[Technical field to which the invention belongs]

The present invention relates to a hermetically sealed container made of synthetic resin that is used to accommodate prepared dishes and processed foods, particularly in the food field.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

Supermarkets and convenience stores are increasing sales of prepared dishes, reflecting social phenomena such as diversification of lifestyles and an increase in singles. In recent years, especially for singles, cooked prepared dishes called small meals or individual meals, which are packaged in small quantities equivalent to one serving, have gained popularity.

[0003] Such packaging materials for prepared dishes have a high sealing property that does not leak, can prevent mischief without being carelessly opened, but can be easily opened, and can be stacked in multiple layers. Therefore, various sealed containers, including synthetic resin sheet molded products, have been provided since they require such functions that the contents are easily visible from the outside.

[0004] For example, in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 3-123851, in a sealed container comprising a cup-shaped container main body having an opening on the upper surface and a lid fitted to the container main body, the lid is formed of soft polypropylene. While the peripheral portion of the lid is formed in a strip-shaped seal releasing portion, the fitting between the container body and the lid is released only by cutting off the seal releasing portion, and the lid is opened. Closed containers have been proposed.

【0005】[0005]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]

However, in the case of the lid made of soft polypropylene, the lower end edge of the lid can be pryed open using a sharp blade or the like, so that there is a risk of mischief with the stored prepared foods and the like. Further, since a considerable amount of force is required to cut off the band-shaped seal releasing portion formed on the peripheral portion of the lid, there is also a drawback that the elderly cannot necessarily open the seal easily.

In order to solve such a drawback, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-226796 discloses a method in which a double-walled rising piece is provided around an opening of a container body, and a lid is provided in a groove between the rising pieces. The outer peripheral portion of the double-walled rising piece is partially formed into a releasable broken piece, and the broken piece is cut off. A closed container has been proposed in which a lid peripheral edge is exposed so that the lid can be opened from an exposed portion. However, in this closed container, the peripheral edge of the opening of the container body is formed in a double wall shape, so that the peripheral portion protrudes considerably from the side wall, and the area occupied during transportation, storage, and product display increases. There was a new disadvantage.

[0007] The present invention not only has a function required for packaging materials for cooked prepared foods, such as liquid leakage, but also has a function as a functional food container that is not bulky and can be reused as a refillable container. The purpose is to provide a closed container.

[Means for Solving the Problems]

In order to solve the intended problem, according to the invention described in claim 1, in a synthetic resin hermetic container including a container main body having an opening on an upper surface and a lid fitted to the container main body, The container main body is provided with a receiving portion projecting from the upper outer peripheral surface in a substantially horizontal direction, and the lid has a press-fitting concave portion into which a peripheral upper end portion of the container main body is press-fitted at a peripheral edge thereof, and an outer peripheral portion from the press-fitting recess. And when the lid is fitted to the container body, the lower end of the vertical wall portion of the cover is closely contacted at a position where it does not protrude with respect to the periphery of the receiving portion of the container body. And a part of the receiving portion of the container body is a broken piece connected to the receiving portion via a pair of left and right break points, whereby the broken portion is cut into the lid. The lower part of the body wall was formed to be exposed.

Accordingly, when the lid is fitted to the container body containing the contents, the upper end of the peripheral edge of the container is press-fitted into the press-fitting recess formed in the peripheral portion of the lid, so that the closed container is formed. High sealing performance is ensured. Also, when the lid is closed, a double wall structure as described in JP-A-9-226796 is adopted in order that the lower end of the vertical wall of the lid peripheral edge does not protrude from the peripheral edge of the receptacle of the container body so as to be in close contact with the receptacle. Even if it is not done, the structure will be such that fingers will not catch on the lid unless cut pieces are cut off from the container body, so that it is possible to prevent compact opening and mischief while enabling a compact design with reduced width. You can.

[0010] In the invention described in claim 2, in the synthetic resin hermetic container, the periphery of the receiving portion of the container body where the lower end of the vertical wall portion of the lid comes into close contact is formed as an inclined surface.

The term “inclined surface” as used herein means both a case where the periphery of the receiving portion is an upward slope toward the outside of the container body and a case where the periphery of the receiving portion is a downward slope toward the outside of the container body. Including By forming the periphery of the receiving portion of the container body on an inclined surface as described above, if an upward slope is formed, a claw or the like is hung on the lower end of the vertical wall portion of the periphery of the lid due to the presence of the raised peripheral portion of the receiving portion. On the other hand, when the slope is downhill, even if the lower end of the vertical wall on the periphery of the lid is pressed, the slope is obstructed and does not turn inward. This will further prevent mischief.

[Embodiment of the invention]

Hereinafter, the closed container made of synthetic resin according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view showing an example of the closed container, FIG. 2 is a plan view of the same, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line AA in FIG. As shown in these figures, the closed container of the present invention is composed of a container body 1 having an opening on the upper surface, and a lid 2 fitted into the opening of the container body 1, and is made of polypropylene. It is formed by injection molding or biaxial stretch blow molding using a synthetic resin such as polyethylene or polyethylene. In particular, in order to enhance the sealing property, the lid 1 may be formed from a flexible material.

