いという問題点があった。本発明はこのような問題点を
解決するもので、すぐに冷水を使用できる低コストの冷
却機能付浄水器を提供することを目的とする。

実施例 以下、本発明の一実施例の冷却機能付浄水器について

サーモモジュール4の放熱板、7は本体ケース2の上部

から外部に冷水を供給する吐出管である。給水管7から
本体ケース2の上部に入った水は本体ケース2内のカー
トリッジ6の周りに貯水され、カートリッジ6下部の給
水口6aからカートリッジ6内に入り、カートリッジ6で
濾過され、吐出管9より供給される。このときの冷却
は、サーモモジュール4の吸熱部を本体ケース2の上部
側面へ取り付けて行なう。また本体ケース2全体を断熱
材3で被い外部の熱により本体ケース2内部の水の温度
が上昇するのを防止している。使用時には、本体ケース
2内部の冷却された水は本体ケース2上部へ供給される
水に押されてカートリッジ6下部の給水口6aよりカート
リッジ6内に入って濾過され、吐出管9より供給され
る。このような構造にしたことにより、本体ケース2内
部の全体が冷却される為、カートリッジ6内部の水も冷
却される。このため、使用始めに出る冷却されていない
水の量は、吐出管内部の水量だけとなりたいへん少な
い、また使用後に無効となる水量も少ない。これによ
り、本体ケース2の貯水量を少なくする事ができる為、
全体の外形を小さくし、小形のサーモモジュールを使用
できコストを安くする事ができる。また、本発明ケース
2への給水は、本体ケース2の上部より行なう為、本体
ケース2内部の水は対流しないで、本体ケース2内部の
冷却された水全部を一度に使用する事ができる。このよ
うに、本実施例の構造とする事により、すぐに冷水を供
給する事ができるコンパクトでコストの安い、しかも十
分な量の冷水を給水する事ができる冷却機能付浄水器を
得る事ができる。
