There is a demand for measuring a body pressure distribution of a seated person in an automobile seat.
For example, by monitoring changes in posture due to fatigue of a seated person,
This is a case where you want to optimally control the seat hardness / body pressure distribution.
In order to perform such a measurement, a body pressure sensor that satisfies the following requirements is required, unlike measurement in a laboratory.

(1) Despite the cushioning properties of a car seat, it must be possible to reliably detect the body pressure of a seated person. That is, the body pressure detecting element is an element that generates an electric signal when pressed. However, when the seat has cushioning properties, the element sinks into the cushion due to the pressure of the occupant, so that it is difficult to be pressed and it is difficult to detect the body pressure. This must be overcome.

[0005] (2) Under severe conditions such as seating when using an automobile, it is necessary to always be able to accurately detect the body pressure at the detection target site. That is, the purpose of the body pressure detection by the body pressure sensor is to monitor the change in posture due to the fatigue of the occupant and to optimally control the hardness / body pressure distribution of the seat. For this reason, the accuracy of the position of the detection target part is important, and if the body pressure sensor shifts due to the vibration of the automobile or the movement of the occupant, the usefulness of the data decreases. This must be overcome.

When a person sits on the seat on which the main body pressure sensor is mounted, the weight is transmitted from the body pressure receiving plate to the sensitive portion at the center of the upper surface of the body pressure detecting element via the pressing projection. On the other hand, an antibody pressure plate is mounted on the lower surface of the body pressure detecting element to prevent the body pressure detecting element from sinking toward the cushion pad due to the weight of the occupant. For this reason, the sensitive part of the body pressure detecting element is reliably pressed by the weight of the occupant. That is, the body pressure of the seated person is reliably detected.

The soft sheet 81 is made of, for example, a flexible material such as silicone rubber, and has a thickness equal to that of the body pressure detecting element 82.
Can be compensated for, and the degree is not affected by the cushioning property of urethane, for example, about 2 to 6 [mm]. As shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the soft sheet 81 is a seating sheet.

It is shaped so that it can be fitted almost perfectly. Also,
In the soft sheet 81, through holes 81a for mounting the body pressure detecting element 82 are formed at each of the parts (four places in FIG. 5) where the body pressure is to be detected. Thereby, the seating sheet
The position of each through-hole 81a with respect to 1 is fixed, so that the displacement of each part to be detected for body pressure is prevented.

In FIGS. 3, 5, and 6, FIG.
In contrast to this, each through hole 81a is formed on the side edge 81 of the soft sheet 81.
It is continued to a notch 81c formed to cut from b. This is for laying the conducting wire 80 for guiding the electric signal generated by the body pressure detecting element 82 to an external processing device. In other words, by providing the cutout 81c for laying the conductor in this way, problems such as disconnection are prevented.

The body pressure detecting element 82 is an element that outputs an electric signal corresponding to the pressing force when the sensitive portion 82a disposed on the upper surface is pressed. Thickness of body pressure detecting element (sensitive part 82a
Is thicker than the thickness of the soft sheet 81. The outer diameter of the body pressure detecting element 82 is substantially equal to the inner diameter of the through hole 81a of the soft sheet 81, for example, about 10 [mmφ]. Therefore, the body pressure detecting element 82 is fitted and fixed in the through hole 81a of the soft sheet 81.

The body pressure detecting element 82 fitted in the through hole 81a of the soft sheet 81 is fixed on its lower surface side together with the periphery of the opening of the through hole 81a by an adhesive tape 83. The lower surface of the adhesive tape 83 is covered by an antibody pressure plate 84, and the lower surface of the antibody pressure plate 84 is fixed together with the lower surface of the soft sheet 81 by an adhesive tape 87. Here, the antibody pressure plate 84 is a member that prevents the body pressure detecting element 82 from sinking into the cushion pads 10 and 50 due to the body pressure of the occupant, thereby preventing the detection sensitivity of the body pressure from becoming dull. That is, when a body pressure from the occupant side is applied to the body pressure detecting element 82 and pushed toward the cushion pads 10 and 50, the body pressure detecting element 82
It is pushed back by the drag force from the antibody pressure plate 84 side, thereby preventing the above-mentioned sinking. For this reason, the antibody platen
84 is made of plastic and has an outer diameter of about 20 to 30 [mm φ].

On the other hand, above the body pressure detecting element 82 fitted in the through hole 81a of the soft sheet 81, a pressing projection 85a made of a soft material such as silicon rubber is provided at the center. The adhesive tape 85 is attached with the surface facing downward. Here, the pressing projection 85a is a sensitive part 82a of the body pressure detecting element 82.
This is a member for pressing. For this reason, the pressing projection 85
The outer diameter (φd) of a is smaller than the outer diameter (φD) of the sensitive portion 82a. Thereby, the sensitivity of the body pressure detection is increased. Further, since the sensitive portion 82a is pressed only by the pressing projection 85a, erroneous detection is prevented. Also,
Since the pressing projection 85a is made of a soft material such as silicon rubber as described above, the sensitive portion 82a is prevented from being damaged.

The upper surface of the adhesive tape 85 is further covered with a body pressure receiving plate 86, and the upper surface of the body pressure receiving plate 85 is
Along with the upper surface of the soft sheet 81, it is covered and fixed by the adhesive tape 88. Here, the body pressure receiving plate 86 detects the body pressure of the occupant from a certain wide range (including not only immediately above the body pressure detecting element 82 but also a body pressure from obliquely above), and detects the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. -A member that transmits to the sensitive portion 82a of the body pressure detecting element 82 via a pressing projection 85a on the lower surface of the body 85, and maintains parallelism with the antibody pressure plate 84 according to the body pressure by the seated person. By reducing the distance from the antibody pressure plate 84, the body pressure is reliably detected despite sinking on the cushion pad side. For this reason, the body pressure receiving plate 86
It is made of plastic similarly to the antibody pressure plate 84, and its size is about 20 to 30 [mm φ].

The main body pressure sensor having the above structure is attached to the seating sheet 1 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 2, a urethane material 15 having a thickness of 10 to 15 [mm] is put thereon, and further covered with a skin 16. The urethane material 15 is a member for preventing the occupant from feeling the foreign body by the body pressure sensor, and can be installed because the sensitivity of the main body pressure sensor is good. Further, since the urethane material 15 is present, even in an abnormally pressurized state in which, for example, a key or the like is in the butt pocket of the seated person, the sensitive portion 82a of the body pressure detecting element 82 is not damaged. Is prevented.

According to the present invention, the weight of the occupant is transmitted from the body pressure receiving plate to the sensitive portion at the center of the upper surface of the body pressure detecting element via the pressing projection. On the other hand, the body pressure detecting element is prevented from sinking into the cushion pad by the antibody pressure plate, and when sinking, the parallelism between the antibody pressure plate and the body pressure receiving plate is not impaired. Therefore, the sensitive part is reliably pressed by the weight of the occupant, and the body pressure is reliably detected.
The body pressure detecting element is fixed after being securely fitted into the through hole of the soft sheet. For this reason, the displacement due to the vibration of the vehicle or the movement of the seated person is also prevented.
The thickness of the soft sheet is substantially the same as that of the body pressure detecting element, and the upper surface is covered by a body pressure receiving plate having a larger area than the body pressure detecting element. For this reason, the occupant does not feel the foreign body feeling due to the body pressure detecting element.
