[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to an improvement of a clap block used for a block retaining wall such as a river revetment, a lake revetment, a road retaining wall, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a work to protect river embankments and road slopes, in most public works, there are many cases in which a cliff block is generally used from the viewpoint of workability and cost. When used, a steep slope of about 1: 0.5 is common, and if you fall, you cannot escape unless you move to the stairs or ladder, and there is almost no place to grab. There was a danger of being washed away or drowning because of equality.
[0003]
In recent years, due to environmental considerations, the use of environmentally-friendly type knowledge blocks has been increasing, and various types have been developed. However, special molding frames are required or various types of Significant changes in manufacturing equipment and processes were required to combine various materials, and the cost was inevitably high, and adoption was often forgotten.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor of the present application 2002-8331 has devised, but it has been found that this block has three disadvantages. First, in the case of a valley, since the leaning direction changes for each step, two types of blocks must be prepared, and two types of molds and processes are required for manufacturing, which increases the cost and construction. In some cases, it is necessary to use two types of blocks properly, and it is necessary to consider the order, transportation, and temporary placement.
Next, when transporting the block or temporarily placing it at a construction site, the block front part (surface exposed part) is usually placed down, so the product with the obelisk-shaped projection of the earlier application is not stable. However, there is a problem that the load is lost or the load does not work well.
Finally, after the construction, steps are constructed in the horizontal direction, but there is no grip in the vertical direction, so if the water flow is fast, it is difficult to grasp by hand and there is a concern that the water may be washed away.
The present invention is a clue block devised for the purpose of improving the shape of the step function unit of the prior application and solving the above problems.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The Machin block of the present invention has a horizontal portion of a concave portion (step function hole) which functions as a grip and a foothold so that the center of the front surface (surface) of the Machin block becomes almost horizontal during the valley work of the earlier application. One end is formed in a concave shape with the same side perpendicular to each other, or the convex part (step function part) having the same function is made perpendicular to the same side length, so that even if the direction of leaning during valley construction is changed, The side functions as a step, so that one basic form can be handled.
[0006]
[Embodiment of the invention]
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, when a valley as shown in FIG. 11 is formed in the vicinity of the center of the front (surface exposed) portion of the block, as shown in FIGS. By providing the upper and lower recesses with the same side length perpendicular to the side length kept in the same direction, the same product can cope with the vertical direction and even if the leaning direction changes for each step This is a known block for a block retaining wall.
Note that the sides of the concave portion need to be of equal length on both sides and limbs can be inserted, and the thickness must be subtracted from the overall size of the block (corresponding to a human load), but 12 to 15 cm. Can be secured, and it seems to function well as a step hole, and vegetation is also possible in this hole.
However, for the above reason, a large opening like the block of the prior application cannot be obtained. Therefore, a small hole is provided in the remaining portion so that it can be effectively used as the vegetation function hole 4.
[0007]
Regarding claim 2, as shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the depth of the concave portion having the same function as in claim 1 is reduced, and the entirety extending to the step function portion and the outer peripheral side is obelisk-shaped from the front surface of the block. And a countermeasure when the provision of the recess as claimed in claim 1 causes a problem in calculating the strength as a retaining wall of the product, and a depth of the recess which is naturally limited in claim 1 It is intended to make it easier to ascend by increasing the number of vegetation and to enlarge the vegetation function hole.
Note that the obelisk shape is made in consideration of easy removal from the mold during the manufacturing process, and does not affect the function. Instead, by extending the outer frame to the full extent, a step or a vertical handgrip will be constructed almost continuously after construction.
[0008]
Regarding claim 3, as shown in FIG. 15 to FIG. 17, the front block of the clinch block of claim 1 and claim 2 is made of a water-permeable material, with the object of further improving the vegetation function. However, it can also be expected to have the effect of preventing limbs from slipping when falling out.
[0009]
【Example】
In the case of valleys, even if the leaning direction of the blank block changes for each step, as shown in FIGS. 11 and 13, steps of about 30 cm are formed on the entire block after construction as shown in FIGS. In particular, in the block of the second aspect, the step function portion and the vertical grip are formed almost continuously except for the chamfered portions on the side surfaces.
[00010]
[Effect of the invention]
By adopting the above-mentioned shape, even one kind of product can be used in both leaning directions, and productivity and workability can be improved, and the surface part can be placed downward during transportation and temporary placement. Therefore, it can be handled in the same manner as a conventional block. In addition, the disaster prevention effect, which is the original object, is very unlike that of the prior application, especially in the case of the block of claim 2, since the step function portion is formed almost continuously as described above, the possibility of slipping the limbs is extremely high. At the same time, the vertical projections or depressions that do not function as steps serve as lateral grips, so that the disaster prevention effect can be more expected. In addition, with regard to the product of the third aspect, by making the surface portion water-permeable, proper drainage of the vegetation function hole becomes possible, and the growth of the plant can be further enhanced. The effect can be expected as well.
