発明の目的
本発明の目的は、高弾性率で高音再生に有利であると同
時に成形性にも優れたスピーカ用振動板を提供すること

発明の構成
本発明のスピーカ用振動板は、2.6−シメチルフエノ
ールを重合したポリ(2,6−シメチルー1.4−フェ
ニレン)エーテルにスチレンラフラフト重合して得た樹
脂又はその樹脂を主体とする樹脂にタルクを複合した複

ピーカ用振動板は高域共振周波数(IH)が高く、高音
再生が良好なものとなる。又、曲げ剛性も高いため歪率
が減少する。このタルク複合の当該樹脂は、耐水性、耐
熱水性に優れ、耐候性にも優れているため、当該樹脂の
振動板を用いたスピーカは屋外での使用にも適する。し
かも耐熱性試験では自己消火性であるため、このフィル
ムを成形した振動板は難燃性を有する。又、この樹脂の
フィルムは成形が容易で、真空成形、圧空成形、真空圧
空成形及び熱プレス成形が可能であり、量産性に優れて

実施例の説明
〔実施例1〕
振動板成形用樹脂として、2.6−シメチルフエノール
を重合したポリ(2,6−シメチルー1.4−フェニレ
ン)エーテルにスチレンをグラフト重合して得られた樹
脂にメルクを20 w t%複合した複合フィルムを用
いた。このフィルムの弾性率は39.0OOIj/□j
でタルクを含捷ないフィルムの弾性率(24、ooo
KV/ctl )の1.6倍以上であった。このフィル
ムを圧空成形法により振動板形状への成形を行い、直径
40騙φ厚さ100μmのコーン型振動板を得た。図の
aはこの振動板を用いた音響特性、図のbは同じ直径と
厚みを持つタルクを含まない上記樹脂の振動板を用いた
音響特性、図のCは同じ直径と厚みを持つポリエステル
振動板を用いた音響特性を示している。図から明らかな
ように本実施例の複合フィルム振動板を用いたスピーカ
は、弾性率が高く比弾性率も高いため高域共振周波数f
Hが高くなり高音再生が良好であった0
〔実施例2〕
上述した樹脂にタルクを1.Owt%複合した複合フィ
ルムの弾性率は26 、OOO(+(IP/cA )で
