【従来の技術】
従来、椅子やベッドの座面に座ったり、座面から立ったりする際、直立、中腰、着座といった動作の過程を伴う。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来技術の課題は次の通りである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を達成するため請求項１に記載された杖は、中腰状態で手首から膝関節部程度の短い杖で、着座面を直接突くことで、肘掛けのごとく立ち座りを補助することができる。

さらに請求項２に記載された杖は、腕力も弱い人に対しても、立ち座りを補助することができる。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、本考案の実施の形態を説明する。

本考案を使用し座るときは、請求項１の握柄を握り、石突部で座面を突き、腕力で後方への体重移動を補助しながら座る。腕力が弱い人は、請求項２、座面が柔らかい場合は請求項３の杖を同要領で用いる。

本校案を使用し立ち上がるときは、請求項１の握柄を握り、石突部で座面を突き、腕力で前方への体重移動を補助しながら立ち上がる。腕力が弱い人は、請求項２、座面が柔らかい場合は請求項３の杖を同要領で用いる。

【考案の効果】
以上説明したように本考案は、肘掛けや手すりがない場所でも、座面に直接杖を突くことで容易に立ち座りを補助することができる。
