Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate execution of work with improved stability and to prevent occurrence of cracks by a method wherein crack-preventing reinforcing bars to be placed over lower chords through lattice materials are welded to the lower chords beforehand, and the opposite ends of the lower chords are made to retreat from the side edges of a deck plate. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of upper chords 5 forming lattice materials 1 are supported with chevroned parts 9 of a support material 2, and the peaks of the chevroned parts 9 are touched and welded to joint inside corners on which bent bars 7 are connected to the upper chords 5. Then a plurality of reinforcing bars 4 for prevention of cracks are laid over lower chords 6 so that they pass through the lower chords, intersecting the latticed materials 1, and are welded to the lower chords. Flat bottom parts 10 of the support material 2 are welded to raised parts of a deck plate 3. End part fixing materials 8 fixed to the latticed materials are welded on the same level so that they protrude from the opposite ends of the deck plate 3. The opposite ends 4a of the crack-preventing reinforcing bars 4 are made to retreat from the side edges 3a of the deck plate 3. A floor-constructing material formed by such a method causes connecting parts of the floor-constructing materials wherein reinforcing bars are not existent to crack, while keeping other parts from occurrence of cracks.

Conventionally, after floor structure materials were installed on beams, reinforcing bars and the like were inserted to prevent cracks in the concrete IJ. Specifically, near the beams to which the floor structural members are connected, a wire mesh made by welding reinforcing bars for connecting the main reinforcement and reinforcing bars for preventing top cracks in a mesonue shape is placed on top of the lattice material that makes up the floor structural members. Ta. In addition, in areas where this wire mesh was not placed, a wire mesh was placed in which both ends of a plurality of reinforcing bars for preventing cracks at the upper end were connected with fixed reinforcing bars. Furthermore, reinforcing bars for preventing cracks at the lower end of the lattice material were placed perpendicularly on the lower chord material.

According to the configuration of the present invention, the crack prevention reinforcing bars placed on the lower chord of the lattice material are fixed to the lower chord in advance, which facilitates construction. Furthermore, since the ends of the crack-preventing reinforcing bars are set back from the side edges of the deck plate, they will not get in the way of the crack-preventing reinforcing bars when the floor structure material is installed on the beam. Additionally, as a result of this, there will be a portion of the connecting portion of the floor structure material where there is no reinforcing steel, and by inducing cracks in this portion, it is possible to avoid cracks from occurring in other portions where crack-preventing reinforcing bars pass.

The lattice material 1 is made by connecting an upper chord material 5 and a lower chord material 6 through bending bars 7, and the joints are welded. Further, the vertical portions of L-shaped end fixing members 8 are welded to both ends of the lattice material 1, with the horizontal portions facing outward. The support member 2 is formed by alternately forming chevron-shaped portions 9 having a flat top and flat base portions 10. The deck plate 3 is formed by pressing a steel plate so that a concave part and a convex part are arranged in parallel so as to correspond to the chevron part 9 and the flat base part IO of the support member 2, and the side ends 3a are bent. The length of the deck plate 3 in the direction of the uneven portion is formed to be slightly shorter than the length of the lattice material l so that the end fixing material 8 protrudes from the deck plate 3. The crack prevention reinforcing bar 4 is placed perpendicularly to the lower chord member 6, and its end portion 4a is set back from the side end 3a of the deck plate 3.

Next, the assembly procedure of this floor structure material will be explained. First, the upper chord members 5 of the plurality of lattice members 1 are supported by the chevron portions 9 of the plurality of supporting members 2. At this time, the top of the chevron portion 9 is brought into contact with the joining corner of the upper chord member 5 and the bending muscle 7 in a perpendicular state and welded. Next, multiple crack prevention reinforcing bars 4

The end fixing material 8 fixed to the deck plate 3 is made to protrude from the deck plate 3 so that the horizontal part of the end fixing material 8
are at approximately the same level. Note that the position where the lattice material 1 is supported is not limited to the above-mentioned joining corner.

Next, an example in which this floor structure material is constructed at a construction site will be explained based on FIGS. 4 to 9. First, the end fixing material 8 of the floor structure material and the edge of the deck plate 3 located inside the end fixing material 8 are placed on the casing 11 and welded. and,
Gold mI2 as shown in FIG. 7 is placed on the lattice material l near the beam II to which the floor structure material is connected. This wire mesh 1
2, a plurality of mesh-like welded reinforcing bars 13 for preventing cracks and reinforcing bars 14 for connecting main bars are prepared, and the reinforcing bars 13 for crack prevention are overlapped and bound together. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper chord member 5 and the main reinforcement connecting reinforcing bar 14 are joined on the top of the chevron portion 9.

In addition, wire mesh 1 as shown in Figure 8 is placed in other places.
5 is placed on top of the lattice material 1 (FIG. 6). This wire mesh 15 is made by connecting both ends of upper end crack prevention reinforcing bars 16 with fixed reinforcing bars 17, and binding the upper end crank preventing reinforcing bars 16 so as to overlap them. In this embodiment, stability can be improved by making the beam 11 a steel beam, or by placing the horizontal part of the end fixing member 8 on a concrete formwork when the beam 11 is a reinforced concrete beam.

According to this embodiment, the crack-preventing reinforcing bars 4 placed on the lower chord members 6 are pre-tightened and attached at a factory, so on-site work does not take much time and the workability is improved. Also, the fifth
As shown in the figure, since the end 4a of the crack prevention reinforcing bar 4 is set back from the side end 3a of the deck plate 3, there is a part A where there is no reinforcing bar, and cracks can be induced in this part. Therefore, generation of cracks in other parts can be avoided. Further, by making the top of the chevron portion 9 flat, there is an advantage that the upper chord member 5 of the lattice member 1 can be easily welded and the reinforcing bar 14 for connecting the main bar can be easily placed. Further, since the top of the chevron portion 9 is orthogonally abutted against and welded to the joining corner of the upper chord member 5 and the bending reinforcement 7, positioning becomes easy and production efficiency is improved.

According to the floor structure material of the present invention, the crack prevention reinforcing bars, which were passed through the lattice material and placed on the bottom chord, are fixed to the bottom chord in advance in a factory, etc., so there is no need to work on site, and construction is easy. Good. Furthermore, since the ends of the crack-preventing reinforcing bars are set back from the side edges of the deck plate, they will not get in the way of the crack-preventing reinforcing bars when the floor structure material is installed on the beam. In addition, as a result, some parts of the connecting parts of the floor structure materials do not have reinforcing bars, and cracks can be induced in these parts. Therefore, cracks can be avoided in other parts where the crack prevention reinforcing bars pass.
