2. Description of the Related Art The following is a brief description of a typical ventilation building structure in which ventilation is provided in a building forming the roof of a house. That is, a ventilation gap leading to the attic is formed between the roof tiles located at the top of the left and right roof tiles that are installed with a predetermined roof slope, and a door is placed on each of the left and right roof tiles. The headstocks are juxtaposed through the juxtaposition, and the roof tiles are covered on the juxtaposed left and right headstocks so as to cover the ventilation gap and the left and right headstocks, and each member is fixed with nails, etc. A ventilation passage (which can be a simple opening, hole, gap, or the like) that connects the ventilation gap to the outside is formed.

In the ventilation ridge structure having the above-mentioned structure, an inorganic molded article is often used as a ridge tile, but such a ridge tile is usually durable but hard and brittle, and therefore can be handled. The width of the roof slope is extremely narrow. On the other hand, since the roof slopes of houses vary widely, it is necessary to prepare a wide variety of products with different dimensions as building tiles. Therefore, the roof tiles have to be produced in high-mix low-volume production, which is relatively expensive.

Therefore, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 3-11286 proposes to form curved recesses which are recessed inward on both sides of the roof tile in order to widen the width of the roof slope that can be accommodated. The roof tiles having such curved recesses can be provided with the same size and shape even if the roof slope is slightly different, but since the roof tiles are supported by the curved recesses in the roof tiles, the contact area between them becomes small, When fixing the roof tile to the headstock with nails or the like, the driving position of the nails or the like tends to shift or the roof tile tends to tilt, so it cannot be said that stability and workability are good.

On the other hand, since the sheet metal building envelope used in place of the roof tile can be bent or bent relatively easily, the width of the roof slope that can be accommodated is larger than that of the conventional roof tile. It can be manufactured widely and at low cost, but it is easy to bend and bend because it is thin. By the way, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 63-74948 discloses a ventilation ridge structure in which the above-mentioned sheet metal wrapping can be used. In the ventilation wing structure described in this publication, a steel plate member in which a rising piece is erected is attached to the upper surface of an elastic body portion made of a synthetic resin foam or the like serving as a door arranged on a roof tile. A headstock is arranged on the rising piece of the steel plate member, and an upper cover plate part having a V-shaped cross section and a horizontal cover plate part bent downward from both ends of the upper cover plate part so as to cover each part on the headstock part. It is constructed by covering a building wrapping consisting of.

In the ventilation ridge structure described in this publication, the rising piece of the steel plate member separates the headstock and the elastic body portion of the door so that a ventilation opening (gap) is formed between them. Ventilation of the house (attic) will be performed through it.

However, in the ventilation ridge structure described in the above publication, the ventilation opening is formed only on the upper surface side of the door. Therefore, for example, the ventilation cover is closed and the attic and the outside are communicated with each other only by slightly bending the horizontal cover plate of the sheet metal building cover inward (toward the door and the headboard side) due to storms or the like. There is a problem that the ventilation passage is blocked and the ventilation capacity is significantly reduced.

As one measure for solving such a problem, for example, it is conceivable to reinforce the building package made of sheet metal so as not to be easily bent, but reinforcing the building package increases the cost. In addition to the above, the merit of the sheet metal building parcel that the roof slope that can be flexibly bent or flexed and that can be accommodated is wide is lost. In view of such a point, the present invention is capable of performing ventilation reliably and sufficiently, and under the cost of the members used as much as possible, the construction can be performed easily and easily, and further, the quality is not deteriorated as a whole. It is an object of the present invention to provide a ventilation ridge structure that can be configured at low cost.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the ventilation ridge structure according to the present invention has a structure in which the left and right roof tiles which are roofed with a predetermined roof slope are located at the top. A ventilation gap leading to the attic is formed between the roof tiles on the left and right sides, and the headstocks are juxtaposed on the left and right roof tiles through the doors, respectively. Ventilation spacers are arranged at appropriate intervals, and the ridge wrapping is covered on the ventilation spacers so as to cover the ventilation gap and the left and right head trees.
The ventilation spacer has an upper side portion and a pair of side side portions bent downward from the left and right ends of the housing and the upper surface of the left and right shelters and the side surfaces on the opposite side. The ventilation spacers separate the housing from the headstock, and a ventilation passage for communicating the ventilation gap with the outside is formed between them.