[0013] The shape of the whole closed container is not limited to a flat and substantially rectangular shape as in this example, but may be various shapes such as a substantially circular shape or a substantially polygonal shape. In consideration of the product display efficiency in the above and the storability of refrigerators in ordinary households, it is most desirable to adopt a substantially square planar shape as in this example. In addition, if the container is a flat container as in this example, it can be conveniently stacked in multiple stages even during storage in a refrigerator. By forming either or both of the container body 1 and the lid 2 to be transparent or translucent, there is an advantage that the contents can be seen from the outside at a glance.

FIG. 4 is a partially enlarged view of a fitting portion between the container body 1 and the lid 2 in FIG. Only the upper end portion 11 of the peripheral edge of the opening in the container body 1 is bulged. On the other hand, a press-fit recess 21 having a cavity with a substantially circular cross section is provided in the peripheral portion of the lid 2 so as to correspond to the peripheral upper end portion 11 of the container body 1. Therefore, the lid 2 is fitted to the container main body 1 by press-fitting the peripheral upper end portion 11 of the container main body 1 into the press-fitting concave portion 21 of the lid 2. Further, a slanted vertical wall portion 22 is provided continuously from the press-fit recess 21 of the lid 2.

As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the container main body 1 is formed with a receiving portion 12 which is continuously provided so as to protrude from the upper outer peripheral surface in a substantially horizontal direction. The receiving portion 12 is formed over substantially the entire periphery of the container main body 1 except for a single point on the outer peripheral surface thereof while being supported from the outer peripheral surface of the container main body 1 by a number of ribs 13.

When the cover 2 is fitted to the container body 1, the vertical wall 22 of the cover 2 comes into close contact with the receiving portion 12 of the container body 1, as shown in FIG. At this time, it is necessary to design so that the lower end of the vertical wall portion 22 of the lid 2 does not protrude from the periphery of the receiving portion 12 of the container body 1. If the lower end of the vertical wall portion 22 protrudes outward from the peripheral edge of the receiving portion 12, a finger or a nail can be easily hooked on the lid 2, so that unnecessary opening of the lid is permitted. Because it will be.

A part of the receiving portion 12 of the container body 1 is formed as a broken piece 14. That is, as shown in FIG. 7, only a part of the receiving portion 12 continuously provided from the outer peripheral surface of the container main body 1 is separated from the outer peripheral surface of the container main body 1, and a pair of thinner left and right ends thereof is formed. The break points 15 and 16 are provided, and the remaining portions are connected to the rest of the receiving portion 12 through the break points 15 and 16, so that the corresponding portion becomes a broken piece 14.

When an alternating load is applied to the fractured piece 14 in the vertical direction, one or both of the fracture points 15 and 16 are easily fractured. It is possible to easily expose the lower end of the vertical wall portion 22 of the lid 2 which has been in a state where it cannot even be performed. FIG. 8 shows a state in which the fragment 14 has been cut. The lid can be easily opened by placing a finger or the like on the lower end of the vertical wall portion 22 of the exposed lid 2 and pulling up the lid 2.

Therefore, in the sealed container according to the present invention, whether or not the sealed container is unopened is determined by checking for the presence or absence of broken fragments 14 or whether or not one of the break points has broken. However, it can be easily determined whether or not the food has been opened, which helps prevent mischief in the stored foods and the like. The position where the broken pieces 14 are provided is most preferably at the corner portion as in this example, but may be provided at the side surface portion, or may be provided at a plurality of positions.

According to the invention described in claim 2, in the synthetic resin hermetic container, the peripheral edge of the receiving portion 12 of the container body 1 to which the lower end of the vertical wall portion 22 of the lid 2 comes into close contact is formed as an inclined surface. . The example of FIG. 4 described above is an example in which the periphery of the receiving portion 12 is formed on an upward slope toward the outside, in particular, an example in which the receiving portion 12 is formed so as to protrude at the peripheral edge. When the peripheral edge of the receiving portion 12 is raised in this manner, the lower end of the vertical wall portion 22 of the lid 2 is hidden by the raised portion, and it is difficult to hook a nail or the like.

FIG. 9 shows an example in which the peripheral edge of the receiving portion 12 is formed on a slope that descends outward. In this example, even if the lower end of the vertical wall portion 22 on the peripheral edge of the lid 2 is pressed, the inclined surface of the peripheral portion of the receiving portion 12 obstructs and the vertical wall portion 22 does not face inward. Is obtained.

[Effect of the invention]

The synthetic resin hermetic container according to the present invention has a high sealing property that does not leak liquid and a function (tamper evidence) that can easily detect unauthorized opening and prevent mischief, but it is easy to open, it is not bulky, and it is a refillable container. Since it can be reused, it can be suitably used as a food container for storing prepared side dishes and processed foods.

In particular, by forming the peripheral edge of the receiving portion of the container body in which the lower end of the vertical wall portion of the lid comes in close contact with the inclined surface, the lid is closed between the lower end of the vertical wall portion and the peripheral edge of the receiving portion. Fingers and nails can be hardly hooked, and further unauthorized opening can be prevented.
