[Prior art]

FIG. 8 is a sectional view of a main part showing a conventional binder. The binder includes a cover 4 and a binding device 3. The cover 4 has a back portion 41 and left and right front cover portions 43 formed continuously through a fold portion 42. The binding device 3 includes a superposed flat plate portion 32 in contact with the front mounting portion 43, a rising portion 33 continuous with the superposed flat plate portion 32, and a hinge shaft portion 31 to which the tip of the rising portion 33 is pivotally attached. Through holes 45 and 35 are formed in the front mounting portion 43 and the overlapped flat plate portion 32 to communicate with each other. In the communicating through holes 45 and 35, the fixing member 2 that inserts the communicating holes is provided, and the front mounting portion 43 and the overlapping flat plate portion 32 are fixed. Further, the tip of the overlapped flat plate portion 32 is bent inward, and the tip of the bent portion 34 is positioned so as to bite into the folded line portion 44 of the front mounting portion 43.

Further, the fixing member 2 includes a top plate portion 21 fixed to the surface of the front mounting portion 43 in contact with the surface thereof, a cylindrical shaft portion 22 that is continuous with the top plate portion 21 and penetrates through the communication holes 45 and 35, And a caulking portion 23 which is fixed to the surface of the portion 32 in contact with the cylindrical shaft.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]

The binder is made up of a cardboard cover and a metal binding device, and the cover and the binding device are fixed by a fixing member. Unnecessary binders have conventionally been discarded as garbage with the cover and the spelling tool still attached. However, in recent years, it has been demanded that garbage and flammable garbage be discarded separately. Therefore, in the binder, the combustible cover and the non-combustible spelling are separated and discarded as garbage.

Conventionally, a tool such as a screwdriver is used to separate the cover from the spelling tool. As shown in FIG. 8, the spelling tool 3 is pry open by inserting the tapered tip of the driver A between the contact surfaces of the front mounting portion 43 and the overlapped flat plate portion 32 and lifting the overlapped flat plate portion 32 upward. As a result, the top plate 21 of the fixing member 2 loses the through hole 45 of the front cover 43 and is disengaged from the through hole 45, and the front cover 43 and the binding device 3 are separated.

[0006] However, this separation work is extremely troublesome. That is, the distal end of the bent portion 34 connected to the overlapped flat plate portion 32 is positioned so as to bite into the bent portion 44 of the front mounting portion 43. Therefore, since it is difficult to insert the tip of the driver A between the contact surfaces of the front mounting portion 43 and the overlapped flat plate portion 32, it is not possible to take time to pry open the overlapped flat plate portion 32. There were disadvantages such as slipping upward at the bent part and injuring workers' fingers.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and makes it possible to separate the cover and the spelling device very easily and safely, and to separate the separated spelling device, the cover and the fixing member as necessary. It is intended to provide a binder that can be reused.

【0008】[0008]

[Means for Solving the Problems]

To achieve this object, the binder of the present invention has the following configuration. The binder includes a cover having a back portion and a cover portion that is continuous on the back side to the right and left via a fold portion, a polymerized flat plate portion that overlaps the front cover portion, and a binder that is continuous with the polymerized flat plate portion and whose tip is pivotally connected to the hinge shaft portion. A binder having a rising portion to be attached to, and a through hole is provided in each of the front cover portion and the overlapping flat plate portion, and a fixing member is provided in the communicating through hole to secure the cover and the binding device. Preferably, a notch opening for opening the fixing member from the through hole is provided at a position corresponding to the fixing member in the bent end portion of the overlapped flat plate portion.

In the binder having such a configuration, a notch opening for prying is opened at a position corresponding to the fixing member in a bent portion at the tip of the overlapped flat plate portion. Therefore, the tip of a tool, for example, a screwdriver can be easily inserted into the notch opening for prying. In other words, even if the bent part of the overlapped flat part is located in the bent part of the front part, it is easy to insert the tip of the driver between the contact surfaces between the front part and the overlapped flat part (during overlap). obtain.

