The hand pack according to claim 1, wherein the flexible support layer comprises a polyurethane foam. 10. The hand pack according to claim 9, wherein the polyurethane foam has open cells. 11. The hand pack according to claim 1, wherein the plaster layer is composed of a water-soluble polymer as a main component and has a moisture permeability. 12. The handpack according to claim 1, wherein the plaster layer is composed mainly of a water-soluble polymer and has oil permeability. 13. The hand pack according to claim 1, wherein the hand care cosmetic contains at least one of a moisturizing cosmetic, a whitening cosmetic, and a vitamin component. 14. The hand pack according to claim 1, wherein the plaster layer is covered with a release sheet.