The ventilation spacer used in the ventilation ridge structure of the present invention basically has a certain thickness (height) and bridges between a pair of headstocks arranged side by side on both sides. The shape and material are not particularly limited as long as they have a straddling length and can be interposed between the ridge wrap and the upper and left side surfaces of the above left and right shelters. It may be a simple plate-shaped body, a rod-shaped body, a net state, etc. made of resin, metal or wood, and may have a plate-shaped body provided with projections, rising pieces, convex portions, steps, etc. It is preferable to have a shape along the back surface (lower surface and inner surface).

[Operation] In the ventilation ridge structure according to the present invention configured as described above, in addition to the ventilation spacer ensuring a gap serving as a ventilation passage between the headstock and the ridge, It also serves to prevent inward bending or bending and keep the left and right lower ends of the building envelope away from the top surface of the roof tile. As a result, even when using an inexpensive sheet metal building that can be bent or flexed, it is possible to reliably prevent a situation where the ventilation passage is blocked, and it is possible to stably maintain the necessary and sufficient ventilation capacity. ..

After arranging the ventilation spacer 10 on the headstock 5 in this manner, the nail 7 (FIG. 2) penetrates the headboard 5, the door 4 and the roof tile 3 in a direction orthogonal to the upper surface of the headboard 5. Then, drive to reach the base plate 2. In this case, if a through hole or a recess is formed in each member in advance, if necessary,
Positioning and driving work at nailing becomes easy. It should be noted that the ventilation spacer 10 need only be placed on the headstock 5, and it is not necessary to hammer in the nail 7, but in order to increase stability, for example, double-sided tape or the like is attached to the back surface of the ventilation spacer 10. Alternatively, it may be fixed to the headstock 5.

The locking projections 6 a of the building 6 are locked to the outer edge of the lower end of the side portion 14. Then, the nail 9 is driven so as to penetrate from the side cover plate portion of the building 6 into the head 5 while the building 6 is brought into contact with the ventilation spacer 10 in this manner. Thereby, the building package 6 is fixed, and the assembling of the respective parts is completed. Also in this case, if a through hole, a recess, or the like is previously formed in the building case 6 as needed, positioning / driving work at the time of nailing can be facilitated. After that, necessary work such as attaching a cover to the opening at the front and rear ends of the building envelope 6 to close it is performed.
This completes the construction of the ventilation building structure.

In addition to ensuring a gap that serves as a ventilation passage R between the building and the building envelope 6, it prevents the inward bending or bending of the building envelope 6 and separates the left and right lower ends of the building envelope 6 from the upper surface of the roof tile 3. It also plays a role in keeping it. As a result, even when using the sheet metal housing 6 that can be bent or flexed and is inexpensive, the situation in which the ventilation passage R is blocked is reliably prevented, and the necessary and sufficient ventilation capacity is stably maintained. Since the building envelope 6 can be bent at each corner and the width of the roof slope that can be accommodated is wide, when applying the ventilation building structure of this embodiment to a house with a slightly different roof slope, ventilation is required. The other members including the roof tile 6 can be the same by only changing the spacer 10 for the roof slope. Next, another example of the ventilation ridge structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. In FIGS. 4 and 5, parts corresponding to the respective parts shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 described above are denoted by the same reference numerals in their entirety, and overlapping explanations thereof and common parts of the operational effects Is omitted.

Ventilation spacer 10 used in this example
As shown in FIG. 5, a locking convex portion 17 having a V-shaped cross section is provided so as to project downward on the rear surface side of the central portion of the upper side portion 12, and outward from the lower end portion of the side portion 14. A bearing projection 19 is provided which is bent at a right angle and projects. As shown in FIG. 4, when the ventilation spacer 10 is disposed so as to straddle the left and right headstocks 5, the locking projections 17 are fitted between the headstocks 5 and contact the side surfaces thereof. To be contacted. By providing such a locking projection 17, the installation stability of the ventilation spacer 10 and the headstock 5 is further improved, and their positioning and parallel alignment can be performed more easily.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the support convex portion 19 has a lower end cover plate portion 6b formed on the building casing 6 and protruding outward by bending from a lower end of the horizontal cover plate portion. The locking projections 6a folded back inward from the lower end cover plate portion 6b are hooked together while being mounted. By doing so, even if the headstock 5 or the like deviates or tilts from the proper position, the left and right lower end portions of the ventilation spacer 10 contact the roof tile 3, but the left and right lower end portions of the building package 6. Since the (locking protrusions 6a) are reliably separated from the roof tiles 3, the entrance and exit of the ventilation passage R are always provided between the left and right lower end portions (locking protrusions 6a) of the building 6 and the roof tiles 3. 5 is secured, and as shown by an arrow Q in FIG. 5, ventilation is performed through the gap in the same manner as the ventilation building structure shown in FIG. 2 described above.
