[Technical field to which the invention belongs]

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to the technical field of a packaging bag in which a food such as fruits and vegetables is stored and sealed in a bag for keeping freshness.

【0002】[0002]

[Prior art]

In the distribution process, fruits and vegetables are significantly reduced in freshness due to discoloration due to oxidation, “wilt” due to water evaporation, decay due to bacterial adhesion, or aging due to ethylene gas damage. Is housed in a special bag and hermetically sealed.

FIGS. 5 to 7 show an example of a conventional packaging bag for accommodating fruits and vegetables for the purpose of maintaining their freshness. The packaging bag 1 is made of a synthetic resin film, and a band-shaped adhesive member 5 is adhered to a sealing portion 4 extending from one opening 3 of the bag body 2, and a release paper 6 is adhered to the adhesive member 5. I'm wearing it. Then, the fruits and vegetables are accommodated in the bag body 1, the release paper 6 is peeled off, the sealing portion 4 is folded, and the adhesive member 5 is adhered to the outer surface of the other opening 7 to carry out the sealed accommodation. .

【0004】[0004]

[Problems to be solved by the invention]

However, according to the above-described conventional packaging bag 1 in which fruits and vegetables are hermetically stored, the adhesive member 5 is bonded to the outer surface of the other opening 7 or in the vicinity thereof, and the essential openings 3 and 7 are not bonded. The bag 1 is not in a sealed state. If the fruits and vegetables are stored and distributed in such an imperfectly sealed state, the inside of the bag 1 is not blocked from the outside air, so that depending on the stored fruits and vegetables, the stored fruits and vegetables may be discolored due to premature oxidation or overevaporation of water. It causes various kinds of freshness disorders such as promoting wilting, promoting decay, and premature aging.

[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and completely seals a food that needs to be preserved, such as fruits and vegetables, in a bag body, and maintains the freshness of the bag for a long time. The purpose is to perform hermetic packaging according to the size and bulk of food in the body.

【0006】[0006]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

A sealed packaging bag according to the present invention that solves the above-mentioned problems is a packaging bag in which a sealing portion is formed to be extended on one side of an opening of a bag body, and a first adhesive member is provided on the inner surface of the opening on one side. A second adhesive member is adhered to the inner surface of the sealing portion in a strip shape, and a release paper is adhered to the adhesive surfaces of the first and second adhesive members. The inner surface of the opening on the side and the second adhesive member are respectively in contact with the outer surface of the bag on the opening side to seal the bag.

According to the present invention, at the time of sealing, the first adhesive member adheres to the inner surface of the opening on the other side to seal the opening, and the second adhesive member further seals the bag on the opening side on the other side. It will adhere to the outer surface. Therefore, foods such as fruits and vegetables in the bag are sealed and packaged. By selecting the material of the packaging bag according to the properties of the food, not only can the freshness of the food be maintained for a long time, but also the bag Adjustment of the volume is also possible, and packaging can be performed according to the size and bulk of the food in the bag.

[Embodiment of the invention]

The packaging bag used in the present invention has properties that tend to occur depending on the type of food that should be kept fresh, such as fruits and vegetables, such as high respiration, severe water evaporation, easy ethylene gas damage, and oxidative discoloration. In order to suppress properties such as easy decay and fast decay, and to match the fruits and vegetables to be preserved, those molded with a synthetic resin film capable of controlling water flow or gas control are appropriately selected. Examples of such synthetic resin films include stretched polypropylene, unstretched polypropylene, vinylidene chloride-coated polypropylene, high-density polyethylene, low-density polyethylene, polystyrene, polyethylene terephthalate, nylon, and vinylidene chloride-coated nylon. It is also possible to use a synthetic resin laminated film obtained by laminating one of the non-axially stretched polypropylene, the non-axially stretched linear lowden polyethylene or the ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer resin on these synthetic resin films.

Further, the packaging bag may be formed by laminating the above synthetic resin film on Japanese paper. In this case, the bag is molded so that the Japanese paper is the surface. Furthermore, it is also possible to form a packaging bag by forming a laminate of the above synthetic resin film on a nonwoven fabric. The packaging bag in this case is also molded so that the nonwoven fabric becomes the surface.

