接続するための接続口と、切削油のホースを接続するた
めの接続口を設けている。また、吐出する洗浄水の圧力
を適正に調整するため、圧縮空気の流量調整を出来る装
置を取り付けた。洗浄装置本体の中空部を2重構造の筒
にして内筒に圧縮空気を通し外筒に切削油を通す、内筒
と外筒とのクリアランスを2.5mmと大きく開けて切
り粉が入っても2.5mm以下ものであれば加圧されて
吐出口より排出される構造にした。
