Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to a handicraft knitting machine, and more particularly to a handicraft knitting machine that can easily form the same knitted fabric as a stick needle knitting simply by hooking a thread on a protruding needle mountain and dropping the thread in the manner of Lillian. It is.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in manufacturing a knitted product by handicraft, usually, a needle tool such as a bar needle, a ring needle, and a crochet has been used and knitted using various techniques.
However, the above knitting technique is not only troublesome in recent years in needle selection and technique selection as a knitting technique, but also does not readily meet the demands of the times.
[0003]
Therefore, the applicant of the present application has adapted to the sense of the times in order to achieve the improvement, and it is easy for anyone to create a knitted product by handicraft from elementary school students to retirement companies, and it is easy to make it, and for handicrafts that can realize the fun of handicrafts. The knitting device has a male part on one side and a female part on the other side, and engages with each other and engages with each other. At the upper end of the stalk portion, extending from the stalk portion, having a bulging portion having a curved surface and extending outward, and a predetermined number of needle ridges provided with slits in the stalk portion in the lateral direction of the base material, a required number of protrusions are formed. [0004]
[Patent Document 1] Japanese Utility Model Registration No. 3090300
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when making small items such as hats with the proposed handicraft knitting device 40 mm pitch, usually, the two knitting devices are knitted together (32 stitches), and in this case, the entire size is used. (Periphery) is 130 cm, which not only requires a large working space, but also has a pitch of 40 mm, so that it is often difficult for the plain knitted hat to become a tightly knitted fabric which is originally required.
[0006]
The present invention focuses on the points described above, and in order to improve this, in particular, a claw that bends at a right angle is formed on a mountain portion corresponding to a stem portion of the horizontally long base material, and knitting is performed by three-dimensionally threading the claw portion. By doing so, the purpose is to shorten the circumference and make the working space compact, and to close the eyes including the three-dimensional part, to obtain a tight knitted fabric similar to the conventional knitted hat. .
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the knitting device according to the present invention, which meets the above object, comprises a horizontally long base material made of a flexible material, and the base material has an engaging male part on one side and an engaging female part on the other side. By engaging and locking each other, one or a plurality of them can be connected to form a curved tube shape, and the upper edge of the base material can be bent outward along the longitudinal center line. A plurality of required protrusions forming the claw portion are arranged in parallel, and at least the bent portion has an outer edge which has a curved surface at its outer edge and a bulging portion which bulges outward and a thread is connected to an intermediate portion. It is characterized in that a locking recess for stopping is formed.
[0008]
In addition, the horizontally long base material described above uses a plurality of or a plurality of different lengths, and engages and locks each other to appropriately change the diameter of the cylindrical shape, so that any one knitting device can be used. You can get a work of size.
[0009]
[Action]
In order to perform knitting using the handicraft knitting device of the present invention, one or a plurality of the base materials of the present invention are locked by the male and female engaging portions at both ends to form a tube of a required size. The protruding portion is bent outward along the longitudinal center line to form a claw portion, and wool and the like are alternately hooked on the claw portion to the outside and the inside thereof, and then the yarn is sent to the outside that has previously made a round. A thread that is three-dimensionally applied to the nail portion is hooked using a fingertip or a needle, and the knitting operation is repeated over the next thread sent in the circumferential direction and knitting over the nail portion.
At this time, the upper end of the claw portion has a curved surface and has a bulging shape that spreads outward, so that the yarn can be smoothly carried and it is difficult for eyes to drop.
[0010]
Therefore, for example, knitting can be easily performed only by sequentially threading the three-dimensionally hung on the bent portion of the claw, sequentially over the orbiting yarn, and hooking the claw of the protruding portion with the fingertip. .
Of course, it is also possible to knit using a needle instead of using a fingertip.
In addition, by changing the length of the base material, changing the length of the base material to be combined, and engaging and locking, the size of the cylindrical shape is changed, and the number of stitches can be adjusted.
[0011]
[Embodiment of the invention]
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0012]
FIG. 1 shows an example of the handicraft knitting device according to the present invention, and 1 has an appropriate width and an appropriate length which are the main members of the knitting device made of a flexible material such as a synthetic resin plate or a metal plate. A horizontally long base material, usually a 1 mm thick polypropylene resin plate is used, 2 is an engaging male portion provided at one side end of the base material 1, and 3 is the engaging male portion of the base material. The engaging male part 2 and the engaging female part 3 are connected to each other by using one or a plurality of base materials 1. By engaging and locking with the engaging female portion 3, the horizontally long base material 1 can be formed as a tubular knitting frame as shown in FIG.
[0013]
Here, in the illustrated example, the engaging female portions 3 are provided vertically so that the engaging male portions 2 can engage with each other, but the engaging male portions 2 and the engaging female portions 3 are engaged with each other. The shape and structure are not limited to the shapes and structures shown in the drawings as long as they can be locked and formed into a cylindrical knitting device.
If necessary, using the engaging male part 2 and the engaging female part 3 of the base material 1, connecting two horizontally long base materials 1 to each other and connecting them together to increase the cylinder diameter, and You can also knit the ground.
