 When washing, a synthetic detergent is used, so that if not completely rinsed, there is a problem that the detergent remains on the washing object and irritates the skin. [Embodiment of the invention]

 The washing machine 10 of the present invention has a rotating means 12 for generating a water flow in the water in the washing tank 11. The rotating means 12 plays the role of a rotating blade, similarly to what is commonly called a pulsator.

The rotating means 12 is provided with a cylindrical container portion 14 in which the charcoal 13 can be put. In the illustrated example in which the rotating means 12 is provided at the bottom of the bath 11 to be washed, the cylindrical container portion 14 is provided so as to be substantially perpendicular to the bottom. Therefore, the container part 14 rotates integrally with the rotating means 12.

[0007] The container portion 14 is provided with a water circulating portion 15 for circulating a water flow to be washed into and out of the container portion 14. The water circulation section 15 can be formed in a mesh shape. It is desirable that the charcoal 13 be put in the net-like material 21 before being put in the container portion 14.
