【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来、この種の装丁本においては、本の見開き時に見開いた頁紙の綴じ部側が大きく開いて綴じ部側（のど側）の近くに印刷された文章や絵柄などが見易くなるようにしたり、見開き形態が安定するようにしたりするために、頁紙を丁合してなる本本体の背部に接着された補強紙をこの補強紙が対応する装丁紙の背表紙に対しては接着させずにその間を非接着部とするようにしている。
図７はその一例を示すもので、装丁本１にあっては、複数枚の頁紙２′を重ねた合わせて丁合してなる本本体３の背部に柔軟で耐引裂性に優れた素材からなる補強紙４を天地に亘って接着することで綴じ込んでいる。そして、その補強紙４は、本天地方向に沿う両側を本本体３の外面側に亘るように延設してなる貼着片５を有するものとしており、本本体３の一方の外面側に対応する表表紙６と前記補強紙４に対応する背表紙７と前記本本体３のもう一方の外面側に対応する裏表紙８との三表紙を連接してなる装丁紙９に対して、この補強紙４の一方の貼着片５の側縁５ａを表表紙６に接着し、他方の貼着片５の側縁５ｂを裏表紙８に接着している。補強紙４と背表紙７との間とこの部分から前記貼着片５の側縁接着部分までに及ぶ範囲は、装丁紙９と補強紙４とが接着しない非接着部１０として設けられている。
このように装丁紙９において上記背表紙７及び上記表表紙６と裏表紙８との背表紙７側の側縁部分とが補強紙４に接着されていないことから、装丁本１を見開いたときに、補強紙４がこれらの部分から離れて背表紙７に影響されることなく単独で変形し易くなって本本体３の綴じ部が大きく開かれるようになり、装丁本の見開き時の形態が安定するようになる。

しかしながら、上述したように装丁本では補強紙の一方の貼着片を表表紙に、他方の貼着片を裏表紙に接着しているだけであり、装丁本を取り扱う時に表表紙や裏表紙を開いたときにこの貼着片が見えてしまうこととなり（図８）、美観を大きく損ない、装丁本を手に取った消費者側の購買意欲を減退させてしまうという問題があった。そして、この貼着片を隠すなどの目的から表表紙や裏表紙に一枚の用紙からなる見返しを全面的に貼り付けているものがあるが、貼着片から表表紙や裏表紙に亘る部分での段差が見返しに象られた状態で表れてしまい、表紙内側の体裁を整えるまでには到らなかった。
そこで本発明は上記事情に鑑み、従来の装丁本の表紙を開いた際に見えていた補強紙の貼着片を隠すようにすることを課題とし、表紙の内側の体裁を整えることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を考慮してなされたもので、それぞれ二つ折りされた二つの見返しの間に、それぞれが糸綴じされ糸端を折り部に固定した複数の折丁からなる本本体を配置して、前記見返しの折り部と前記本本体の背部とに補強紙を接着し、前記一方の見返しの外側面部から前記補強紙を経て前記他方の見返しの外側面部が、前記一方の見返しの外側面部に対応する表表紙と前記補強紙に対応する背表紙と前記他方の見返しの外側面部に対応する裏表紙とを連接してなる装丁紙で覆われた本であって、前記表表紙と裏表紙とのそれぞれの背表紙側の側縁近傍に沿って折り罫が設けられているとともに、前記補強紙の本天地方向に沿う両側には該補強紙を前記見返しそれぞれの外側面部側に延設してなる貼着片が一体に設けられ、前記貼着片の側縁を、表表紙と裏表紙とにおける折り罫近傍の背表紙側とは反対側となる面部に接着して、一方の貼着片と表表紙との表紙接着部から他方の貼着片と裏表紙との表紙接着部の間に亘って、補強紙と装丁紙とが非接着状態にして相対する第一分離部を設け、補強紙と前記見返しの折り部とを接着してなる見返し接着部と、補強紙の貼着片と装丁紙とを接着してなる前記表紙接着部とを本幅方向に離間配置し、前記見返しの外側面部における小口側の辺部それぞれを、該辺部が相対する装丁紙対応部分に接着して、この小口側の辺部と装丁紙対応部とを接着してなる見返し小口接着部から前記見返し接着部の間に亘って、見返しと装丁紙とが非接着状態にして相対する第二分離部が設けられていることを特徴とする装丁本を提供して、上記課題を解消するものである。
そして、本発明においては、上記第一分離部と第二分離部とは上記補強紙の貼着片を介して本幅方向にオーバーラップする位置関係に設けられているものである。さらに、上記折丁を糸綴じしている糸は熱溶融性糸であり、糸端が折丁の折り部に加熱融着されていることが良好である。

