本考案は、物品を保管するための保管庫に関し、特に、耐火性及び耐盗性に優れた保管庫に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
一般に、金庫等の保管庫においては、物品（書類を含む）を火災等から保護するため、耐火性を備えており、例えば、不燃性表面材間の密封空間にモルタルを充填硬化して、耐火性を向上させているが、不燃性表面材間にモルタルを充填硬化している関係上、不可避的にその重量が重くなってしまう。

このような不具合を防止するため、耐火性を確保するとともに、その重量を軽量化した耐火保管庫が知られている。例えば、耐火保管庫のケース本体と閉塞蓋２とを、それぞれスチール板による内外表面材３間に、充填材１１としてセラミック微細中空粒子を充填したものとして、軽量化するとともに、セラミック微細中空粒子自体の低い熱伝導性とその間に形成される微小空気溜りの双方を断熱手段として用いたものがある（特許文献１：段落［０００５］〜段落［００１１］、第１〜第４図参照）。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、従来の耐火保管庫においては、その重量を軽量化して、移動し易くしているものの、耐火保管庫には貴重な物品等が収納されていることを考慮すると、耐火保管庫を軽量化することは、泥棒等に容易に持ち運ばれてしまうという危険性を孕んでいる。

一方、上述のように、モルタルを充填した耐火保管庫においても、重量は重いものの、移動できないことはなく、泥棒等に持ち運ばれてしまう危険性がある。

加えて、従来の耐火保管庫は、床面上に配置される関係上、目に付き易く、この点においても泥棒等に容易に発見されて、持ち去られるという危険性が高く、しかも、前述のように、床面上に配置されるから、その分床スペースが狭くなってしまう。

本考案の目的は、住宅等の床スペースが狭くなることなく、しかも耐盗性に優れた保管庫を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本考案によれば、一面が開口され中空の本体部と、該開口面に配置され開閉可能な扉体とを有する保管庫であって、前記本体部が前記開口面側を上方に向けて床下に位置づけられており、前記扉体が所定の開位置となると、該開位置で前記扉体を保持するストッパー部材を有することを特徴とする保管庫が得られる。

このようにして、一面が開口され中空の本体部を、開口面側を上方に向けて床下に位置づけて、扉体が所定の開位置となると、開位置で扉体を保持するストッパー部材を有するようにすれば、保管庫が部外者に見えることがなく、耐盗性を容易に向上させることができ、しかも、床面スペースが保管庫によって減少してしまうことがない。さらに、扉体が開位置となると、ストッパー部材によって扉体が保持され、容易に物品の出し入れができることになる。

【考案の実施の形態】
以下、本考案について図面を参照して説明する。図１を参照すると、図示の保管庫１１は、箱形状の本体部１２を備えており、この本体部１２の一面（図１において上面）は開口され、この開口部を塞ぐようにして、扉体１３が配設されている。
