【考案の属する技術分野】
本考案は、装飾用ネックレスチェーンの輪体の大きさを自由に調整できる装身具用金具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
中空体内の中にシリコンゴム等の弾性体を配設し、装飾用ネックレスチェーン上を自由に摺動、且つ、途中で係留できる機能を持ち合わせた従来の装身具用金具（図７）は、連結環１３を介して、引輪（クラスプ）１４と接続する環（従来の接続用環２０）が必要であり、環（従来の接続用環２０）をロウ付け作業またはレーザー等を用いて取り付けていた。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
中空体に環（従来の接続用環２０）を取り付ける作業は技術的にも難しく、コスト削減を図るためにも環（従来の接続用環２０）の取り付け作業を省く必要があった。
【０００５】また、チェーン挿入孔１１からのシリコンゴム等の弾性体の挿入が難しく、その作業を容易して挿入工数の削減を図る必要があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案は、自動制御のカット機を使用し、金具本体である中空体の丸玉にダイヤバイト等を用いてカット溝３１ａ、３１ｂを入れることで、環（従来の接続用環２０）に換わりうる接続用環１２を形成させ、また、そのカット溝３１ａ、３１ｂを利用してＯリング１５を挿入することを特徴とし、環（従来の接続用環２０）の取り付け作業を省き、Ｏリング１５の挿入工数の削減を図った。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下において、図面を用いて本考案の具体的な内容を説明する。

【実施例】
図１〜図３は本考案の装身具用金具の一実施形態を示す正面図、平面図、側面図であり、図５、図６は本考案の装身具用金具に複数のカット溝を入れた一実施例を示す正面図と平面図である。
【０００９】自動制御のカット機に中空体の丸玉をセットしダイヤバイトを等を用いて丸玉に並列に間を空けて２本のカット溝３１ａ、３１ｂを入れ、カットした間に残留する帯状部分を作り、その部分を接続用環１２とした。
【００１０】そして、請求項２で記述したカット溝３１ａ、又は３１ｂよりＯリング１５を挿入、中空体の中にＯリング１５を配設し、そして、Ｏリング内径部１５ａに、それより太い径のネックレス等の装飾用チェーン５０を、チェーン挿入孔１１より貫通させることで、Ｏリング１５より弾性が得られる装身具用金具が完成する。
【００１１】図５は、本考案の装身具用金具をネックレスの装飾用チェーン５０に使用した一実施形態例を示す全体図であり、前記述の装飾用チェーン５０の先端に連結環１３を介してチェーン抜け防止プレート４０を連結、もう一方の先端には引輪連結穴付きプレート４１を連結環１３を介して連結し、引輪（クラスプ）１４と引輪連結穴付きプレート４１を連結することで輪が形成され、Ｏリング１５の弾性によって金具本体１０を摺動させても任意の位置で係止できるため、輪の大きさを自在に変えることができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本考案の装飾用金具は、環（従来の接続用環２０）の取り付け作業を省くことで工数削減が可能となった。そして、中空体の外側に「環」等の突起物が無い単純な形状が得られた。また、カット溝からのＯリングの挿入が容易であるため、安価に製造でき、摺動にて摩耗及び、破損した場合にもＯリングの交換が容易になった。
【００１３】また、カット溝を、縦、横、斜め、また、複数も入れることが可能でありデザインとしても応用できる。

A conventional ornament fitting (FIG. 7) in which an elastic body such as silicon rubber is disposed in a hollow body, and has a function of freely sliding on a decoration necklace chain and having a function of mooring along the way, is a connecting ring. A ring (conventional connection ring 20) for connecting to a pulling ring (clasp) 14 through 13 is required, and the ring (conventional connection ring 20) has been attached using a brazing operation or a laser or the like.
An elastic body such as silicone rubber has been inserted through the chain insertion hole 11.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The work of attaching the ring (conventional connection ring 20) to the hollow body is technically difficult, and it has been necessary to omit the work of attaching the ring (conventional connection ring 20) in order to reduce costs.
Further, it is difficult to insert an elastic body such as silicon rubber from the chain insertion hole 11, and it is necessary to facilitate the operation and reduce the number of insertion steps.

[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention uses an automatic control cutting machine and inserts cut grooves 31a and 31b into a round ball of a hollow body as a metal fitting body using a diamond tool or the like, thereby replacing the ring (the conventional connecting ring 20). The connection ring 12 is formed, and the O-ring 15 is inserted by using the cut grooves 31a and 31b, so that the work of attaching the ring (the conventional connection ring 20) is omitted, and the O-ring 15 is removed. A chain is formed by connecting a chain disengagement prevention plate 40 and a plate 41 with a pull ring connecting hole to the other end via a connecting ring 13 and connecting the pull ring (clasp) 14 and the plate 41 with a pull ring connecting hole. Since the metal fitting body 10 can be locked at any position by sliding the metal fitting body 10 by the elasticity of the O-ring 15, the size of the ring can be freely changed.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the decorative metal fitting of the present invention can reduce man-hours by omitting the work of attaching the ring (the conventional connecting ring 20). Then, a simple shape having no protrusions such as "rings" outside the hollow body was obtained. Further, since the O-ring can be easily inserted from the cut groove, the O-ring can be manufactured at low cost, and the O-ring can be easily replaced even when the O-ring is worn or damaged by sliding.
Further, it is possible to insert a plurality of cut grooves vertically, horizontally, obliquely, and a plurality of cut grooves, which can be applied as a design.
