従来、サッシ窓についているクレセント錠は、レバーを回転させるだけで施錠及び開錠でき、侵入窃盗犯等がサッシ窓のクレセント錠付近のガラスを小さく割り開けるだけで簡単に開錠することができるという問題点を有していた。

上記目的を達成するために、クレセント錠の取り付けてあるサッシに左右に溝を設けた台座を取り付け、その台座をクレセント錠の上部を覆えるよう加工した板が溝に沿って上下に移動し、固定できるようにした。

【考案の効果】
施錠した状態のクレセント錠を、台座に取り付けた板が下に移動しクレセント錠上部を覆い固定することにより、クレセント錠のレバーの回転を妨ぎ開錠できないようにすることができる。また、台座に取り付けた板を上に移動させることにより、当該器具をサッシから取り外すことなくクレセント錠を開錠することができる。