[0010] Furthermore, by simply inserting the tip of the driver inserted into the notch opening, it is smoothly guided to the vicinity of the fixing member. In this state, when a force is applied by the tip of the driver to remove the overlapped flat portion from the front mounting portion by “leverage application”, the gap between the front mounting portion and the overlapped flat plate portion is pryed open. As a result, the distance between the front mounting portion and the overlapped flat plate portion is widened, and the prying force acts on the top plate portion of the fixing member. The top plate is pulled in the direction of the through-hole in the front cover, and the through-hole is destroyed. The top plate passes through (escapes) the through-hole in the front cover, and the top cover (cover) and the overlapped flat plate. (Spelling tool) is separated.

[Embodiment of the invention]

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the binder according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a main part of the binder, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the binder. The binder includes a cover 4 and a binding device 3 fixed to the cover 4 by the fixing member 2. The cover 4 is made of cardboard, and includes a back portion 41 and a front cover portion 43 that is continuous to the left and right of the back portion 41 via a fold portion 42. The front cover 43 is provided with a folded line 44 parallel to the fold 42 near the fold 42.

The binding device 3 is made of metal and has a superposed flat plate portion 32 that overlaps the front mounting portion 43, a curved rising portion 33 that is continuous with the superposed flat plate portion 32 and has a tip pivotally connected to the hinge shaft portion 31. Consists of The leading end of the overlapped flat plate portion 32 is bent inward, and the leading end edge of the bent portion 34 is located in the bent line portion 44 of the front mounting portion 43 in a biting manner.

In addition, through holes 45 and 35 are provided in the front cover 43 and the overlapped flat plate 32 so as to communicate with each other, and the fixing member 2 is provided in the through holes 45 and 35 which communicate with each other. The tool 3 is fixed (see FIG. 3).

In the vicinity of the bent portion 34, ie, near the bent portion 34, a plurality of curved spelling rising bars 39 are staggered in the left-right direction via the hinge shaft portion 31. It is erected in. Further, a pair of left and right superposed flat plate portions 32, 32 is provided with a rising plate portion 37 provided with a hanging bar 36 at both ends of one superposed flat plate portion 32, and at both ends of the other superposed flat plate portion 32. An engagement rising plate portion 38 which is engaged with and disengaged from the hanging bar 36 is provided upright.

As shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the fixing member 2 includes a top plate portion 21 that is fixed to the front surface of the front mounting portion 43 and a through hole 45 that is continuous with and communicates with the top plate portion 21. A cylindrical shaft portion 22 through which the cylindrical member 35 is inserted and a caulking portion 23 of the cylindrical shaft portion 22 that is fixed to the surface of the overlapped flat plate portion 32 in contact with the surface. As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of the fixing members 2 are provided at predetermined intervals.

The feature of the present invention is that a notch opening 1 for prying is provided in a bent portion 34 at the tip of the overlapped flat plate portion 32. The notch opening 1 is a bent portion 34 and is provided at a position corresponding to the fixing member 2 as shown in FIGS. That is, the cutout openings 1 are formed in the bent portion 34 by the number of fixing members 2 corresponding to the fixing member 2 mounting positions. The notch width and height of the notch opening 1 are such that a tip of a tool, for example, the driver A can be inserted smoothly to a predetermined depth (for example, the tip of the driver A reaches the vicinity of the fixing member 2). The size of the lower opening is set to, for example, a square hole.

When the cover 4 of the binder having such a configuration is separated from the binding tool 3, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a tip of a tool, for example, a driver A is pryed into the notch opening 1. Insert for. In this case, the leading end of the bent portion 34 of the overlapped flat plate portion 32 is located in the bent portion 44 of the front mounting portion 43 in a biting manner, but the leading end of the driver A can be extremely easily placed due to the presence of the notch opening 1. It can be inserted between the contact surfaces between the front mounting portion 43 and the overlapped flat plate portion 32 (during overlap).

As shown in FIG. 4, the tip of the driver A inserted between the front mounting portion 43 and the overlapped flat plate portion 32 through the notch opening 1 for prying is connected to the cylindrical shaft portion 22 of the fixing member 2. It is guided smoothly to the vicinity. In this state, when a force is applied by the tip of the driver A so that the overlapped flat plate portion 32 is peeled off from the outer cover portion 43 by “leverage application”, the overlap between the outer cover portion 43 and the overlapped flat plate portion 32 is opened. As a result, the distance between the front mounting portion 43 and the overlapped flat plate portion 32 is widened, and the prying force acts on the top plate portion 21 of the fixing member 2. When the top plate 21 is pulled in the direction of the through hole 45 of the front mounting part 43, the through hole 45 is destroyed. As shown in FIG. 5, when the top plate 21 passes (escapes) through the damaged through-hole 45 a, the front cover (cover 4) 43 and the overlapped flat plate (spelling tool 3) 32 are separated.

