Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the technical field of a packaging bag in which a food such as fruits and vegetables is stored and sealed in a bag for keeping freshness.
【0002】[0002]
In the distribution process, fruits and vegetables are significantly reduced in freshness due to discoloration due to oxidation, “wilt” due to water evaporation, decay due to bacterial adhesion, or aging due to ethylene gas damage. Is housed in a special bag and hermetically sealed.
FIGS. 5 to 7 show an example of a conventional packaging bag for accommodating fruits and vegetables for the purpose of maintaining their freshness. The packaging bag 1 is made of a synthetic resin film, and a band-shaped adhesive member 5 is adhered to a sealing portion 4 extending from one opening 3 of the bag body 2, and a release paper 6 is adhered to the adhesive member 5. I'm wearing it. Then, the fruits and vegetables are accommodated in the bag body 1, the release paper 6 is peeled off, the sealing portion 4 is folded, and the adhesive member 5 is adhered to the outer surface of the other opening 7 to carry out the sealed accommodation. .
【0004】[0004]
However, according to the above-described conventional packaging bag 1 in which fruits and vegetables are hermetically stored, the adhesive member 5 is bonded to the outer surface of the other opening 7 or in the vicinity thereof, and the essential openings 3 and 7 are not bonded. The bag 1 is not in a sealed state. If the fruits and vegetables are stored and distributed in such an imperfectly sealed state, the inside of the bag 1 is not blocked from the outside air, so that depending on the stored fruits and vegetables, the stored fruits and vegetables may be discolored due to premature oxidation or overevaporation of water. It causes various kinds of freshness disorders such as promoting wilting, promoting decay, and premature aging.
[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problem, and aims to completely seal a food that needs to be preserved, such as fruits and vegetables in a bag body, and to maintain the freshness of the food for a long time. And
【0006】[0006]
The sealed packaging bag according to the present invention that solves the above-mentioned problems is a packaging bag in which a sealing portion is formed to be extended on one side of an opening of a bag body, and is provided on an inner surface straddling the opening on one side and the sealing portion. An adhesive member consisting of an upper half-adhesive surface and a lower half-adhesive surface is adhered in a belt shape on both sides, and a release paper is adhered to the adhesive surface of this adhesive member. The surface is bonded to the inner surface of the opening on the other side, and the upper half-adhesive surface is bonded to the outer surface of the opening or the vicinity thereof, thereby sealing the bag body.
According to the present invention, at the time of sealing, the lower half-adhesive surface of the adhesive member adheres to the inner surface of the opening on the other side to seal the bag body, and the upper semi-adhesive surface of the adhesive member has the opening on the other side. It will adhere to the outer surface or its vicinity to enhance the sealed state. Therefore, the sealed state of the food such as fruits and vegetables in the bag becomes perfect, and the freshness can be maintained for a long time by selecting the material of the packaging bag according to the nature of the food.
【0008】[0008]
The packaging bag used in the present invention has properties that tend to occur depending on the type of food that should be kept fresh, such as fruits and vegetables, such as high respiration, severe water evaporation, easy ethylene gas damage, and oxidative discoloration. In order to suppress properties such as easy decay and fast decay, and to match the fruits and vegetables to be preserved, those molded with a synthetic resin film capable of controlling water flow or gas control are appropriately selected. Examples of such synthetic resin films include stretched polypropylene, unstretched polypropylene, vinylidene chloride-coated polypropylene, high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, nylon, and vinylidene chloride-coated nylon. It is also possible to use a synthetic resin laminated film obtained by laminating one of the non-axially stretched polypropylene, the non-axially stretched linear lowden polyethylene or the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin on these synthetic resin films.
[0008] The packaging bag may be formed by laminating the above synthetic resin film on Japanese paper. In this case, the bag is molded so that the Japanese paper is the surface. Furthermore, it is also possible to form a packaging bag by forming a laminate of the above synthetic resin film on a nonwoven fabric. The packaging bag in this case is also molded so that the nonwoven fabric becomes the surface.