【発明の実施の形態】
つぎに本発明を図１から図６に示す実施の形態に基づいて詳細に説明する。なお、図７と図８に示す従来例と構成が重複する部分は同符号を付してその説明を省略する。
本発明に係る装丁本１にあっては図１に示すように、それぞれ所要の用紙を二つ折りしてなる二つの見返し１１の間に、それぞれが糸綴じされた複数の折丁２からなる本本体３を配置しており、この本本体３の背部１２と前記見返し１１の折り部１３とを揃えた状態にして、前記背部１２と見返し１１の折り部１３とに補強紙４をホットメルト接着剤などの接着剤を用いて接着している。そして、前記補強紙４は従来と同じようにその両側から該補強紙４を見返し１１それぞれの外側面部１４側に延設してなる貼着片５が一体に設けられている。このように貼着片５を両側に有するものとするには、前記本本体と二つの見返しを重ねた時の厚さ寸法より十分に幅寸法を大きくして形成された帯状の補強紙を天地方向に亘って接着するようにすればよい。

装丁紙９にあっては、図示されているように、表表紙６と裏表紙８とのそれぞれの背表紙７側の側縁１５の近傍に沿って折り罫１６が本天地方向に亘って設けられている。そして、上記補強紙４における一方の貼着片５の側縁５ａを表表紙６の折り罫近傍の背表紙側とは反対側となる面部に接着しているとともに、他方の貼着片５の側縁５ｂを裏表紙８の折り罫近傍の背表紙側とは反対側となる面部に接着している。
上述したように補強紙４にあっては装丁紙９に対して貼着片５それぞれの側縁５ａ，５ｂのみを接着したことによって、一方の側縁５ａと表表紙６との表紙接着部１７から他方の側縁５ｂと裏表紙８との表紙接着部１７との間に亘って、補強紙４と装丁紙９とが非接着状態にして相対する第一分離部１８が設けられている。このように、補強紙４と装丁紙９との間において前記第一分離部１８が設けられ、さらに、各表紙６，８の背表紙７側の側縁近傍に沿って折り罫１６が設けられていることから、図３に示すように、本本体３を見開く際には、前記第一分離部１８における補強紙４と背表紙７との間が離れて開くようになり、そして、本本体３の背部１２側は背表紙７側からの拘束を受けないために補強紙４を見開き方向に屈曲させるようにしながら本本体３の見開いた箇所における背部１２側が大きく開くようになる。また、このとき、各表紙６，８と背表紙７とをつなぐ曲がり連結部１９も開いて、その曲がり連結部１９及びこれに続く各表紙６，８の側縁１５から前記貼着片５が離れるようなり、本本体３の背部１２がより一層自由になって見開きし易くなる。

