【発明の効果】以上のように、この発明によれば、従来
のるつぼのように下部に拘束体がなく、るつぼの底壁と
鋳型との距離が短く、るつぼが固定状態から強制的に開
かれて、融解金属が1塊となって鋳型に注湯され、融解
金属が冷却されて凝固することなく鋳込みが行われる。
また、1塊となっているので湯口の先端も冷却されにく
く、不活性ガスで加圧したとき、上部の湯が飛散するこ
ともなく鋳込まれる。また、るつぼの底壁と側壁との肉
厚がほぼ同じで、るつぼに熱歪が生じにくく破損するこ
とがない。