FIG. 6 is an enlarged sectional view of a main part showing another example of the fixing member 2. The fixing member 2 shown in the above embodiment shows an example of fixing by a so-called “riving” method of rivets, but the fixing member 2 of this embodiment is made of a synthetic resin or a metal material. An example including a receiving cylinder 24 and a split cylinder 25 that is removably fitted to the receiving cylinder 24 is shown.

The receiving tube 24 includes a top plate portion 24a that is fixed to the surface of the front mounting portion 43 in contact with the surface thereof, and a tube portion 24b that passes through the through holes 45 and 35 that are continuous with and communicate with the top plate portion 24a. . Further, a groove 24c having a predetermined depth is formed around the center of the cylinder length on the inner wall surface of the cylinder 24b.

On the other hand, the split tube 25 is composed of a top plate portion 25a that is fixed to the surface of the overlapped flat plate portion 32, and a plurality of spring bent legs 25b that are continuous with the top plate portion 25a. Each of the bent legs 25b has a plate shape having a predetermined width, one end of which is continuous with the top plate 25a, and is provided at a predetermined interval. Each of the spring bent legs 25b is set to be bent such that the central portion of the plate-like leg length becomes the central projection 25c that protrudes outward most. That is, the diameter of the overhang portion 25c (the distance between the opposed overhang portions 25c) is set to be larger than the inner diameter of the cylindrical portion 24b. When the spring-made expandable and contractible bent leg portion 25b fits into the tubular portion 24b, the overhang portion 25c is fitted into the circumferential groove portion 24c of the tubular portion 24b, and the receiving tube 24 and the split tube 25, that is, the front mounting portion 43 and the overlapped flat plate portion 32 are fixed.

In the case of the fixing member 2 having such a configuration, the front end of the driver A guided to the vicinity of the fixing member 2 through the notch opening 1 for prying allows the front mounting portion 43 and the overlapped flat plate portion 32 to communicate with each other. When the overlap is pryed open, as shown in FIG. 6, the prying force acts on the top plate portion 25a of the split cylinder 25 on the overlapped flat plate portion 32 side. As the overlapped flat plate portion 32 moves away from the front mounting portion 43, the central projecting portion 25c of the bent leg portion 25b comes off the groove portion 24c. As a result, the split tube 25 escapes from the tube portion 24b of the receiving tube 24, and the front cover portion (cover 4) 43 and the overlapped flat plate portion (spelling device 3) 32 are separated (see FIG. 7).

In the case of this embodiment, in order to prevent the through hole 45 of the front cover 43 from being destroyed, for example, when the binding device 3 or the cover 4 is damaged, either one of them is replaced, and the fixing member 2, the cover 3 and the spelling tool 4 can be fixed and reused.

In the present invention, as described above, a notch opening for prying is provided in the bent portion of the overlapped flat plate portion that overlaps with the front mounting portion so as to correspond to the fixing member, so that the tip of a tool such as a screwdriver is cut. By inserting the screwdriver into the notch opening, the tip of the driver can be smoothly inserted between the superposed flat part and the superposed flat part. Moreover, simply by inserting the tip of the driver into the notch opening, the tip of the driver is automatically guided to the vicinity of the fixing member, and the force applied by the driver can effectively act on the fixing member. Therefore, as in the conventional case, the configuration in which the bent end portion of the overlapped flat portion is cut into the fold line portion of the front cover portion prevents the driver from entering, and as a result, the driver is interposed between the overlapped flat portion and the front cover portion. It is difficult to insert a screwdriver, or the tip of the driver slides up due to the bent part, which injures the operator's fingers. In addition, the fixing member is configured to be fitted between the receiving cylinder and the split cylinder so that the cover and the spelling tool can be repeatedly separated and fixed, and can be reused by replacing one of the damaged ones. It has an excellent effect of achieving the purpose of the invention.
