Description

【0001】

【0034】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to water supplies for animals such as hamsters, cats and dogs.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a water supply device for animals, there is one described in Patent Document 1 or Patent Document 2.
Here, the water supply device for animals described in Patent Document 1 has a water supply pipe 6 attached in a state of communicating with the lower end of the water storage bottle 2 as shown in FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1 as a whole. A structure in which one or two ball valves 13 are provided at the distal end portion, and a small animal such as a hamster plucks the ball valve 13 that partially protrudes from the distal end of the water supply pipe 6 to open the valve. [Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although the water supply device for animals described in Patent Document 1 has a simple structure and can reduce the manufacturing cost, water easily seeps out from around the ball valve 13 and the animal operates the ball valve 13. Even when it was not performed, the structure was highly worried that water would drop from the ball valve 13 in a drip state.
[0006]
Further, the water supply device for animals described in Patent Document 2 has a double, triple valve structure 8, 12, and 14, so that there is little fear that water leaks. However, the operation of forming three continuous portions 5, 6, 7 having different diameters in the housing 2 of the water drinking port 1 and the operation of forming the valve seats 13, 15 and the like are operations requiring complicated precision. Thus, there is a problem that the production cost increases.
[0007]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems of the conventional technology, and an object of the present invention is to provide an animal water supply device that has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and hardly causes water leakage. is there.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an animal water supply device according to the present invention has a water storage container, a water supply pipe having an upper end attached thereto in a state of communicating with the water storage container, and a through hole provided at a lower end of the water supply pipe. A movable member movable in the water supply pipe provided at the upper end of the operating rod, the operating member loosely inserted into the through hole of the fixing member, and the fixed member provided by the movable member. And a water-stopping member that is pressed against the water to prevent the water from flowing out of the through-hole.
[0009]
According to the above-described animal water supply device according to the present invention, when an animal pushes up the operating rod, the movable member provided at the upper end of the operating rod moves upward and is pressed against the fixed member by the movable member. The water stoppage by the water stop member is released, and the water can flow out from the through-hole and the animal can drink the water. On the other hand, when the above operation of the operating rod by the animal is not performed, the movable member presses the water stop member to the fixed member by water pressure, its own weight, or the like to prevent the outflow of water from the through hole. Despite the structure of the water supply device, it is an animal water supply device that hardly causes water leakage.
[0010]
Here, in the present invention, the water stopping member can be an O-ring mounted on the outer periphery of the operating rod by its elasticity, and in this case, the outflow of water from the through hole is efficiently prevented. In addition to providing a water stopping member, the water stopping member can be easily attached and detached.
[0011]
In the present invention, a movable spherical member may be further accommodated in the water supply pipe located above the movable member. In this case, the weight or number of the spherical members to be accommodated is appropriately adjusted. By doing so, it is possible to easily adjust to a water supply tool that requires an optimal lifting force suitable for the animal used.
[0012]
Further, in the present invention, the length of the through-hole can be five times or more the diameter of the operating rod. In this case, the operating rod is less likely to shake left and right in the through-hole, and Since the flow path becomes thin and long, water retention by capillary action can be expected, and the water supply device for animals is less likely to leak.
[0013]
Further, in the present invention, an operation portion having a maximum outer shape larger than the diameter of the through hole may be provided at a lower end of the operation rod. In this case, a water supply device which can be easily operated by an animal is provided, and the operation rod is provided. Can be prevented from being pushed by the animal and entering the through hole.
[0014]
Further, in the present invention, at least one of the movable member and the operation portion may be provided on the operation rod so as to be freely attached and detached. In this case, the operation rod can be easily assembled and the operation rod can be fixed. It can be removed from the through hole of the member even after assembly, and maintenance work such as cleaning of the through hole can be easily performed.
[0015]
[Embodiment of the invention]
Hereinafter, embodiments of the water supply device for animals according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of the animal water supply device according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a main part, and FIGS. 3 and 4 are longitudinal sectional views of the main part.
[0016]
As shown in FIG. 1, the animal water supply device 1 according to the present invention includes a water storage container 10, a cap 20 screwed into an opening 11 of the water storage container 10, and a cylindrical portion formed on the cap 20. The water supply pipe 30 is fitted with a water supply pipe 30 and a valve mechanism 40 that controls the outflow of water from the water supply pipe 30.
[0017]
The water storage container 10 is, for example, a cylindrical container formed of a transparent synthetic resin, and has a scale 13 for measuring the amount of drinking of an animal on a side wall of a main body 12 and a male screw 14 on an outer peripheral wall at a lower end. The above-mentioned mouth part 11 in which was formed is provided.
[0018]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the cap 20 has a female screw 22 formed on the inner peripheral wall thereof, into which the male screw 14 of the water storage container 10 is screwed, and the cylindrical portion 21 formed on the bottom wall so as to penetrate therethrough. A cylindrical member integrally formed with, for example, a hard synthetic resin and having a projection 23 formed inside the base end of the cylindrical portion 21.
[0019]
The water supply pipe 30 is, for example, a cylindrical pipe made of stainless steel, and the outer diameter thereof is designed to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 21 of the cap 20, and as shown in FIG. When the upper end is inserted into the cylindrical portion 21 of the cap 20, the insertion is stopped by abutting against the projection 23 formed on the cylindrical portion 21, and without using any adhesive or water blocking member, The water supply pipe 30 is configured to be attached to the cylindrical portion 21 of the cap 20 in a watertight state.
