Abstract
1[Object] To eliminate larvae mixed in a fruit-containing beverage.
SOLUTION: In a pre-filling step of a bottle, a beverage is flowed into a glass groove 2, an image is taken with a line sensor camera 5 by transmitted light, larvae are detected 10 and 11 by a shape recognition method, and the color is similar to flesh. When the concentration is detected using transmitted light, the pulp is erroneously detected as a larva. The larva is defined as a larva having a width of 1 mm or more and a length of 4 mm or more. If the size is too small, erroneous detection is made, so that a size of 1 × 4 mm or more that is noticed by humans is excluded.

Description
The present invention belongs to the technical field of nondestructive inspection.
In many cases, fruit drinks were prepared by powdering the fruit and diluting it with an aqueous solution. However, recently, those containing fruit fiber or pulp have become popular products. Conventionally, larvae and the like have been removed by filtration with a filter, but when the pulp is contained, the filter cannot be used. Of course, it is a visual inspection. In addition, since larvae have the same density as pulp, they cannot be detected by X-rays or ultrasonic waves.
The challenge is how to classify larvae that are similar in density and color to the flesh and how to eliminate the categorized ones.
Since the color is similar to the flesh, the equipment is arranged as shown in FIG. 1 using transmitted light. The shadow appears as shown in FIG. When the concentration is detected, the pulp is erroneously detected as a larva. Therefore, as shown in FIG. Suction and discharge. If the size is too small, an erroneous detection is made, so that 1 × 4 mm or more that is noticed by humans is excluded.
As shown in FIG. 4, when the fruit is crushed sequentially and water is added to make a drink, the inspection of FIG. 1 is performed to remove the larva. Thereafter, it is marketed as a fruit drink.
Some of the fruit drinks manufactured by several companies have reduced their credit due to larvae contamination and compensated them, so that the economic and credit effects in the industry are great.

Claims (1)
Fruits used in fruit drinks are those obtained by grinding raw fruits. At the time of harvesting the fruits, eggs laid in the fruits by insects grow into larvae and are mixed into the beverage. As a means to remove this larva Water is added to the mashed fruit to make it a beverage ingredient.
2. It is allowed to flow through the inclined groove at a water depth of about 15 mm, which is easily permeated.
3. The bottom of the groove is made of glass so as to be transparent, and an illumination device and a line camera device are installed.
4. Larvae are detected by the difference in the amount of permeation between fruit and larva and the shape recognition of the larva.
5. The detected line is discharged by the suction discharger.
A larva detector for fruit drinks having the above configuration.