[0010] Among the foods sealed and stored in the bag body, fruits and vegetables such as spinach, bok choy, spring chrysanthemum, asparagus, green onion, perilla, leek, broccoli, lettuce, stalks, burdock, potatoes, radish, carrot Roots such as onion, onion and so on, mushrooms such as shiitake, maitake, mushroom, beans such as kidney beans, broad beans, peas, green peas, strawberries, edamame, okra, cucumber, cucumber, tomato, eggplant, pepper, melon, bean sprouts, etc. But also cut vegetables, fruits, etc., but are not limited to these.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described with reference to the illustrated embodiments. For convenience of explanation, members and portions common to those of the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals. 1 to 4 show an embodiment of the sealed packaging bag according to the present invention. This sealed packaging bag 10 is formed by extending a sealing portion 4 in an opening 3 on one side of the bag body 2, and a first adhesive member 11 is provided on an inner surface of the opening 3 on one side with a sealing portion 4. A second adhesive member 12 is adhered to the inner surface of the first adhesive member in a strip shape, and a release paper 13 is attached to the entire adhesive surface of the first adhesive member 11 and the second adhesive member 12. . The first adhesive member 11 may be slightly protruded toward the sealing portion 4 and may be adhered. In this embodiment, the release paper 13 is separately adhered. However, the release paper 13 is formed as a single sheet, and is attached across the first and second adhesive members 11 and 12. You may. The first adhesive member 11 can adhere to the inner surface of the opening 7 on the other side, and the second adhesive member 12 can adhere to the outer surface of the bag 2 on the side of the opening 7 on the other side. The widths of the adhesive surfaces of the first and second adhesive members 11 and 12 can be arbitrarily set, and as such adhesive members, for example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a double-sided adhesive tape, or the like can be used. The size of the bag 2 is not limited as long as the bag 2 can secure a volume for accommodating the fruits and vegetables. The material of the sealed packaging bag 10 is appropriately selected according to the properties of the fruits and vegetables as described above.

The operation of the present invention will be described below. First, the fruits and vegetables to be preserved are stored in the bag 2, and excess air in the bag 2 is evacuated. In this state, if the release paper 13 is peeled off and the first adhesive member 11 is adhered to the inner surface of the opening 7 on the other side, the opening 3 and the opening 7 are adhered, and the fruits and vegetables in the bag 2 are sealed. You. Further, when the sealing portion 4 is folded and the second adhesive member 12 is adhered to the outer surface of the opening 7 on the other side, the sealed state of the bag body 2 is enhanced.

If the size of the fruits and vegetables to be sealed is smaller or smaller than the volume of the bag 2, and there is a margin in the volume of the bag 2, As shown in FIG. 4, when the second adhesive member 12 is bonded to the outer surface of the bag 2 on the side of the other opening 7 by bending at the bag 2 instead of the sealing portion 4, the volume of the bag 2 is increased. Is adjusted, and sealed packaging according to the size and bulk of the fruits and vegetables can be realized.

By bonding the first and second adhesive members 11 and 12 to the corresponding portions as described above, the hermetically sealed packaging of the fruits and vegetables in the bag body 2 is completed, and the hermetically sealed packaging bag 1 is formed. By selecting the zero material according to the nature of the fruits and vegetables, the freshness can be maintained for a long time. Specifically, for fruits and vegetables that have a high rate of water evaporation, the use of a film material that can control the water content suppresses the evaporation of the fruits and vegetables. By using a controllable film material, gas damage (aging, wilting, etc.), decay, discoloration, etc. are suppressed.

In the above-described embodiment, fruits and vegetables are described as an example of foodstuffs to be sealed in the bag body 2. However, foodstuffs that should maintain freshness can be applied to foodstuffs other than fruits and vegetables.

【0016】[0016]

[Effect of the invention]

As described above, according to the sealed packaging bag of the present invention, the first adhesive member adhered in a band shape to the inner surface of the opening on one side adheres to the inner surface of the opening on the other side to seal the bag. Since the second adhesive member adhered in a band shape to the sealing portion adheres to the outer surface of the bag on the other opening side, the food in the bag is hermetically sealed and the material of the packaging bag is selected according to the food. Thus, the freshness can be maintained for a long time. In addition, the volume inside the bag can be adjusted, and sealed packaging can be performed according to the size and bulk of the food.