Among the foodstuffs sealed and stored in the bag, fruits and vegetables such as spinach, bok choy, garland chrysanthemum, asparagus, green onion, perilla, leek, broccoli, lettuce, burdock, potatoes, radish, carrot Roots such as onion, onion and so on, mushrooms such as shiitake, maitake, mushroom, beans such as kidney beans, broad beans, peas, green peas, strawberries, edamame, okra, cucumber, cucumber, tomato, eggplant, pepper, melon, bean sprouts, etc. But also cut vegetables, fruits, etc., but are not limited to these.
【0010】[0010]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the illustrated embodiments. For convenience of explanation, members and portions common to those of the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals. 1, 2 and 3 are views showing one embodiment of the sealed packaging bag according to the present invention. The hermetically sealed packaging bag 10 has a band-shaped adhesive member 11 adhered to an inner surface that straddles the opening 3 on one side of the bag 2 and the sealing portion 4 extended therefrom. A release paper 12 is attached to the entire surface of the adhesive surface 11. The adhesive member 11 has an upper half-adhesive surface 11a formed on the sealing part 4 side and a lower part formed on the one opening part 3 side, with the boundary between the opening 3 on one side and the sealing part 4 as a boundary. It is composed of a semi-adhesive surface 11b. The lower half adhesive surface 11b can be bonded to the inner surface of the opening 7 on the other side, and the upper half adhesive surface 11b can be bonded to the outer surface of the opening 7 on the other side or a surface in the vicinity thereof. The width of the adhesive surface of the adhesive member 11 can be set arbitrarily. For example, as shown in FIG. 2, the upper half adhesive surface 11a may be formed as close to the lower half surface of the sealing portion 4, but the inner surface thereof may be formed. It can also be formed over the entire surface. As such an adhesive member 11, for example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a double-sided adhesive tape, or the like can be used. The size of the bag 2 is not limited as long as the bag 2 can secure a volume for accommodating the fruits and vegetables. The material of the sealed packaging bag 10 is appropriately selected according to the properties of the fruits and vegetables as described above.
Hereinafter, the operation of the present invention will be described. First, the fruits and vegetables to be preserved are stored in the bag 2, and excess air in the bag 2 is evacuated. In this state, if the release paper 12 is peeled off and the lower semi-adhesive surface 11b of the adhesive member 11 is adhered to the inner surface of the opening 7 on the other side, the openings 3 and 7 are adhered and the fruits and vegetables in the bag body 2 are sealed. Is done. Further, the sealing portion 4 is folded, and the upper semi-adhesive surface 11a is adhered to the outer surface of the opening 7 on the other side or in the vicinity thereof, whereby the sealed state of the bag body 2 is enhanced. Therefore, the fruits and vegetables in the bag body 2 are completely sealed, and the freshness thereof can be maintained for a long time by selecting the material of the sealed packaging bag 10 according to the properties of the fruits and vegetables. Specifically, for fruits and vegetables that have a high rate of water evaporation, the use of a film material that can control the water content suppresses the evaporation of the fruits and vegetables. By using a film material that can be controlled, gas damage (aging, wilting, etc.), decay, discoloration, etc. are suppressed.
In the above-described embodiment, the thing sealed in the bag body 2 is described using a vegetable as an example, but it is also possible to apply to a food other than the fruit and vegetable as long as it can maintain freshness.
[0013] As described above, according to the sealed packaging bag of the present invention, since the adhesive member is stuck in a band shape over the opening portion on one side and the inner surface of the sealing portion, The lower half-adhesive surface of the adhesive member adheres to the inner surface of the opening on the other side to seal the bag, and the upper semi-adhesive surface of the adhesive member adheres to the outer surface of the other opening or its vicinity to seal the bag. It will raise the situation. Therefore, the sealed state of the food in the bag is complete, and the freshness of the packaging bag can be maintained for a long time by selecting the material of the packaging bag according to the food.
