本考案は、衣料品やカーテンをハンガーに掛けた状態で搬入できるコンテナ積載用ハンガー台車に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、背広やコート等の衣類は、海外で生産されることが多く、折り畳んだ状態で長期間移動させた場合には衣類に皺ができる。このようにして出来る皺は、衣類の品質を落とすことになるので、出来るだけ衣類に皺が寄らないようにハンガーに掛けたまま大量に搬送する。このような衣類の搬送に利用されるハンガーラックとして、特許・第２７９１８８０号には、衣料搬送用台車及びこの台車を用いた衣料品の運搬方法が開示されている。この特許公報に開示されている衣料搬送用台車は、台車の一対の車輪が下部に固定された第１の側面部材と、第１の側面部材に対して略Ｌ字状に固定されて設けられている背面部材と、第１の側面部材に対向して設けられる下部に一対の車輪が固定されている第２の側面部材とからなり、第１，第２の側面部材と背面部材とは底面板によりコの字状に固定されると共に、底面板と第２の側面部材とは背面部材側に折り畳み可能にした台車であって、複数の衣料品を搬送する衣料搬送用の搬送具を台車内に支持するための棒状のレールと、レールの一方の端部に設けられた固定部と、固定部に対してレールを折り畳み可能にするため固定部に回動可能に軸支されるレールの一方の端部に設けた軸支部と、固定部を第１の側面部材のフレームに固着せしめる略Ｌ字状の取付部材と、レールの他方の端部を第２の側面部材に係止せしめる係止部材と、第１の側面部材に開閉自在に設けた扉とで構成されている。これにより、例えば、配送センターの衣料格納庫から台車への衣料の移し換えは、格納庫のレールと台車のレールとを連結することで容易に行われる。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
従来の技術で述べた台車は、衣料格納庫と台車との間をレールで連結し、衣料がレールに吊り下げられて移動できるようにしたものである。しかし、衣料が搬出された後の台車は、車輪が取り付けられたまま略Ｌ字形状に折り畳まれて収納されるので、収納効率を改善する余地がある。さらに、台車を構成する構成部材が多く、１台の台車で吊り下げられる衣類の数は一本のレールに吊り下げられる衣類の数となっているという問題点を有している。
本考案は、従来の技術の有するこのような問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その目的とするところは、衣料品やカーテンを搬入した後にトラック等で回収されるコンテナ積載用ハンガー台車が、出来るだけ少ない部材で構成され、また、コンパクトに折り畳むことで収納スペースを縮小させて搬送できるようにすることである。さらに、一台の台車が吊るせる衣料品やカーテンを出来るだけ多くできるものとする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本考案におけるコンテナ積載用ハンガー台車は、衣料品やカーテンをハンガーに掛けた状態で搬入するハンガー台車であって、該ハンガー台車は、キャスターを４隅に設けて枠型に形成した基板と、前記基板上の左右で立設するように形成した一対の逆Ｕ字形状のフレームと、前記フレームを前記基板の内側に折り畳めるように枢着する枢着部材と、左右の前記フレームの間に掛け渡して前記ハンガーを吊り下げる吊り下げバーと、を備え、搬入後に、折り畳んだ状態で積み重ねできるようにしたことを特徴とする。前記フレームには、その幅方向に掛け渡して受梁が設けられていることを特徴とする。左右の前記受梁に前記吊り下げバーを掛け渡していることを特徴とする。前記吊り下げバーの左右端を係止するように開口部を形成した装着部材が、前記フレーム及び／又は前記受梁に設けられていることを特徴とする。前記基板の背面には、フォークリフトで持ち上げる際に、ガイドとなるガイド部材が設けられていることを特徴とする。

これにより、衣料品やカーテンをハンガーに掛けた状態で多数搬入することができ、搬入した後は、折り畳んだ状態で積層し、収納スペースを効率良く使い、トラック等での運搬効率を向上させるハンガー台車とすることができる。
また、吊り下げバーは、衣料品やカーテンをハンガーに吊り下げたまま取り外せるので、衣料品やカーテンなどの布地の搬入が容易になる。

【考案の実施の形態】
本考案の実施の形態について図面を参照して説明する。
図１は、本考案のコンテナ積載用ハンガー台車１０を示した正面図であり、図３は、その側面図である。図２及び図４は、それぞれコンテナ積載用ハンガー台車１０を折り畳み、３台積み重ねて示した正面図及び側面図である。図５の（ａ）は、装着部材７を説明する正面図、（ｂ）は、その側面図である。図６は、使用状態を示すコンテナ積載用ハンガー台車１０の側面図である。

