An infusion set including a clamp, an injection needle, and the like is used. When an infusion tube is inserted into an infusion container, a drug solution or the like in the infusion container drops into the infusion tube, and is infused through an infusion tube. Such a drip injection device is provided with a liquid level detection device that automatically detects a drop in the liquid level in the drip container.
As disclosed in Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 63-160670 and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Sho 63-160670, a light projecting means and a light receiving means are mounted in pairs on the lower side of the drip container, and the change in the infusion amount in the drip container is detected by the light receiving means When the infusion amount reaches a predetermined value or less, an alarm device such as a buzzer sounds immediately at a nurse center to notify the end state of the infusion and the replacement time of the drip container.

In this case, the patient is left empty until the nurse returns to the nurse center and confirms the alarm sound, or the patient or another person directly checks the IV container. In addition, when such a state continues for a long time, the backflow of blood or the intrusion of air into the infusion set occurs, and the infusion route is easily blocked.

No. 134843), the microfilm is provided with a sensor having an optical system detecting device for an infusion tube (4) suspended below the infusion container (2) to reduce the amount of infusion passing through the infusion tube (4). An infusion wireless information device transmitting by a wireless transmission unit is disclosed. However, this device detects that an infusion passing through an infusion tube (4) suspended below an infusion container (2) is below a predetermined position, and detects an infusion flowing through the infusion tube (4). Since the volume is small, there is no time margin between the transmission of the decrease in the infusion volume and the replacement of the infusion, and the exchange of the infusion is practically impossible in time.

A drip set, in which detection electrodes 1 and 1 are attached so as to communicate with the input cable 11 and an input cable 11 connected to a detection signal input terminal 10 of the transmitter 2 is connected to a portion of the electrodes 1 and 1 protruding outside the drip tube 6 An infusion reduction automatic notification system is disclosed.
However, in this system, since the detection electrode is provided in the drip tube 6 below the infusion bottle 3, when there is no infusion in the drip tube 6, the conduction between the detection electrodes 1 and 1 is lost, and the transmitter 2 is connected. Radio waves will be emitted, but the amount of infusion remaining after the infusion tube 6 is no longer infused is small, so there is not enough time from the transmission indicating the decrease in infusion amount to the replacement of infusion. Infusion change is not always in time.

The drip operation detecting section 7 is provided with a counter 8 for counting the number of the detected drip.
The count output of the counter 8 is supplied to an input unit of a comparator 9. If the number of detected infusions is abnormal due to a signal from a preset unit 10 connected to the comparator 9, an abnormality is transmitted from the transmitting unit 12 via the synthesizer 11. A transmitting infusion monitoring system is disclosed. However, this system is for detecting and stopping an abnormality in the drip when it occurs, and not for notifying that the drip is gone. In addition, since the drip operation detecting unit 7 serving as a sensor is attached to the reservoir pipe 4, there is a problem that it is not possible to cope with a different shape of the reservoir pipe 4. Also, in this apparatus, when the drip is no longer used, there is only a liquid in the liquid reservoir pipe 4 and the chemical supply tube 14, so that there is no time margin until the replacement of the drip.

When the remaining liquid in the drip container A falls below the position of the optical sensor 3 due to the mounting and the supply of the drip liquid, the optical sensor 3 is activated and the transmitter 2 notifies the receiver 4 of the drip notification device. ing.
With this device, it is possible to make a notification in the state where the drip liquid remains in the drip container A to some extent, but it is necessary to adjust the position of the optical sensor 3 every time the drip container A is different. When an infusion container is set as it is and an infusion is performed, the shape of the container is irregular and the infusion liquid may not be detected accurately.
In addition, since the transmitter 2 and the receiver 4 are provided for each optical sensor 3, a nurse in charge of a plurality of hospital rooms must always carry the receivers 4 corresponding to the number of the infusion containers A. When the number of receivers 4 increases as the number of hospital rooms and nurses increases, the number of optical sensors 3 increases.
Are activated at the same time, it is not possible to know which optical sensor 3 is activated and the receiver is making a notification, and the nurse cannot promptly perform an appropriate replacement procedure.

When sandwiched and mounted, when the liquid infusion is finished flowing and the liquid level in the IV SET drip detection bottle 5 drops and becomes lower than the set surface of the photoelectric sensing clamp body 3, it is possible to directly irradiate the sensing body 41. A photoelectric sensing drip alarm device that sounds a buzzer in a nurse's room by a connecting line is disclosed. However, the IV SET drip detection bottle 5 here is formed in a cylindrical shape, and even when the bottle is filled with a drip solution, a light beam is applied to the IV SET drip detection bottle 5.
, The difference in the amount of light received by the sensor 41 does not appear so significantly depending on the presence or absence of the infusion solution, and the reliability of detection cannot be improved. When a detection signal is output from the sensor 41, a buzzer in the nurse's room sounds, and this buzzer is provided with a plurality of sensors 41,6.
In this case, it is not possible to accurately know in which room the drip bottle 7 should be replaced, and the nurse cannot promptly perform an appropriate replacement procedure. Furthermore, when there is no nurse in the nurse's room, there is a concern that the nurse is left as it is until returning to the nurse's room and confirming the sound of the buzzer.

