この考案は、録音再生機能を備えた記念用置物に関するものであり、この出願における記念用置物とは、記念になる写真を飾る写真立てや、各種行事において記念として授与される盾やトロフィーなど、記念品として飾ったり保管されたりする物品全般を意味している。

この考案はこの点に着目し、記念になる音声は消去されることなく保存して随時再生することができる一方、日常のメモ用や伝言用としての録音再生ができて実用品としても使用することのできる記念用置物を提供することを課題としてなされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を達成するために、この考案の記念用置物は、繰り返し録音及び再生可能な第１の録音手段と、一旦録音された後は再生専用となる第２の録音手段、を備えている。この第１の録音手段と第２の録音手段とは独立した録音再生ユニットでそれぞれ構成してもよく、あるいは複数の録音チャンネルから所望のチャンネルを選択するための選択スイッチを備えた１個の録音再生ユニットで構成してもよい。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、図１及び図２によりこの考案を実施した写真立ての一例について説明する。図１及び図２は写真立ての前面及び背面の斜視図である。図において１は写真立て、２は板状の本体、３は本体２の前面に配置される押さえ板、４は第１の録音手段である録音ユニット、５は第２の録音手段である録音ユニットであり、押さえ板３はその一部を切除して示してある。
