【課 題】 この考案のチューブをクリーニング業界で
採用してトンネル方式を改良して頂きたい。又、ポリ袋
の口の閉じる方法も現在の凹凸の嵌め込み式は急いでる
時は少し難かしい。この考案のチューブ袋は完全密閉で
はないが品物を袋に挿入する場合は入るは易く、出は難
かしい故便利です。
【解決手段】 この考案のチューブはポリエチチューブ
の製造過程途中で少し手を加へれば簡単に出来上りま
す。ポリエチチューブは合成樹脂の細粒(ペレット)を
カマに入れ、高温度で熱融解した液状をカマの周囲の穴
から沸流させ内部に空気を送り込んで風船の様に膨張
(インフレーション)させ引き上げていき、その途中過
程でチューブの両側面に折込用の型を嵌め込んで変形に
し、その谷底部や頂上部に刃物を当てて切り込んで巻き
取って巻取にする。チューブの巻取は手作業で品物を挿
入しながら熱融着切断します。又、チューブを自動製袋
機で大量に袋を生産できます。低廉安価です。チューブ
の両側面の折込み、切り込みは密閉を嫌う品物を入れる
袋に適用します。
