熱限界であった。最近になって、自動車用、屋外用、大
入力用など、さらなる耐熱性が要求されるに至り、実用
面で耐熱性について不十分であるという問題があった。
そこで、本発明は、このような従来の発泡樹脂製振動板
が有していた課題を解決するために、熱変形温度の高い
発泡樹脂製スピーカ用振動板を提供しようとするもので

【実施例】以下本発明の実施例について説明する。本発

物に、発泡剤を添加混合して押し出し成形した、 嵩比重
0.1、厚さ1.5mmの発泡樹脂シートを、約125
℃〜135℃に遠赤外線ヒータで加熱して、約30〜5
0℃の円錐形状又はドーム形状の金型で約5秒間型締め
を行って成形したスピーカ用振動板である。発泡状態の
シート又はフィルムを振動板形状とする手段は、 上記金
型以外に周知の圧空成形法を適用してもよい。以上本発
明の代表的と思われる実施例について説明したが、本発
明は必ずしもこれらの実施例構造のみに限定されるもの
ではなく、本発明にいう前記の構成要件を備え、かつ、
本発明にいう目的を達成し、以下にいう効果を有する範
囲内において適宜改変して実施することができるもので

ら、耐熱性の面で以下に図1を参照して説明するごとく
従来のものには期待することが出来ない顕著な効果を有
するに至ったのである。実験例の結果を示す図1によれ
ば、同図は、温度による寸法変化をみるために、各温度
において96時間恆温槽内に放置して、取り出して後、
約24時間経過後振動板の収縮率を測定した結果であ
る。図1において、実線は本願実施例振動板の、又、点
線は従来例として特公昭63−13633号公報記載の
振動板の、それぞれ温度に対する収縮率のグラフであ
る。この結果によると、従来例では98℃から急激に熱
収縮率が大きくなり、約110℃までが耐熱限界であっ
たが、本願実施例では、少なくとも120℃までは熱収
縮率が小さく、耐熱限界温度も130℃を越えているこ
とから、本願の構成のスピーカ用振動板の耐熱性が従来
例より優れていることが明らかであり、自動車用、屋外
用等高温環境において従来に見られなかった信頼性の高
