【０００２】しかるに本考案は、かかる間題点を解決するため、鋭意研究し得られたものである。以下図面に従って説明する。図４に背面及び側面部に短冊状体を併設した場合の本考案の構造による、鎧付き布製折り畳み式ジャバラ１０の斜視図を示す。その鎧付き布製折り畳み式ジャバラ１０は、布製折り畳み式ジャバラ１１の背面及び側面部の山頂部に近接して、短冊状体１２を図示を省略するが、従来方式の止め金具３、又は山頂部と短冊状体間を接着方式により糊付け布で揺動自在に接着する方式等により、短冊状体１２と布製折り畳み式ジャバラ１１間を止着するが、本考案の主体である複数の短冊状体１２間を連結する方式に付いて中心的に、以下に詳しく説明する。尚、図４の鎧付き布製折り畳み式ジャバラ１０は、布製折り畳み式ジャバラの背面部及び側面部に短冊状体１２を併設し背面部鎧１３、側面部鎧１４を設けた状態を示す。図５の平面図に打ち抜き加工した打ち抜き短冊状体１２Ａの平面図を示す。図に示す如く、短冊状体１２の幅方向両端部に、対向して突出部１２−Ａ１及び１２−Ａ２を設ける。次に図６の斜視図に、本考案者が実施した例として、前記打ち抜き短冊状体１２Ａの突出部１２−Ａ１，１２−Ａ２の付け根部より図の如く、図５中に示した打ち抜き短冊状体１２Ａの折り曲げ位置を示す点線１２−Ｄ１で折り曲げ、更に布製折り畳み式ジャバラの山頂部との止着側も図の如く、図５中に示した点線１２−Ｄ２で折り曲げた短冊状体１２Ｂを示す。尚、折り曲げ短冊状体１２Ｂは図の如く前部の１２−Ｂ、後部の１２−Ｃの折り曲げ部を設ける事が短冊状体の横方向の剛性を得る為にも望ましいが、必ずしも折り曲げ部１２−Ｂ及び１２−Ｃを設けなくても良い。折り曲げの代わりに図７に示す如く、湾曲状に曲げた短冊状体１２Ｃを用いても良い。次に、図６に示した折り曲げ短冊状体１２Ｂの両端部に設けた突出部１２− Ａ１及び１２−Ａ２をその付け根部より内側に約９０°折り曲げた、折り曲げ短冊状体１２Ｅを図８の斜視図に示す。次に、図９の斜視図に示す如く其の、折り曲げ短冊状体１２Ｅを図の如く、上記突出部１２−Ａ１及び１２−Ａ２を幅方向のガイドとして布製折り畳み式式ジャバラ１１の山頂部に一つの実施例として、糊付け布１５により接着糊による接着方式で折り曲げ短冊状体１２Ｅの端面と布製折り畳み式ジャバラの山頂部の間を止着し、図１０の斜視図に示す如く、隣接する折り曲げ短冊状体１２Ｅを、それの両端の前記図８に示した約９０°に曲げた突出部１２−Ａ１、１２−Ａ２をロに示す如く、更に内側に折り曲げて、複数の折り曲げ短冊状体１２Ｅを連結する事によって、図４に示した本考案の鎧付き布製折り畳み式ジャバラを形成する。この連結によって、各折り曲げ短冊状体１２Ｅ間での上部方向への開きをなくす事が出来る。即ち従来の鎧付き布製ジャバラの問題点である、短冊状体の開きを完全に解消でき、鎧付き布製ジャバラとして、水平、垂直方向はもとより、クロス方向での用途にも優れた機能を発揮する。However, the present invention has been earnestly studied to solve such a problem.
