2. Description of the Related Art A typical example of a ventilation ridge structure in which ventilation is performed in a ridge forming the top of a roof in a house is as follows. That is, a ventilation gap communicating with the attic is formed between the uppermost one of the left and right roof tiles laid with a predetermined roof slope, and a face door is respectively placed on the left and right roof tiles. The shelves are juxtaposed with each other, and the roof tiles are covered on the juxtaposed right and left sheaves so as to cover the ventilation gap and the left and right shelves. A ventilation passage (simply an opening, a hole, a gap, or the like, which allows communication between the ventilation gap and the outside) is formed.

In the ventilation ridge structure having the above-described structure, an inorganic molded product is often used as a ridge roof tile. Such a ridge roof tile is generally durable but hard and brittle, and therefore can be used. The width of the roof slope is extremely narrow. On the other hand, since the roof slope of a house is various, it is necessary to prepare various kinds of products having different dimensions and shapes. For this reason, the roof tiles must be produced in a variety of small quantities, and are relatively expensive.

[0004] For example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. Hei 3-11286 proposes to form curved concave portions that are recessed inward on both sides of a roof tile in order to increase the width of a roof slope that can be handled. The roof tiles with such curved recesses can be handled with the same size and shape even if the roof gradient is slightly different, but since the roof tiles will be supported by the curved recesses on the kasagi, their contact area will be small, When the ridge roof tile is fixed with a nail or the like to the roof, the driving position of the nail or the like is likely to shift or the ridge roof tile is inclined, and it cannot be said that the stability and the workability are good.

On the other hand, sheet metal ridges used in place of ridge roof tiles can be bent or bent relatively easily. Although it can be manufactured widely and at low cost, it is easy to bend or bend because it is thin. By the way, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 63-74948 describes a ventilation building structure in which the above-mentioned sheet metal building can be used. In the ventilation ridge structure described in this publication, a steel plate member in which a rising piece is erected on an upper surface portion of an elastic body portion made of a synthetic resin foam or the like of a face door placed on a roof tile is attached, A cover is arranged on the rising piece of the member, and a cover is formed from a rectangular cover and a horizontal cover that bends downward from both ends of the cover so as to cover each part on the cover. The building is covered with a ridge.

However, in the ventilation ridge structure described in the above publication, the ventilation opening is formed only on the upper surface side of the face door. Therefore, for example, when the laterally covering plate portion of the sheet metal ridge is slightly bent inward (the side of the door and the side of the skirting) due to a storm or the like, the ventilation opening is closed and the ventilation passage connecting the attic and the outside is provided. Is shut off, and the ventilation capacity is significantly reduced.

As one measure for solving such a problem, for example, it is conceivable to reinforce a sheet metal ridge so as not to bend easily. However, reinforcing the ridge is costly. In addition, the advantage of the sheet metal ridge and wrapper that the width of the roof slope that can be flexibly bent or flexibly accommodated is wide is lost. In addition, in the conventional ventilation ridge structure, as shown in the above two publications, although the ridge roof tile or the ridge parcel usually covers the headdress, the side of the skirt tile and the ridge roof tile or the ridge parcel are usually covered. The space between the inner surface (rear surface) and the upper surface of the roof tile and the lower end of the ridge tile or ridge is open for ventilation, etc., so when wind and rain are strong, flying water may flow inside the ridge or ridge. Invasion and wet the Kasagi. For this reason, there is a problem that the cap is rotten and easily decayed, and the overall durability is reduced.

The material of the ventilation spacer used in the ventilation building structure of the present invention is not particularly limited, and can be manufactured by appropriately molding a synthetic resin, a sheet metal, or the like. It may be molded integrally with the part,
It may be formed separately and joined later. Also,
The protrusion formed on the ventilation spacer may be a simple protrusion or a step. The shape is not particularly limited, but the upper surface is flat with a rib shape, and the upper surface plate portion and the side plate portion are provided. It is preferable that the height of the projections protruded from the base end face is equal to each other, and furthermore, the plurality of projections formed on the upper face plate are formed on the side face plate so as to form a labyrinth. As a preferred embodiment, they are arranged so as to overlap each other when viewed from the side.

[Operation] In the ventilation ridge structure according to the present invention configured as described above, since a plurality of projections are formed at intervals on the top plate and the side plate of the ventilation spacer, The ventilation spacer secures a gap that serves as a ventilation passage between the top and side hoods of the ridge and the side of the top and opposite sides of the skirting, and bends inside the ridge. Alternatively, it also serves to prevent deflection and keep the left and right lower ends of the ridge packet apart from the top surface of the roof tile. As a result, even when using an inexpensive sheet metal ridge that can be bent or bent, it is possible to reliably prevent a situation where the ventilation passage is blocked, and to stably maintain a necessary and sufficient ventilation capacity. .

In addition, the ventilation spacers are separately placed on the left and right caps, and the ridge is flexible or bendable, so that the width of the roof slope that can be accommodated is widened. The versatility of is improved, and it can flexibly respond to various roofs. In addition, since the ventilation spacer covers the upper and lower sides of the right and left caps so as to cover the lower side, water from the outside is blocked by the ventilation spacers, making it difficult to reach the caps, and the caps are wet. The situation that rots as much as possible is suppressed as much as possible. As a result, the Kasagi is less likely to decay, thereby improving the overall durability.

Further, the main components including the face door, the cap, the ventilation spacer, and the ridge packet are assembled in such a manner that they are sequentially stacked and fixed as a whole, and each member other than the ventilation spacer is assembled. Since the configuration may be the same as that of the conventional product, the construction is simple and easy, and the manufacturing cost and the construction cost of each member can be kept low. As a result, the whole can be provided at low cost.

At this time, since the ventilation spacers 10 are separately placed on the side boards 5 arranged side by side, even if the position of the top boards 5 fluctuates, there is no need to be affected by such a change. Since it is only necessary to put the same shape on the cap 5 so as to face the same, the handling is extremely simple. Further, the ventilation spacer 10 has a top plate 12 having a length corresponding to the width of the coping 5 and a side plate 14 bent at a right angle to the top plate 12 to provide ventilation. The back surface of the spacer 10 can be brought into contact with the upper surface of the side-by-side cap 5 and the side surface on the opposite side, so that the ventilation spacer 10 can be easily positioned and the ridge 6 The gap between the left and right lower end portions (locking projections 6d) and the roof tile 3 is appropriately secured. In addition, if the double-sided tape or the like is stuck on the back surface side of the ventilation spacer 10, the above operation can be performed more easily.

In this case, a plurality of rib-shaped projections 1 are provided on the upper surface plate portion 12 and the side surface plate portion 14 of the ventilation spacer 10, respectively.
6, since the trapezoidal projections 17 are provided in a protruding manner, the ventilation spacer 10 is formed on the upper surface of the coping 5 and the side surface on the opposite side to the ridge 6
Between the upper cover plate portion 6a and the horizontal cover plate portion 6b.
6, in addition to securing a gap to be a ventilation passage R corresponding to the height of the projection of the trapezoidal projection 17, in addition to preventing inward bending or bending of the ridge 6 and roofing the left and right lower ends of the ridge 6 It also serves to keep the roof 3 away from the upper surface. As a result, even when using an inexpensive sheet metal ridge that can be bent or bent, the situation that the ventilation passage R is blocked is reliably prevented, and the necessary and sufficient ventilation capacity is stably maintained. obtain.