図１及び図３に示すように、コンテナ積載用ハンガー台車１０（以後、ハンガー台車という）は、キャスター３を設けた枠型状の基板４に、フレーム１を左右に対峙させて立設し、その左右のフレーム１の間に掛け渡して吊り下げバー２を設けたものである。このフレーム１は基板４側に折り畳まれるように、基板の４の４隅に設けられた枢着部材５に枢着され、基板４の背面には固定してガイド部材８を設け、フレーム１を折り畳んだ状態で、ハンガー台車１０がフォークリフトで持ち上げられるように構成されている。カードホルダー９の取り付け位置は、特に限定されるものではないが、ハンガー台車１０の搬送先や積載されている衣料品やカーテン（布地で製造される製品一般を含む）の種類等の情報を伝達できるように、好適な位置に取り付けらる。

フレーム１は逆Ｕ字形状に形成され、その両端部を基板４に枢着させ、天井に水平部分が形成されるように取り付けられている。この水平部分には、装着部材７を介し、左右のフレーム１に掛け渡して第１の吊り下げバー２が設けられ、以下、第２、第３、第４の吊り下げバー２は、装着部材７を介して、フレーム１間に掛け渡して設けた受梁６に、その１端を係止すると共に、他端は対向するフレーム１の受梁６に掛け渡して設けられる。

図１及び図３において、吊り下げバー２は上下方向に４箇所設けられ、受梁６は３箇所設けられているように示したが、衣料品の種類やサイズにより適宜増減される。また、受梁６は、その両端を固定させて、フレーム１間に掛け渡して設けられ、吊り下げバー２が水平に掛け渡せるように、それぞれ対応する受梁６は同一高さを有する。吊り下げバー２が設けられる位置は、例えば、図６に示すように、ハンガーＢに掛けた背広Ａを吊り下げるような場合には、吊り下げバー２を上段と下段に分け、更に、それぞれの上段と下段において、フレーム１の幅方向で対峙させると共に、若干の段差を設けるのがよい。

装着部材７は、左右のフレーム１間に掛け渡して設けられる吊り下げバー２を保持するものである。従って、この装着部材７をフレーム１の幅方向（受梁６の長尺方向）に、好適に設けることにより、ハンガーに吊り下げられた衣料品の種類に応じて、衣料品がフレーム１内に収まるようにすること等、吊り下げバー２の取り付け位置を適宜に調節できる。即ち、吊り下げバー２の位置は、装着部材７がフレーム１や受梁６に固定されるその位置で決められるので、上述したように、好適な位置に吊り下げバー２を配置することにより、衣料品に添着された商品表示等が周囲から視認できるようにする。

図５は、吊り下げバー２を着脱自在に係止する装着部材７を示したものである。この図５の（ａ）の正面図、及び、（ｂ）の側面図に示すように、装着部材７は、上方に吊り下げバー２が挿入できる大きさで開口部１１を形成すると共に、下方は閉じて形成され、上方の開口部１１から吊り下げバー２が挿入されると下方で係止されるように構成されている。これにより、トラック等で運搬されることによる移動中の揺れに対しても容易には外れないようになっている。また、衣料品の搬入先では、吊り下げバー２に衣料品を吊り下げた状態で、取り外せる便利さがある。即ち、この吊り下げバー２は、左右方向に長尺なものであり、衣料品を掛けたハンガーが多数吊り下げられるように構成されているので、吊り下げバー２の両端を持ち上げて、多数の衣料品を一度に移動させることができる。

吊り下げバー２をハンガー台車１０から取り外した後には、図２及び図４に示すように、それぞれのハンガー台車１０を折り畳み積み重ねることができる。図２及び図４では、ハンガー台車１０を３台積み上げたことを示しているが、積み上げられる台数は８台程度で、その高さはハンガー台車１０の高さより高くなる。また、積み上げる際には、通常、キャスター３を取り外し、積み重ねた状態で移動させる。即ち、基板４の底には、ガイド部材８が設けられているので、フォークリフト等で容易に持ち上げられるようになっている。

【考案の効果】
本考案は、上述のとおり構成されているので、衣料品をハンガーに掛けた状態で多数一度に搬入するハンガー台車とすることができ、衣料品の搬入後には、フレームを折り畳んだ状態でハンガー台車を積層し、収納スペースを効率良く使えるので、トラック等での運搬効率を向上させることができる。
左右方向に長尺な吊り下げバー２は、ハンガー台車に着脱自在に係止されているので、ハンガーに掛けられた衣料品を一度に多数移動させることができる。
