Abstract

【課題】一人で看板を足場に取り付けることができ、取り付け作業に要する時間を短縮することができ、看板同士間に大きな隙間ができず、下側の看板の水平を合わせれば、上側の看板の水平を合わせる必要がない看板取付具を提供する。

本考案は、看板を簡単に取り付けることができる看板取付具に関するものである。

従来から、木造建築工事現場等の各種の建築現場,工事現場等では、足場が、多数本の中空パイプ状のポールを縦横に組み立てる等して形成されており、この足場を利用して、建築物の内容,特長,広告等や建築工事の内容,施工者,発注者等を表示した看板を取り付けることがよく行われている。このような、現場での看板広告は反響が高く、大きな効果を奏している。

上記の看板を足場に取り付ける方法としては、看板の各隅部に穿設した穴に紐等を回し、この紐等を足場のポールをにくくり付ける方法が、一般的である。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記の方法では、下で看板を支える人が必要であり、一人で看板を足場にくくり付けることができないという問題や、取り付け作業に時間がかかるという問題がある。しかも、複数枚の看板を上下,左右に取り付ける場合には、上下,左右に隣り合う看板同士間に大きな隙間ができやすく、しかも、1枚ごとに看板の水平を合わさなければならないという問題がある。また、看板に代えて、表面に建築物の広告等が印刷されたシートを用い、これを紐等で足場にくくり付ける方法もあるが、この場合にも、上記と同様の問題がある。

本考案は、このような事情に鑑みなされたもので、一人で看板を足場に取り付けることができ、取り付け作業に要する時間を短縮することができ、看板同士間に大きな隙間ができず、下側の看板の水平を合わせれば、その上側に取り付ける看板の水平を合わせる必要がない看板取付具の提供をその目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため、本考案の看板取付具は、所定の間隔をあけて並設される複数のポールに看板を着脱自在に取り付けるために複数個用いられる看板取付具であって、看板の一部を着脱自在に取り付ける取付部と、ポールに着脱自在に固定する固定部とを備え、上記取付部を、看板の一部を出し入れ自在に配設しうる隙間をあけた状態で相対向状に配設される一対の隙間形成用平板体と、上記両隙間形成用平板体間にこれらに対し略直交する状態で配設される連結用平板体とで、断面H字状に形成し、上記両隙間形成用平板体間に配設した看板の一部を着脱自在に取り付ける取付手段を上記両隙間形成用平板体の少なくとも一方に設け、上記両隙間形成用平板体の少なくとも一方の外側面に上記固定部を固定し、この固定部をポールに固定した状態で、上記連結用平板体が上記ポールの軸心方向に対し略直交するように構成したという構成をとる。

すなわち、本考案の看板取付具は、これを構成する取付部を、相対向状に配設される一対の隙間形成用平板体と、上記両隙間形成用平板体間にこれらに対し略直交する状態で配設される連結用平板体とで、断面H字状に形成しており、この断面H字状の両側に形成される一対の溝状隙間に看板の一部を着脱自在に配設することができる。また、上記両隙間形成用平板体の少なくとも一方の外側面に固定した固定部を、ポールに固定した状態で、上記連結用平板体が上記ポールの軸心方向に対し略直交するように構成しているため、建築現場等で縦横に組み立てられた足場のポールに上記固定具を固定すると、上記連結用平板体を略水平もしくは略垂直にする(すなわち、上記取付部の断面H字状の両溝状隙間を上下方向もしくは左右方向に向ける)ことができる。なお、本考案において、「略直交する」とは、完全に直交する場合を含み、「略垂直」とは、完全に垂直である場合を含み、「略水平」とは、完全に水平である場合を含む。

したがって、本考案の看板取付具を4個用い、例えば、つぎのようにして1枚の看板を足場に取り付けることができる。すなわち、まず、左右に隣り合うポールに、相対向する状態で2個の看板取付具を固定し、ついで、これら両看板取付具の上側に、相対向する状態で2個の看板取付具を仮固定する。これにより、両看板取付具の連結用平板体を略水平にし、両看板取付具の断面H字状の両溝状隙間を上下方向に向けることができる。つぎに、一人で看板を持ち上げ、下側の両看板取付具の断面H字状の上側溝状隙間(上記断面H字状の両溝状隙間のうち、連結用平板体の上側の溝状隙間)に看板の左右両側の下側隅部を挿入し、両看板取付具の連結用平板体の上面に載置する。つぎに、上側の一方の看板取付具の固定を解除し、この一方の看板取付具をポールに沿って下方に移動させ、この看板取付具の断面H字状の下側溝状隙間(上記断面H字状の両溝状隙間のうち、連結用平板体の下側の溝状隙間)に看板の一方の上側隅部を挿入し、この上側隅部の上面に上記一方の看板取付具の連結用平板体の下面を当接させ、その状態で、上記一方の看板取付具をポールに固定する。同様にして、上側の他方の看板取付具を動かし、看板の他方の上側隅部の上面に上記他方の看板取付具の連結用平板体の下面を当接させ、その状態で、上記他方の看板取付具をポールに固定する。そののち、取付手段で看板を各看板取付具に固定することを行う。このようにして、1枚の看板を足場に一人で取り付けることができる。なお、上側の両看板取付具を両ポールに仮固定しなくてもよい。

