上記目的を達成するために木材の角を背骨の両側にそわせるようにした上で座る人にとって一番押し戻してほしい所を一番高くするように工夫した。

【考案の実施の形態】
直径２０ｃｍ余りの丸太を縦に４つ割りしたもののうち２本を使い床から一体となった椅子の背もたれとする。座る人の希望する箇所を頂点として上下両方向に材を斜めに削り取る。
その結果、座る人が一番支えてほしいところが最も突出した形の背もたれとなる。

【考案の効果】
慢性腰痛持ちで猫背気味の考案者が実際に毎日使用し続けたところ、非常に快適で今までと違い長時間椅子に座り続ける事が出来た。
