(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 中央部に押し込み用開口部を有する麺皮
支持座部上に支持された麺皮が、具充填ピストンを同心
状に内装した麺皮押し込みピストンの下動によって下方
の成形型内に具と共に押し込まれ、成形型により具が麺
皮で包まれるようになっている餃子等の成形装置におい
て、麺皮押し込みピストンの下動による麺皮の押し込み
時に麺皮の下面に当接すると共に前記ピストンの下動と
同調して下動する麺皮支持ロッドを、前記成形型の一部
を貫通して所定ストローク上下動可能に設けてなること
を特徴とする餃子等の成形装置。