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 2, the valve mechanism 40 includes a fixing member 50 having a through hole 51 provided at a lower end of the water supply pipe 30, and an operating rod 60 loosely inserted into the through hole 51 of the fixing member 50. A movable member 70 movable in the water supply pipe 30 provided at an upper end of the operating rod 60; a water stopping member 80 pressed against the fixed member 50 by the movable member 70; And a spherical member 100 which is also accommodated in the water supply pipe 30 located above the movable member 70 as required.
[0021]
The fixing member 50 is formed of, for example, stainless steel that does not easily corrode and has a substantially cylindrical shape, and the through hole 51 is provided along the axis thereof. The through-hole 51 is elongated, and its inner diameter is about 1.2 to 1.5 times the diameter of the operating rod 60 described later, and its length is at least five times the diameter of the operating rod 60 described later. Further, the outer diameter of the fixing member 50 is designed to be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the water supply pipe 30, and a flange 52 is provided at a lower end, and a concave portion 53 is provided at a central outer periphery. Then, as shown in FIG. 3, the fixing member 50 is fixedly installed at the lower end of the water supply pipe 30 in a state where the adhesive Z is filled in the recess 53 and the lower end of the water supply pipe 30 is closed.
[0022]
The operating rod 60 is formed of a rod-shaped member having a diameter that can be loosely inserted in a state where a gap serving as a water passage is formed in the through hole 51 of the fixing member 50, for example, is formed of stainless steel that is unlikely to corrode. A male screw 61 is engraved, and a spherical operation portion 90 having a maximum outer shape larger than the diameter of the through hole 51 is integrally formed at the lower end as necessary.
[0023]
The movable member 70 is formed integrally with a member composed of a columnar portion 71 and a square portion 72 by stainless steel or the like, which is hardly corroded, and is attached to the tip of the operating rod 60 along the axis of the columnar portion 71. A female screw 73 into which the provided male screw 61 is screwed is formed. The outer diameter of the movable member 70 is designed to be smaller than the inner diameter of the water supply pipe 30, and is attached to the upper end of the operating rod 60 by screwing the screws 61 and 73 together as shown in FIGS. Thus, the operation rod 60 is configured to easily move in the vertical direction in the water supply pipe 30 by the operation of the operation rod 60, and to have a sufficient gap as a water passage between the water supply pipe 30 and the inner wall thereof.
[0024]
The water stop member 80 is formed in an O-ring shape by, for example, silicone rubber. As shown in FIG. 3, the elastic member is provided on the peripheral wall portion of the operation rod 60 at the position where the movable member 70 is attached. It is installed. The movable member 70 is pressed against the fixed member 50 to prevent the water from flowing out of the through hole 51.
[0025]
The spherical member 100 is formed in a spherical shape by, for example, stainless steel which does not easily corrode. As shown in FIG. 3, the spherical member 100 is optionally provided in the water supply pipe 30 located above the movable member 70 as necessary. (One in the figure) and presses the movable member 70 from above by its own weight.
[0026]
When the animal water supply device 1 according to the present invention configured as described above pushes up the operating rod 60 by pushing the operating portion 90 when the animal wants to drink water, the operation operation is performed as shown in FIG. The movable member 70 provided at the upper end of the rod 60 moves upward, and the water stopping member 80 pressed against the fixed member 50 by the movable member 70 separates from the fixed member 50, and a through hole formed in the fixed member 50. Water flows out of 51 and the animal can drink.
[0027]
On the other hand, when the above operation by the animal on the operation unit 90 is not performed, as shown in FIG. 3, the movable member 70 presses the water stop member 80 against the fixing member 50 by water pressure or its own weight, and is fixed. Since the through-hole 51 formed in the member 50 is closed, no water flows out.
[0028]
Further, in the animal water supply device 1 according to the present invention, since the water stopping member 80 is an O-ring attached to the outer periphery of the operation rod 60 by its elasticity, water flows out of the through hole 51 efficiently. In addition, the water stoppage member 80 is easy to assemble because the water stoppage member 80 is easily attached, and the water stoppage member 80, which is most likely to be deteriorated by corrosion or the like, can be easily replaced.
[0029]
In addition, the animal water supply device 1 according to the present invention can accommodate any number of movable spherical members 100 in the water supply pipe 30 located above the movable member 70 as necessary. Therefore, it is possible to easily adjust a water supply tool that requires an optimal lifting force suitable for an animal to be used.
[0030]
Further, in the water supply device for animals 1 according to the present invention, the length of the through hole 51 is elongated at least five times the diameter of the operating rod 60. It is difficult, and since the water flow path is thin and long, water retention by capillary action can also be expected, and the water supply device for animals is less likely to leak water.
[0031]
In addition, since the animal water supply device 1 according to the present invention is provided with the operation portion 90 having a maximum outer shape larger than the diameter of the through hole 51 at the lower end of the operation rod 60, the water supply device can be easily operated by animals. Therefore, the operation rod 60 is not pushed by the animal and enters the through hole 51.
[0032]
Further, the water supply device 1 for animals according to the present invention has a structure in which the movable member 70 is attached to the upper end of the operation rod 60 by screwing the screws 61 and 73 together. Can be removed from the through hole 51 of the fixing member 50 even after assembly, and maintenance work such as cleaning of the through hole 51 can be easily performed.
[0033]
As described above, the structure, operation and effect of the embodiment of the animal water supply device 1 according to the present invention have been described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. However, it is obvious that various modifications and changes are possible within the scope of the technical idea of the present invention, that is, the technical idea determined based on the description in the claims of the utility model registration.
[0034]
[Effect of the invention]
The above-described animal water supply device according to the present invention has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and has an effect of being an animal water supply device that does not easily leak water.