また、上記看板の上側に新たに看板を取り付ける場合には、まず、上記上側に取り付けた2個の看板取付具(以下、2段目の看板取付具という)の上側に新たに、相対向する状態で2個の看板取付具(以下、3段目の看板取付具という)を仮固定する。ついで、一人で2枚目の看板を持ち上げ、上記2段目の両看板取付具の断面H字状の上側溝状隙間に2枚目の看板の左右両側の下側隅部を挿入し、両看板取付具の連結用平板体の上面に載置する。つぎに、上記3段目の一方の看板取付具の固定を解除し、この一方の看板取付具をポールに沿って下方に移動させ、この看板取付具の断面H字状の下側溝状隙間に2枚目の看板の一方の上側隅部を挿入し、この上側隅部の上面に上記一方の看板取付具の連結用平板体の下面を当接させ、その状態で、上記一方の看板取付具をポールに固定する。同様にして、3段目の他方の看板取付具を動かし、看板の他方の上側隅部の上面に上記他方の看板取付具の連結用平板体の下面を当接させ、その状態で、上記他方の看板取付具をポールに固定する。そののち、取付手段で看板を各看板取付具に固定することを行う。このようにして、2枚の看板を上下方向に重ねて取り付けることができる。また、看板が3枚以上ある場合にも、同様にして、上下方向に並設状に取り付けることができる。

また、上記看板の右側に新たに看板を取り付ける場合には、まず、左右に隣り合う2本のポールに1枚目の看板を取り付ける際に、各看板取付具の断面H字状の溝状隙間の半分だけを利用し、看板を取り付けておく。例えば、看板の右・下側の隅部を右・下側の看板取付具の断面H字状の上側溝状隙間の左側部分に載置し、看板の左・下側の隅部を左・下側の看板取付具の断面H字状の上側溝状隙間の右側部分に載置しておく。ついで、上記2本のポールの右側にあるポール(以下、3列目のポールという)に、上記2本のポールのうち右側のポール(以下、2列目のポールという)に固定した上下一対の看板取付具と相対向する状態で、上下一対の看板取付具を新たに固定する。つぎに、一人で看板を持ち上げ、2列目および3列目のポールに取り付けた下側の両看板取付具の断面H字状の上側溝状隙間に2枚目の看板の左右両側の下側隅部を挿入し、両看板取付具の連結用平板体の上面に載置する。このとき、2枚目の看板の右・下側の隅部を3列目のポールの看板取付具の断面H字状の上側溝状隙間の左側部分に載置し、2枚目の看板の左・下側の隅部を2列目のポールの看板取付具の断面H字状の上側溝状隙間の右側部分に載置する。つぎに、2列目のポールに固定した上側の看板取付具の固定を解除し、この看板取付具をポールに沿って上方に移動させ、2枚目の看板の左・上側の隅部を上記上側の看板取付具の断面H字状の下側溝状隙間の右側部分の下方に位置決めし、その状態で上記上側の看板取付具をポールに沿って下方に移動させ、この上側の看板取付具の断面H字状の下側溝状隙間の右側部分に看板の左・上側の隅部を挿入し、この上側隅部の上面に上記上側の看板取付具の連結用平板体の右側部分の下面を当接させ、その状態で、上記上側の看板取付具を2列目のポールに固定する。つぎに、3列目のポールに固定した上側の看板取付具の固定を解除し、この上側の看板取付具をポールに沿って下方に移動させ、この看板取付具の断面H字状の下側溝状隙間の左側部分に2枚目の看板の右・上側の隅部を挿入し、この上側隅部の上面を上記上側の看板取付具の連結用平板体の左側部分の下面に当接させ、その状態で、上記上側の看板取付具を3列目のポールに固定する。そののち、取付手段で看板を各看板取付具に固定することを行う。このようにして、2枚の看板を左右方向に並べて取り付けることができる。また、看板が3枚以上ある場合にも、同様にして、左右方向に並設状に取り付けることができる。

上記のように、本考案の看板取付具では、一人で看板を足場に取り付けることができるうえ、取り付け作業が短い時間で行える。しかも、複数枚の看板を上下,左右に取り付ける場合には、上下もしくは左右に隣り合う看板同士間に大きな隙間ができない。しかも、複数枚の看板を上下に取り付ける場合には、最初に看板取付具の連結用平板体の水平を合わせておけば、その上方に看板を重ねて取り付けるときに、看板取付具の連結用平板体の水平を合わせる必要がない。

