【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来、ガスコンロのバーナー火炎(2)外周の空気はバーナー火炎(2)と接触し一部は燃焼に使用されるが、ほとんどの空気はバーナー火炎(2)の熱で昇温後、奪った熱とともに大気中に放散され、廃熱として捨てている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本案は、図1に示すように、案内羽根(1)本体は、金属等の耐熱性の材料を使用し、最大負荷時のバーナー火炎(2)外周に位置するように円筒外径を製作し、円筒の下部を切込み、片側裾を内側に折曲げた案内羽根(1)から構成される。図2に示すように、本案の案内羽根(1)はガスコンロの五徳(3)と受皿(4)間のバーナー火炎(2)外周に取付けて使用する。案内羽根(1)はガスコンロのバーナーの型式にあわせて安定して燃焼させるよう、バーナー点火時の負荷で、案内羽根(1)の形状を下記のように調整する。まず取り入れる燃焼用空気を適量に維持し。案内羽根(1)の内側で有効に旋回させバーナー火炎(2)の熱で暖められた案内羽根(1)本体と接触し予熱昇温させるため、バーナー火炎(2)の色と形を見ながら安定して燃焼するよう案内羽根(1)の切込み部の折曲げ開度を調整する。次に燃焼用空気が予熱賞温後ガスコンロのバーナー火炎(2)に接触して炎の色と形が安定して燃焼するよう案内羽根(1)先端の折曲げ角度を微調整する。その後、最小負荷で燃焼状態を点検し、吹き消し等の異常がなければ調整を終了する。

本案を実証するため、市販のコンロに本案の器具を取付け簡単な試験を行った。

【考案の効果】
前記の実証試験の結果、同量の水を2カップ(400cc)沸騰するのに要する時間が、案内羽根(1)を有しない従来品に比べ本案の器具をコンロに取付けた場合は11.6%(13.5秒)の沸騰時間が短縮されることが実証された。これは燃料消費量て考えると年間消費量の1.3ヶ月分の燃料消費量の軽減に相当する。
本案により、案内羽根(1)でガスコンロのバーナー火炎(2)外周部から取入れた燃焼用空気は案内羽根(1)により旋回し予熱昇温され、ガスコンロのバーナー火炎(2)外周部の廃熱を回収した後バーナー火炎(2)に接触し未然ガスの燃焼を促進する。これにより、ガスコンロのバーナー火炎(2)外周部の廃熱が回収され、ガスコンロバーナーの燃焼効率(熱効率)が向上したものと考える。
