As shown in fig. 2-3 and 7, a refrigerating plate is disposed in the fixed frame 361, and a filter screen is disposed in a group of channels connected to the receiving groove on the fixed frame 361.
Through the technical scheme, the refrigerating plate and the filter screen are further arranged in the fixing frame 361, the temperature of the gas flowing into the accommodating groove can be reduced through the refrigerating plate, the aim of cleaning is achieved through the group of gas, the aim of cooling is achieved, the second punch 351 is prevented from being ablated due to long-time working, and various impurities such as dust are prevented from being attached to the second punch 351 due to excessive dirt of air in the external environment through the filter screen.
As shown in fig. 2, 8-9, the self-locking mechanism 13 comprises a self-locking frame 131, a self-locking block 132, a slot 133 and a transmission frame 135, wherein the self-locking frame 131 is communicated with the movable groove 12 through a linkage groove, the slot 133 and the transmission frame 135 are oppositely arranged at two ends of the interior of the self-locking frame 131, an elastic groove is arranged at the side end of the slot 133, the self-locking block 132 is arranged in the elastic groove through a flexible spring, an opening and closing motor and a turntable are arranged at one end, far away from the slot 133, of the elastic groove, the opening and closing motor is connected with the turntable through a rotating shaft 134, the self-locking block 132 is connected with the turntable through a connecting rope, the end, close to the self-locking block 132, of the transmission frame 135 is provided with the self-locking groove, and the transmission frame 135 is connected with the self-locking frame 131 through a reset spring rod.
According to the invention, transmission liquid is arranged in the movable groove 12, one ends, close to each other, of the self-locking block 132 and the transmission frame 135 are respectively provided with a chamfer, when the supporting table 11 descends due to the pressure of the second punch 351, the transmission liquid in the movable groove 12 is extruded into the self-locking frame 131, at the moment, under the action of hydraulic pressure, the transmission frame 135 can move towards the direction close to the slot 133, meanwhile, the middle position of the transmission frame 135 can be inserted into the slot 133, when the self-locking groove is aligned with the self-locking block 132, the self-locking block can be blocked into the self-locking groove, the self-locking block and the self-locking groove realize the self-locking function, and when the transmission frame 135 cannot move, the supporting table 11 does not reset due to the fact that the second punch 351 is far away from the supporting table 11, through the technical scheme, the automatic unloading of the electric push rod 14 can be ensured, after the unloading is finished, the self-locking block 132 is contracted into the elastic groove through the opening and closing motor and the connecting rope, and the transmission frame 135 and the supporting table 11 can return to the initial state under the action of the reset spring rod.
As shown in fig. 2 and 8 to 9, the elastic piece 136 is disposed inside the slot 133, and the second piezoelectric piece is disposed on the elastic piece 136.
