(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 槽本体(1) に駆動手段により回転可能で
且つ油圧シリンダ(3)により昇降可能な撹拌翼(6) が
内装された濾過乾燥機に於いて、前記油圧シリンダ
(3)の作動油が流通する油圧経路は、前記油圧シリン
ダ3の撹拌翼(6) を下降させる上室( A) と撹拌翼(6)
を上昇させる下室( B) とに夫々接続された配管(16),
(17) と、該配管(16),(17) の他端部に接続された油圧
ユニット(18)と、槽本体(1) 内に堆積したケーキ(20)を
検知すべく、撹拌翼(6) がケーキ(20)に接触した際に、
該ケーキ(20)から撹拌翼(6) が受ける反力を検知可能な
ように前記下室( B) が接続された配管(17)に設けられ
た圧力測定器(19)と、前記駆動手段を制御する回転制御
手段( C) とを具備し、前記圧力測定器(19)は配管(17)
内の作動油の圧力低下を検知して、予め設定した値以上
に圧力が低下した時には前記油圧ユニット(18)から油圧
シリンダ(3)の上室( A) への作動油の供給量を一定
量にまで減少又は停止させ、且つ、圧力測定器(19)から
の検知信号によって回転制御手段( C) が少なくともそ
の回転方向又は回転速度の何れか一方を制御することを
