余肉部分を切除し、カバー部材を剥すと、印刷用固定治
具のカバー部材固定面に、キートップ部裏面のドーム部
側の凹凸形状が完全に同寸で複製されたキートップ部天
面印刷用の印刷用固定治具が得られた。硬化した樹脂か
らのカバー部材の剥離は、カバー部材表面のウレタン樹
脂層によって滑らか、かつ容易であった。

に確実かつ均一に接着し固定した。次に、治具成形ベー
ス台上に型枠をセットし、この型枠内に、型取り用メタ
ル樹脂ポップメタルAL(国際ケミカル社製、商品名)10
0 重量部に対して、ポップメタル用硬化剤(国際ケミカ
ル社製、商品名)を10重量部配合し、カバー部材のキー
トップ部表面側から静かに十分な量注型した。その後押

印刷用固定治具に容易かつ正確に嵌合して平滑に保持、
固定され、位置決めを正確に行うことができ、印刷ズレ
や印刷ムラが起こらず安定して精細な印刷が行える。本
発明の印刷用固定治具は、型取り用樹脂にシリコーンRT
V あるいはメタル樹脂を用いることにより、短時間かつ
低コストで精度の高い印刷用固定治具が、特殊な工具を
用いずに比較的簡単に造ることができ、短納期で少量生
産の印刷物には特に有効である。
