本考案は樹脂管の接続部構造に関する。詳しくは、給水・給湯、あるいは暖冷房などの冷熱媒体の循環などに使用される樹脂管の接続部構造に関し、該接続部構造を有する安価で装脱着性に優れた樹脂管用の配管部材などに関する。

【従来の技術】
樹脂管を使用した配管システムは、銅管、鋼管などの金属管を使用した配管システムと比較して、樹脂管が軽量かつ柔軟であることから施工性に優れており、かつ耐食性にも優れることから、近年、住宅内の給水・給湯配管システム、床暖房やセントラルヒーティングなどの冷熱媒体を循環させる配管システム、追い焚きなどの浴槽周りの配管システムなどに広く普及化してきている。

かかる樹脂管を使用した配管システムにおける配管を接続する継手の構造としては、温度、圧力などの使用条件に応じて、次のようなタイプの継手を用いた接続構造が例示される。
1)外周に竹の子状挿入部を有する管状継手(図5参照)を用いた構造:樹脂管内周に、継手を挿入し、次いで、樹脂管の外周を金属リングないしホースバンドで締め付けるものである。かかる構造のものを施工する場合、通常、専用の装着工具が必要である。また、施工後は、接続を外すことは困難であり、また、もし、分解したい場合は、通常、樹脂管を切断して外すしかなく、切断の際に樹脂管と継手にキズがつきやすくなるので、実際上、再利用が不可となる。

以上のような樹脂管の接続構造においては、その施工に手間と時間がかかる、専用工具が必要となる、ないしは、一度施工すると取り外しができないといった問題がある。また、継手構造が複雑になると、コスト高になり、また、施工上の煩雑さも生じる。
一方、配管システムでは、組み立て・施工後の気密検査は不可欠だが、樹脂管との接続部が取り外しできないと、検査治具を接続した部分については検査後に切って捨て、あらたに接続し直す等のムダが生じる。

本考案の目的は、現状よりも、安価で装脱着性に優れた樹脂管の接続部構造を提供することにある。本考案の目的は、次の条件を満たす、樹脂管の接続構造及びそれを利用した配管部材、気密検査治具を提供することにある。
1.特別な工具・装置を使用することなしに、簡単で迅速に施工できること。
2.施工接続後でも樹脂管や部材を損傷させることなく、容易に取り外しができ、かつ、取り外したものの再利用が可能であること。
3.構造が簡単であり、安価に製造できること。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案者は、上記課題である装脱着性に優れた樹脂管の接続部構造を提供すべく鋭意検討を重ねた結果、本考案を完成するに至った。即ち、本考案は、樹脂管の内側に、Oリングを外周に有する管状継手を挿入し、且つ、前記樹脂管の外側をホースバンドで締め付けてなる樹脂管の接続部構造に関する。また、該構造を有する樹脂管用の配管部材ないし樹脂管システムの気密検査用の検査治具に関する。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、本考案を図面を参照しながら詳細に説明するが、本考案はその趣旨を越えない限り、以下の記載例に限定されるものではない。
本考案は、樹脂管の内側に、Oリングを外周に有する管状継手を挿入し、且つ、前記樹脂管の外側をホースバンドで締め付けてなる。ここでの、Oリングを外周に有する管状継手の形状例としては図1、図2のようなものがある。樹脂管の外周にOリング収納用溝3を設け、Oリング4が取り付けられている。継手でのOリングの数は、図1では1個、図2では2個であり、特に限定されるものではないが、2個程度が好ましいと考えられる。
なお、Oリングを外周に有する管状継手自体は公知であるが、従来は、樹脂管との接続には用いられておらず、外周部にOリングを有する挿入部を、挿入部よりもわずかに径の大きな穴またはメス型に挿入し、両者をクリップで固定することによって接続させるものに過ぎない。

図3、図4は本考案の樹脂管の接続部構造における接続前後を示している。本考案では、樹脂管6の外側からの締め付けにはホースバンド7を使用する。これは、ペンチ等の簡便な工具で施工可能とするためである。樹脂管6は、通常、硬質のポリオレフィン管、硬質塩化ビニル管などが使用される。
なお、バンドの変形回復力を利用して樹脂管を締め付けるため、締め付け力はあまり高くできない。従って、樹脂管内にかかる内圧が、ホースバンドの締め付け力を上回るような用途での使用は不適当である。とはいえ、現実的には、暖房用、風呂追い焚き用などには十分利用可能である。

以上のような本考案の樹脂管の接続部構造は種々の配管部材に応用され、ソケット継手(図6参照)、エルボー継手(図7参照)、分岐継手(図8参照)、ヘッダー(図9参照)などが例示される。また、該樹脂管の接続部構造は樹脂管システムの気密検査用の検査治具にも応用することもできる。
【考案の効果】
以上のような本考案は、前記の考案が解決しようとする課題で示したような課題を達成しており、安価で装脱着性に優れた樹脂管用の配管部が提供されるので、その産業上の利用価値は極めて大である。
1.特別な工具や装置を使用することなしに、簡単で迅速に樹脂管を接続できる。
2.接続後でも、樹脂管・部材を損傷することなく、容易に取り外しができ、かつ、取り外した樹脂管・部材を再利用できる。
3.構造が簡単であり、安価に製造できる。