[0014]
The horizontally long base material 1, which is the main material of the knitting device of the present invention, has a required number of protrusions 4 corresponding to needle ridges for hooking yarn or the like at the upper edge thereof and determining the number of stitches for knitting. The protruding portion 4 includes a portion 4b that can be bent outward at a substantially right angle along the longitudinal center line a and a remaining base piece 4a, and is obliquely formed by the bendable portion 4b and the remaining base piece 4a. The thread forms a three-dimensional hook.
An outer edge of the bendable portion 4b is formed with a bulging portion 5 having a curved surface at the top and bulging outward and a locking concave portion 6 for locking a yarn at an intermediate portion. It is designed to be threaded.
[0015]
The number of the protruding portions 4 corresponding to the needle ridges is appropriately set over the entire length of the horizontally long base material 1 according to the number of knitted articles to be knitted, and generally, the number of ranks is 4 to 10. However, it is not necessarily restricted to this.
For example, the base material 1 shown in FIG. 1 has eight ridges, and the base material shown in FIG. 2 has four ridges. These are appropriately prepared and used in combination.
In addition, the above-mentioned horizontally long base material 1 is usually prepared by punching, and therefore, the lower edge of the bent portion 4b of each of the projecting portions 4 which are sectioned slightly overlaps with the lower edge of the remaining base piece 4a. ing.
[0016]
The knitting device of the present invention is formed of a horizontally long base material having the above-described components. Next, an embodiment of knitting using this knitting device will be described below. The portion 4 is bent outward along the longitudinal center line a, and a plurality of, four in FIG. 3, four of the elongated substrates 1 are used to select the engaging female portion 3 of the adjacent elongated substrate 1 as shown in FIG. The engaging male part 2 is locked to the engaging female part 3 from the outside to determine the size of the cylindrical knitting frame and the size of the cylindrical knitting in the illustrated example.
In this case, the horizontally long base material 1 can be used in combination of different lengths, large, middle and small lengths.
Then, the start position is determined, the end of the yarn Y is fixed at an appropriate position outside the tubular knitting frame with an adhesive tape or the like, and the yarn is looped three-dimensionally alternately outside and inside the bent claw portion.
Next, in the second lap, the first lap thread three-dimensionally applied to the outside of the claw section 4 is knitted over the second lap thread to the claw section 4 using a finger as shown in FIG.
Of course, it is also possible to knit using a crochet or the like without using a finger.
[0017]
Thus, when the second lap is completed by knitting the first three-dimensional thread over the second lap over the second lap, the third and subsequent laps are similarly knitted in the same manner. .
Then, if the knitting is performed several times, the adhesive tape or the like 8 from which the thread has been stopped is removed as necessary, and the thread is rested inside the tubular knitting frame.
Thus, the knitting shown in FIG. 4 is sequentially performed over a required circumference, and when the knitted fabric on the inner side becomes long, the knitted fabric is pulled out from the hollow portion of the tubular knitting frame, and the required number of steps is knitted.
When the knitting is completed in the required number of steps in this way, first, the thread ends that have been fixed with adhesive tape, etc., and after all the claws have been threaded, remove the knitted fabric from the claws and pull gently. When the knitted fabric is prepared and the yarns at the beginning and end of the knitting are pulled to adjust both ends, a tubular circular knit product made of a flat knitted fabric is completed.
[0018]
The yarn used in the above knitting is preferably a very thick wool, particularly a super-thick wool that is a suitable rod needle having a size of about 10 mm to about 10 mm. Can be obtained.
In particular, in the above-mentioned knitting, the thread that is bent three-dimensionally on the outside at a substantially right angle one by one is three-dimensionally threaded to reduce the distance that was previously flat and 40 mm per eye (peak and valley). As a result, the overall size (perimeter) could be reduced from about 130 cm to about 87 cm, which was about 2/3. In addition, by setting the pitch from 40 mm to 34 mm including the three-dimensional part, the eyes become clogged, that is, the same gauge as that knitted with an appropriate bar needle can be obtained.
The knitting device is very effective for making works such as wear (vest), mufflers, leg warmers, etc., mainly for hats.
[0019]
[Effect of the invention]
As described above, the knitting device of the present invention is provided with a claw that bends outward one by one at the protruding portion of the upper edge of the horizontally long base material, and applies a thread to this three-dimensionally. The size can be reduced, the work space can be made compact, and the pitch can be reduced from 40 mm to 34 mm, so that the same gauge as that knitted with the appropriate bar needle can be put out, creating a highly complete knitted fabric work be able to.
In addition, when knitting with wool, it is possible to pinch with your fingertips, and since it crosses the wool over the three-dimensional nail part, the wool is easier to pinch and the workability is better than conventional ones. By combining large, medium and small base materials, you can get the size of your favorite work, and you can knit simply by threading with your fingertips so anyone can enjoy handicraft knitting easily It has a very remarkable effect as a handicraft knitting device.
In addition, since the upper portion of the claw portion is formed in a swelling shape that forms a curved surface outward and expands, there is an advantage that the nail is hardly dropped during knitting.