【考案の実施の形態】
つぎに、本考案の実施の形態を図面にもとづいて詳しく説明する。

図1〜図3は本考案の看板取付具の一実施の形態を示している。これらの図において、1は看板取付具であり、看板5の一隅部5a〜5d(図7参照)を着脱自在に取り付ける取付部2と、建築現場の足場を構成するために縦横に組まれた中空パイプ製のポール6(図5参照。この図5では、略垂直に組まれたポール6しか、図示せず)に着脱自在に固定される固定部3とからなっている。

上記取付部2は、縦断面H状に形成されており、所定間隔をあけて相対向状にかつ略垂直状に配設される前後一対の長方形平板状の隙間形成板(隙間形成用平板体)11,12と、これら前後両隙間形成板11,12間に配設される長方形平板状の連結板(連結用平板体)13とからなっている。そして、上記両隙間形成板11,12の内側面と連結板13の上面との間に上側溝状隙間14が形成され、上記両隙間形成板11,12の内側面と連結板13の下面との間に下側溝状隙間15が形成されている。この実施の形態では、上記看板5は、横1800cm×縦900cmであり、上記両隙間形成板11,12は、横140mm×縦80mmであり、上記両溝状隙間14,15の溝幅は、22mmである。

上記の構成において、4枚の看板5(下側の2枚の看板5と上側の2枚の看板5)を、建築現場の足場に略垂直方向に組まれた3本のポール6に着脱自在に取り付ける場合には、まず、左右に並設される3本のポール6にそれぞれ看板取付具1の固定部3を同じ高さで固定する(図5参照。この図5では、固定部3は図示せず)。このとき、固定部3の2本のクランプ部22,23を各ポール6の外周面に沿わせてクランプしたのち、ねじ棒24のナット25を締め付けて固定する(図6参照)。ついで、各看板取付具1の上側にもそれぞれ看板取付具1を所望の高さで仮固定する。つぎに、左側と中央の両ポール6に看板5を取り付けるために、一人で看板5を持ち上げ、左側のポール6の下側の看板取付具1の連結板13の右側部分に看板5の左・下側の隅部5aを載置し、中央のポール6の下側の看板取付具1の連結板13の左側部分に看板5の右・下側の隅部5bを載置する(図7参照)。つぎに、左側と中央の両ポール6に取り付けた上側の看板取付具1を操作し、左側のポール6の上側の看板取付具1の連結板13の下面の右側部分に、看板5の左・上側の隅部5cの上面を当接させた状態で、左側のポール6に上側の看板取付具1を固定し、中央のポール6の上側の看板取付具1の連結板13の下面の左側部分に、看板5の右・上側の隅部5dの上面を当接させた状態で、左側のポール6に上側の看板取付具1を固定する。そののち、各看板取付具1のボルト17を進退調節し、看板5の各隅部5a〜5dをボルト17先端の押さえ部材17aで押さえる。

つぎに、中央と右側の両ポール6に2枚目の看板5を取り付けるために、1枚目の看板5と同様にして、中央と右側の両ポール6の下側の看板取付具1に2枚目の看板5の左・下側5aおよび右・下側の隅部5bを載置する。このとき、左右の看板5,5同士を近接させて位置決めすることができる(図6参照)。つぎに、中央のポール6の上側の看板取付具1のボルト17,ナット25を緩めて、上側の看板取付具1を上方に動かしたのち、2枚目の看板5の左・上側5cを上記上側の看板取付具1の下方に位置決めして上記上側の看板取付具1を下方に動かし、この上側の看板取付具1の連結板13の下面の右側部分に、2枚目の看板5の左・上側の隅部5cの上面を当接させた状態で、中央のポール6に上記上側の看板取付具1を固定する。そののち、右側のポール6の上側の看板取付具1を動かし、この上側の看板取付具1の連結板13の下面の左側部分に、2枚目の看板5の右・上側の隅部5dの上面を当接させた状態で、右側のポール6に上記上側の看板取付具1を固定する。そののち、各看板取付具1のボルト17を進退調節し、看板5の各隅部5a〜5dをボルト17先端の押さえ部材17aで押さえる。

以上のように、本考案の看板取付具によれば、一人で看板を足場に取り付けることができるうえ、取り付け作業が短い時間で行える。しかも、複数枚の看板を上下,左右に取り付ける場合には、上下もしくは左右に隣り合う看板同士間に大きな隙間ができない。しかも、複数枚の看板を上下に取り付ける場合には、最初に看板取付具の連結用平板体の水平を合わせておけば、その上方に看板を重ねて取り付けるときに、看板取付具の連結用平板体の水平を合わせる必要がない。
