First, the arcuate surfaces of the upper and lower chord bars 5 and 6 with a circular cross section and the arcuate surface obtained by bending the vertical lattice lattice 7 with a circular cross section are welded in a state where they are in point contact. Therefore, when welding, it is necessary to accurately position the two and fix and hold them so as not to cause misalignment, and it is difficult to attach the vertical lattice streak 7, and it depends on the quality of the attaching work. However, there is a possibility that the vertical lattice 7 is welded in an inclined and distorted state, or the two are separated from each other and welding is insufficient. In this case, the strength is reduced and the quality is reduced. Not stable.

In the floor structural member having the above-described structure, the upper and lower chords are integrally connected via the vertical connecting portion of the connecting support bar inclined in the longitudinal direction of the deck plate, so that the vertical connection of the connecting support bars is achieved. The section can function in the same manner as the vertical lattice of the prior art, and the vertical lattice can be omitted. In the floor structural material, the lower chord may be disposed immediately below the upper chord, and the vertical connecting portion of the connecting support may be bent in an inverted U-shape. By integrally connecting the upper chordal muscle and the lower chordal muscle through the vertical connecting portions of the pieces, a structure that is particularly strong against deformation due to a compressive force from above can be obtained. In the floor structural material, two lower chords are disposed in parallel on both sides immediately below the upper chord, and a vertical connecting portion of the connection supporting muscle is bent and formed in an inverted V shape. There is a structure in which the function as a fall prevention member is strengthened by integrally connecting the upper chord muscle and the lower chord muscle with two pieces of a vertical connecting portion inclined in a mountain shape.

The inclination angle of the vertical connecting portion 16 in the connecting support bar 15 is set by the height position of the upper chord bar 13 and the length of the vertical connecting portion 16, and the connecting support bar 15 adjacent to the deck plate 11 in the longitudinal direction of the deck plate 11. The tip of the vertical connecting portion 16
Normally, it is used in a state of contacting or approaching as shown by a solid line in FIG. Therefore, usually, several kinds of connection support bars 15 having a longer vertical connection portion 16 are prepared in advance,
The connecting support bar 15 having the length of the vertical connecting portion 16 adapted to the height position of the upper chord bar 13 due to the difference in the thickness of the floor slab
However, even in such a case, compared with the conventional floor structural material 1 in which various kinds of vertical lattice bars 7 having different heights are prepared in advance, the improvement in productivity and the reduction in cost can be achieved. Notable.

Further, the floor structural material 10 having the above structure is shown in FIG.
As shown by the imaginary line, since the height position can be changed by using the adjacent vertical connecting portions 16 in a separated state, the height position of the upper chordal muscle 13 can be changed by the difference in the thickness of the floor slab. Even if it is changed, a common connection support bar 15 can be used by changing the inclination angle of the vertical connection unit 16 so as to be adapted to this, and the type of the connection support bar 15 prepared in advance according to the thickness of the floor slab. Can be extremely reduced, which can contribute to improvement in productivity and reduction in cost.

In the floor structural member 10 having the above-described configuration, the vertical lattice 7 is not used unlike the conventional floor structural member 1, and the vertical connecting portion 16 of the connecting supporting bar 15 bent and formed in an inverted U shape is used. Since the upper and lower chordal muscles 13 and 14 are welded together in a sandwiched state, the vertical connecting portion 16 also functions as a vertical lattice, and the vertical lattice is omitted, thereby completely eliminating the problems of the prior art. Can do things.

That is, instead of the vertical lattice 7, the upper chord 1
The vertical connecting portion 16 of the connecting support bar 15 connecting between the third and lower chordal muscles 14 straddles the upper chordal muscle 13 and the lower chordal muscle 14 and makes a surface contact over half the circumference of the upper chordal muscle 13 and contacts the lower chordal muscle 14. Since both sides are in contact with each other, positioning and fixing and holding during welding are almost unnecessary, work is extremely simple, and strong welding can be performed.

The connecting support bars 15 which bear the function of the vertical lattice bars 7 are used in a state where the inclination angle of the vertical connecting portion 16 is changed, so that the floor reinforcing bars used according to the difference in the thickness of the floor slab. Even when the type is changed, a common connecting support bar 15 can be used, the type and stock of the connecting supporting bar 15 are reduced, the process management plan is simplified, the production cost is reduced, and the work efficiency is improved. Can be achieved.

Further, the vertical connecting portion 16 of the connecting support bar 15
Is also connected to the lower chord muscle 14, the function as a member for preventing the floor rebar from falling down is enhanced.
5 cooperates with the end fixing member 12 to function as a spacer of a floor reinforcing bar for holding the lower chord bar 14 at a predetermined height from the upper surface of the deck plate 11 and to deform the floor reinforcing bar in response to a compressive force from above. It also has a function as a reinforcing member that reinforces it so as not to reinforce it, and can sufficiently cover a decrease in strength due to the omission of the vertical lattice streaks 7.

FIGS. 6 and 7 show an embodiment of the second floor structural member. In this floor structural member 20, the vertical connecting portion 26 of the connecting support bar 25 is formed in an inverted V-shape (a mountain shape). In this case, the end fixing member 22 and the lower chordal bar 24 are changed to have a configuration different from that of the first floor structural member 10 so as to be adapted to this. In addition to the same effect as in the case of 10, the reinforcement against the compressive force from above and the function of preventing the deck plate from falling down in the short direction are further strengthened.
