【課題を解決するための手段】
強風にあおられても卒塔婆が動くことがないよう、卒塔婆を卒塔婆立てに密着
させるための留め具を卒塔婆立てに取り付ける。その留め具にバネを用いれば、
卒塔婆ごとの多少の厚みの違いを気にする必要はなく、容易に抜き差しすること
もできる。

【考案の実施の形態】
図２にあるように、留め具本体１を卒塔婆立て２に接着剤等で取り付けておく
。そうすると卒塔婆３を卒塔婆立て２に上から挿入するだけで、卒塔婆３と卒塔
婆立て２を密着状態のままに維持することができる。留め具の取り付けは卒塔婆
の背面にくるようにする。

【考案の効果】
本考案は、一旦設置されれば力や道具を使わず手軽に卒塔婆を固定させられ、
完全な消音を達成できるだけでなく、卒塔婆立てとの接触部における風化の度合
いも軽減されるので、卒塔婆が折れてしまうという縁起の悪い事態を回避する効
果も期待できる。

本考案は卒塔婆立て用留め具、より詳細には、墓地の墓石に付設される卒塔婆
立てに用いられ、卒塔婆立てに差込まれた卒塔婆を支持する卒塔婆立て用留め具
に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
卒塔婆立ては、卒塔婆を差込むための差込部を有するが、差込部は多数枚の卒
塔婆を差込むことを予定しているために、差込数が少ない場合はかなりの余裕が
できる。そのような場合に風が吹くと、卒塔婆が揺れて差込部の内側面に当たり
、カタカタと大きな音を立てるため、墓地近隣の住民に迷惑がかかる。また、卒
塔婆は、差込部の縁に当たり続けることによりその接触部分の風化が進み、その
部分から折れやすくなる。

【考案が解決しようとする課題】
本考案は、従来の卒塔婆立てにおける上記のような問題点に鑑みてなされたも
ので、卒塔婆の差込数が少ない場合にも、風によって揺動することがないように
卒塔婆を支持することができ、以て、卒塔婆が揺動して騒音を発することを防止
すると共に、卒塔婆の折損を防止することができる卒塔婆立て用留め具を提供す
ることを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するための本考案に係る卒塔婆立て用留め具は、卒塔婆立ての
卒塔婆差込部の内側面に固定される固定板と、前記固定板の両端に設置される側
壁間に渡されるバネ軸と、前記バネ軸の両側に取り付けられるネジリコイルバネ
と、前記バネ軸に軸支されて、前記ネジリコイルバネからのバネ圧を受ける押え
板とから成る。

【考案の実施の形態】
本考案の実施の形態を添付図面に依拠して説明する。図１は、本考案に係る卒
塔婆立て用留め具の実施形態の負荷時における正面（Ａ）、側面（Ｂ）及び背面
（Ｃ）を示すもので、留め具１は、固定板２と、ネジリコイルバネ３と、押え板
４とから成る。

固定板２は、接着等によって卒塔婆立て１０の卒塔婆差込部１１の内側面に複
数並置固定されるものである（図３）。ネジリコイルバネ３は、固定板２の両端
に設けた側壁５、５間に渡したバネ軸６の両端部に巻装され、その一端が固定板
２に当たる。押え板４は、その両端に設けた軸支板７、７がバネ軸６の両端部に
おいて軸支されることにより回動可能にされ、その裏面にネジリコイルバネ３の
他端が当たる。

卒塔婆立て１０の卒塔婆差込部１１に卒塔婆１２がない場合は、押え板４はネ
ジリコイルバネ３に押されて、卒塔婆差込部１１の反対側の内側面に当たった状
態（図２のａ参照）となっている。

そこで卒塔婆１２が上方から差込まれると、押え板４は、固定板２側に押し戻
され、押え板４が卒塔婆１２の背面に当たった状態となる（図２のｂ参照）。こ
の状態ｂにおいて卒塔婆１２は、その厚みに関係なく、ネジリコイルバネ３のバ
ネ圧によって押さえ付けられるため、風を受けても揺動しない。更に卒塔婆１２
を重ねて差込んでいくと、押え板４は更に押し戻される（図２のｃ参照）。

本考案は上述した通りであって、一旦設置されれば力や道具を使わずに手軽に
卒塔婆を固定状態に保持することができ、風を受けてもガタついて騒音を発生す
ることがないだけでなく、卒塔婆差込部との接触による風化の度合いも軽減され
るので、卒塔婆が折れてしまうという縁起の悪い事態を回避する効果も期待でき
