像液スプレー缶12を揺さぶる揺動装置を具えている。
なおバネ17は揺動用シリンダ18の縮むときに作用す
る。また吹付けノズルの押付け時間と揺動時間は調整で
きる。

(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 ボイラの管寄せ端部にあけられた検査孔
を通して管寄せ内面に挿入し浸透液を管寄せ内面の被検
面に塗布し被検面の欠陥の有無を検査する液体浸透探傷
検査装置において、外部が前記検査孔より小径にされた
円筒状の外筒で構成され前記検査孔の通過時液体浸透探
傷検査を行う検査装置および検査装置の状況を監視する
監視カメラを外筒内に収容するようにした検査ヘッド
と、その一端に連結された前記検査ヘッドを検査ヘッド
の軸まわりに旋回させる旋回機構と、前記旋回機構の他
端に固着され前記検査ヘッドを前記管寄せ内面の軸方向
に移動させる案内棒と、前記検査ヘッドを前記管寄せ内
面軸芯部に保持すべく前記案内棒に画成された収納部に
収納された状態から展開する脚とから構成されたことを
特徴とする管寄せ内面液体浸透探傷検査装置。
