者の施行は、パーマ、ヘアカラーともに長時間に渡り、首周りやフェイスラインに、綿タオルを巻くために、血流を圧迫され、疲労感を受けやすくなります。

【課題を解決するための手段】
１．１００％綿タオルの素材を、化学繊維にするか、綿と化学繊維にします。
２．多種の技術に必要なサイズにそれぞれ改め、カット用、パーマ用、ヘアダイ用、トリートメント用、首周りにクロスの下に巻くなど、用途に合わせて作成します。
３．一部タオルペーパーを、使い捨てにすることで、衛生的で、さらに処理、収納作業を簡易にすることができます。
４．考案品は、洗濯に耐え、かつ肌にさわりが良い方法をとるため、綿と化学繊維混紡のものを合わせ縫いし、水分の吸収の良さと、洗濯時の脱水と乾燥の時間短縮も図ります。

【考案の実施の形態】
１．考案品は、綿と化学繊維の混紡のため、洗濯時の水量、洗剤、柔軟材が少量で済みます。
２．考案品は、乾きやすい合成繊維を使用するため、水の含有量が少なく、脱水の早さに優れています。
３．考案品は、綿タオルより軽量で、無駄な部分を省いた小さいサイズなので、干すこと、収納することとの両面で、手間を省くことが出来ます。
４．綿タオルの使用に替わる使用と、綿タオルより使いやすい形の考案により、理美容院従業者の、肉体的負担の軽減になります。
５．考案品は頻繁な洗濯に耐え、薬剤にも犯されにくいため、風合いを失わず、退色もし難くくなります。
６．一部ペーパータオルの併用は、乾きやすく、また軽量のため、理美容室従業者の労働を軽減します。
７．来客者の首周り、あご周りに負担がかからない軽さで、締め付けずに液だれを防げます。

【実施例】
１．パーマ用のネック（襟元）に対し、パーマー液、二液の液だれ防止のため、タオルペーパーと共に併用する場合、または各施術用に作成した化学繊維との混紡品を使用します。
２．パーマ用のクロスの上に、パーマー液、二液の液だれを受けるために、施術の内容に合わせたものを、肩から掛け使用します。またタオルペーパーと併用することも出来ます。
３．パーマ施術の際の一液、二液処理のため、フェイスライン、顔面、毛髪、生え際に対して、タオルペーパーを併用、布でくるんで、ターバン状に巻きます。長方形の布１／３は、綿と化学繊維の合成です。
４．ヘアカラー施術の際に、首にヘアカラー液の浸透を防ぐための、ガードとして巻きます。サイズが大、中、小の長方形の布を、考案品として使用します。
５．ヘアカラー施術の際に、ヘアダイクロスの上に、液だれ受けとして、肩に掛けます。サイズは施術に応じて、各種考案品で作成します。大、中、小タオルペーパーと併用して使用します。
６．ヘアダイ施術の終了後、頭を覆って施術者の次の動作に移る時、頭部にくるみます。

【考案の効果】
１．液だれをペーパータオル、また、綿と化学繊維の混紡布で作成した部分が吸収し作業がしやすくなります。
２．布が軽いため、来客者の肉体的負担が軽く、評判が良いです。
３．布が軽いため、従業者の作業が軽減されました。
４．作業過程が楽になり、さらに、収納の手間が早く簡単になりました。
５．収納スペースが従来のタオルの１／１０程度になりました。