It is not necessary to carry out, and it becomes possible to correspond to all types of infusion containers. In addition, since the detection target can store a certain amount of a drug solution or the like separately from the drip container, the drip container can be replaced when the drip container is completely empty, and waste of the drug solution and the like can be achieved. In addition, since the detection signal is output from the liquid level sensor in a state where the liquid medicine or the like remains on the detection target, it is not necessary to replace the drip container in a hurry and the anxiety of the patient is eliminated. In particular, the position of the sensor to be attached to the object to be detected can be adjusted by selecting the engaging portion according to the liquid level of the medical solution of the detecting body that contains the medical solution or the like and mounting and fixing the sensor holding portion. Since the remaining amount of the chemical solution or the like to be notified can be made a desired value,
It is possible to secure a sufficient time for replacing the drip container even after receiving the notification according to the drip speed and type of the drip, and the skill of the person who replaces the drip.

Means and the light receiving means are provided, so that when the object to be detected is filled with a chemical solution or the like, light from the light projecting means is reflected on one side surface of the object by the lens action of the chemical solution or the like. On the other hand, in the empty liquid state, the light from the light projecting means reaches the light receiving means with little refraction or reflection. For this reason, the difference in the amount of received light reaching the light receiving means appears remarkably, and the reliability of detection by the liquid level sensor can be improved.

Exchange time can be known. At the same time, the notification unit is activated and the indicator of the corresponding sickroom is turned on. Can be accurately determined. In addition, since the pharmacist can prepare an infusion container in the corresponding hospital room in advance based on the display of the notification unit, the nurse returning to the nurse center or the like receives the infusion container and promptly replaces it appropriately. Action can be taken.

15A emits light. At this time, as shown in FIG.
In a state in which the chemical solution A or the like is filled in the inside 12, the light emitting means 15
The light from A is detected by the lens action of the chemical A
Since the light is reflected on one side surface 11A of the device 12, the amount of light reaching the light receiving means 15B is lower than a predetermined level, and the detection signal is not output to the contact calling device 22. On the other hand, the infusion proceeds,
When the liquid level of the liquid medicine A in the liquid crystal 12 falls below the optical axis 14, the light from the light projecting means 15A becomes empty as shown in FIG. One side 11
A, the light passes through the detection object 12 and one side surface 11B in order, and reaches the light receiving means 15B with little refraction or reflection.
It is output to the encoder 23 via 22. Encoder 23
Transmits a calling signal from the transmitter 24 to the corresponding receiver 25, and the receiver 25 emits a predetermined ringing sound, so that the nurse in charge of the sickroom 1 knows the time of replacement of the drip container 6. be able to. At the same time, based on this detection signal, the notification unit provided in the nurse center 29
30 is activated, the display lamp 31 of the corresponding sickroom 1 is turned on, and the notification unit 19 provided on the bed 18 is activated. Then, the nurse center 29 responds to the ringing tone of the receiver 25.
The nurse, who has returned to the hospital, confirms in the sickroom 1 that the subject 12 in the sickroom 1 is empty by the notification unit 30, receives a new drip container 6 from the pharmacist, and terminates the infusion in the sickroom 1. Alternatively, the drip container 6 can be replaced. In addition, since the detection target 12 itself can contain the chemical solution A, the drip container 6 can be replaced while the drip container 6 is completely empty, so that the chemical solution A is not wasted.

The danger of leaving the patient empty in the drip container is avoided. Moreover, at the Nurse Center 19, the notification unit
Since the pharmacist can prepare the drip container 6 of the corresponding sickroom 1 in advance based on the 30 display lamps 31, the receiver
The nurse returned to the nurse center 19 with 25 dial tone,
Upon receiving the infusion container 6, it becomes possible to immediately perform an appropriate replacement treatment in the hospital room 1. At this time, in the present embodiment, the detection target 12 has a capacity of a drug solution or the like of 30 CC or more, and the position for holding the sensor holding unit 13 is set to a plurality of convex pieces 35A according to the type of infusion and the dropping speed. 35B
Therefore, even after the drip container 6 is emptied and the liquid solution A in the detection target 12 becomes smaller than a predetermined amount and the liquid level sensor 15 detects this and emits a calling signal, Sufficient time for replacing the drip container 6 can be secured.

Through both surfaces 11A and 11B forming the one side, the optical axis 14 when the object to be detected 12 is empty is coincident with each other. Since the light projecting means 15A and the light receiving means 15B of the liquid level sensor 15 are provided, when the detection target 12 is filled with the chemical solution A, the light from the light emitting means 15A is received by the lens action of the chemical solution A. While the light is reflected on one side surface of the detection body 12, the light from the light projecting means 15A reaches the light receiving means 15B with little refraction or reflection in the empty liquid state. For this reason, the difference in the amount of received light reaching the light receiving means 15B appears remarkably,
The reliability of detection by the liquid level sensor 13 can be improved.