上記本本体３の両側に位置する見返し１１それぞれにあっては上述したように本本体３の背部１２に折り部１３が揃うようにしており、上記補強紙４に対してその折り部１３においてのみ接着されている。そして、その折り部１３と補強紙４とを接着してなる見返し接着部２０は本本体３の背部側に位置していることから、その一方の見返し接着部２０は貼着片（側縁５ａ）と表表紙６とを接着してなる上記表紙接着部１７に対して本幅方向に離間配置され、及び他方の見返し接着部２０も貼着片５（側縁５ｂ）と裏表紙８とを接着してなる表紙接着部１７に対して本幅方向に離間配置された状態となる（図２参照）。
さらに、前記見返し１１それぞれの装丁紙９（表表紙、裏表紙）に対応する外側面部１４においては、その外側面部１４それぞれの小口側の辺部２１が、相対する表表紙６と裏表紙８の対応部分に接着されており、一方の外側面部１４の小口側の辺部２１と表表紙６とを接着してなる見返し小口接着部２２から前記見返し接着部２０との間に亘って、一方の外側面部２１と表表紙６とが非接着状態で相対する第二分離部２３が設けられ、同様にして他方の外側面部１４の小口側の辺部２１と裏表紙８とを接着してなる見返し小口接着部２２から見返し接着部２０との間に亘って、他方の外側面部１４と裏表紙８とが非接着状態で相対する第二分離部２３が設けられている。
このように表表紙６の内面側、裏表紙８の内面側それぞれは前記第二分離部２３を形成する形で見返し１１の外側面部１４により覆われており、このため、貼着片５それぞれは隠蔽されて各表紙を見開いたときも見ることはできず、また、外側面部１４が装丁紙９に貼り合わされていないことから、貼着片５から表表紙６の内面、裏表紙８の内面にかかる段差の形状もその外側面部１４に表われず、よって、表紙を見開いた時の体裁が整ったものとなっている。
図４は表表紙６を見開いた状態を示している。上述したように折り罫１６が設けられていることから、この折り罫１６に一旦、折り癖を付けると、表表紙６を見開く際に、上記第一分離部１８が開き、かつ前記折り罫１６が折り込まれる状態となって、見返し１１の折り部１３の開きを拘束するものがなくなり、表表紙６の見開き動作で折り部１３から見返し１１が大きく開くようになる。勿論、貼着片５を隠蔽して見開き面側からは見えないようにしており、上記第二分離部２３を表表紙６との間で形成しているこことから、貼着片５の段差も表われない。なお、以上の点は裏表紙を見開く場合も同様である。

図６は上記本本体３を構成する複数の折丁２の一つを示している。図示されているようにこの折丁２では折り部２５（本本体の背部を構成している部分）の本天地方向に亘って複数箇所が所定の長さの熱溶融性糸からなる糸２６で綴じられており、糸端２７それぞれが折り部２５の稜線上に同一方向に倒れて溶着されているものであって、折丁を糸綴じしたときに折り部から外方に出た糸端を折り部側に倒しながらこれを加熱したものである。このようにそれぞれが糸綴じされた折丁から本本体が構成され、上述したごとく本本体の背部に接着剤を介して補強紙が貼り合わされるため、前記糸端それぞれは本本体と補強紙との間で強固に固定されたものとなり、従来のかがり綴じの場合と同じような高い製本強度が得られる。また、無線綴じに比べて本本体の綴じ部分が開き易いものとなっており、所要の見開き部分にあっては、綴じ元部分が接着剤などで分断されることのなく見開きの両頁に亘る連続した紙面を構成することができ、加えて、上述した構造により見開きする際に綴じ元部分が大きく開くようになっているため、連続する見開き両頁に多く情報などを掲載してもそれらの情報が綴じ元側でも見辛くならない。

【発明の効果】

このように表表紙の内側や裏表紙の内側において二つ折りされた見返しの外側面部が第二分離部を介して貼着片を覆っているため、表表紙や裏表紙を見開いた際にもその貼着片が見えないとともに、その貼着片と装丁紙に亘る段差も表れないようになり、表紙を開いた際の体裁が整うようになる。
また、見返し接着部から表紙接着部に亘る部分の貼着片は、表紙や見返しの外側面部に拘束されることがなく、本を見開く際に表紙側を強く湾曲させて前記見返しの外側面部に大きな引っ張り力が生じるような場合にあっても、その引っ張り力を前記貼着片の変形により吸収して表紙に対する外側面部の相対的なズレを可能とするようになり、見開かれた本本体に対してこれを閉じる方向に作用する表紙側からの抵抗を軽減し、装丁本を見開きく時の取り扱いが容易になる。
さらに、本本体を構成する複数の折丁が糸綴じされて本本体の背部に補強紙が接着されることから、その折丁の背側に出る糸が強固に固定されるようになり、従来の製本時におけるかがり綴じ工程を経ること無くそのかがり綴じをした場合と同じような高い製本強度が得られ、従来の無線綴じに比べて開き易さが改善された装丁本の製造コストを低く抑えることができるなど、実用性に優れた効果を奏するものである。
