無線カードを定期券に用いた自動改札システムが提案されており、このシステムによれば、定期券を改札口に非接触式で呈示するだけで利用者は改札口を通過することができる。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は、上記の欠点を解消するためになされたものであり、その目的とするところは、自動改札システムの誤動作を生じるおそれがないのはもちろんのこと、持ち易く非接触式の定期券の利用に不都合がなく、そして装飾を施すことができる縫いぐるみ形定期券入れを提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１に記載の縫いぐるみ形定期券入れは、縫いぐるみの腹部に偏平部が形成され、該偏平部の周囲より縫いぐるみの手および足が外側方へ延出され、該偏平部に透明なシートの３辺が取り付けられ一方が開口する定期券収容部が形成されており、そのことにより上記目的が達成される。

縫いぐるみの腹部に偏平部が形成され、該偏平部の周囲より縫いぐるみの手および足が外側方へ延出され、該偏平部に透明なシートの３辺が取り付けられ一方が開口する定期券収容部が形成されていることにより、定期券収容部に入れられた定期券を自動改札の受光部等に呈示するだけで非接触式で通過することができる。その際、縫いぐるみそれ自体および手足が収容部を遮蔽することがなく自動改札システムを誤動作させることがない。また、偏平部のサイズが定期券の外形とほぼ同じかやや大きく、かつ該縫いぐるみの背部の大きさが手で保持できる大きさであると、縫いぐるみを手のひらで掴むことができるので持ち易く、定期券収容部を自動改札システムの受光部等に容易に呈示して通過できる。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下に本考案を図面を参照して説明する。

図１〜図３に示すように、本考案の定期券入れＡは、縫いぐるみ１と、該縫いぐるみ１の腹部に取り付けられた定期券収容部３と、を有する。

その縫いぐるみ１の腹部に偏平部２が形成されている。この偏平部２のサイズは、定期券の外形とほぼ同じかやや大きく形成されている。また、該縫いぐるみ１の背部の大きさは手で保持できる程度の大きさに形成されている。具体的には、偏平部２の横幅は５５ｍｍ〜７５ｍｍが好ましく、さらに好ましくは６０ｍｍ〜７０ｍｍである。また、偏平部２の縦幅は８０ｍｍ〜１００ｍｍが好ましく、さらに好ましくは８５ｍｍ〜９５ｍｍである。

また、縫いぐるみ１の首部に吊り具４が設けられている。この吊り具４の先端にクランプ５が設けられ、クランプ５を衣服、カバン等に取り付けることにより、本考案の縫いぐるみ形定期券入れＡを吊り下げることができる。吊り具４は縫いぐるみ１から引き延ばしたり、弾性的に引き戻しすることができるように、吊り具４の紐を巻き付けあるいは巻き外し可能な長さ調製手段（図示せず）が縫いぐるみ１内に埋入されている。

本考案の縫いぐるみ形定期券入れを用いて自動改札システムを通過する場合には、縫いぐるみ１の背中を手のひらで掴んで腕を伸ばすと吊り具４の紐が伸びるために、システムの受光部等に支障なく定期券を呈示できる。手を縫いぐるみ１から離せば、吊り具４の紐が巻き取られて収縮し縫いぐるみ１は元の位置にもどることになる。

なお、上記実施例では縫いぐるみ１として犬の縫いぐるみについて説明したが、何ら限定されるものではなく、例えば、猫、馬、牛等の動物、手足のない魚介類、昆虫等の縫いぐるみであってもよい。なお、本発明では定期券とは、回数券、プリペードカード等のストアードフェアカードを含めるものとし、また定期券に限らずその他の無線カード（ＩＣカード）を使用してもよい。

本考案によれば、定期券入れ等の無線カード入れに縫いぐるみの外観を与えて装飾でき、また自動改札システムの誤動作を生じるおそれがなく、さらに持ち易くて取り扱いがよい。
