In order to prevent the paper from moving downward from outside and being caught in the biting portion 55, a fixed amount feeding member 67 for feeding used paper by a fixed amount is disposed between every two adjacent rotary blades 53, 54. And is connected to the frame 56 via bolts 68. The fixed amount feeding member 67 includes rotating shafts 51 and 52.
The round bars 69a, 69b, 69 as stoppers gradually reduce the distance between the blades of the rotary blades 53, 54 when projected onto a plane perpendicular to the surface along the rotation direction of the rotary blades 53, 54.
c is fixed to the fixed-quantity feeding member 67 in a state where its axis and the axes of the rotating shafts 51 and 52 are orthogonal to each other. A fixed amount gap G that determines the amount of used paper to be fed is set between the round bar 69c and the rotary blades 53 and 54.

When the used paper is crushed by the rotating blades 53 and 54, the crushed used paper is wrapped around the rotating shafts 51 and 52 and cannot be removed, so that the adjacent rotating blades 53 and 54 shown in FIG. A winding prevention ring 72 having the shape shown in FIG. A circumferential groove 72 a having a V-shaped or U-shaped cross section is formed in the winding prevention ring 72. The reason for forming the circumferential groove in this way is to increase the effective outer diameter of the anti-winding ring to enhance the anti-winding effect, while providing the outer peripheral surface of the anti-winding ring with the edge of the rotary blade facing the opposite end. This prevents the winding prevention ring from being damaged by contact.

Next, the operation of the used paper processing apparatus will be described. When the used paper is loaded while rotating the rotary blades 53 and 54 in directions opposite to each other as shown by arrows in FIG.
Since the used paper is pressed by the rotary blades 53 and 54 by the right and left pressing metal fittings 70, the used paper is hooked by the rotary blades 53 and 54 and turns downward from outside the rotary blades 53 and 54 to the biting portion 55. It moves and is crushed to tear at the biting portion 55. When there is no used paper, the pressing fitting 70 is shown in FIG.
As shown in the figure, the round bars 69a and 69b are in a state of being substantially hidden while maintaining a state of being naturally hung from the support shaft 71, and the outer peripheral surfaces of the pressing metal fitting 70 and the distal end of the fixed-rate feeding member 67 have an arc shape. As a result, the used paper is curved along its outer peripheral surface, and is easily transported by the rotary blades 53 and 54.
When the used paper is supplied, the pressing member 70 swings as indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 11B, and the point of action of the pressing force applied to the used paper from the pressing member 70 moves. Pressing bracket 70 and rotary blade 5
Once the waste paper is sandwiched between the waste papers 3 and 54, the press fitting 70 swings to expose the round bars 69a and 69b, and the leading end of the waste paper of a certain amount or more hits the round bars 69a, 69b and 69c. Is suppressed. Round bar 69a, 6
While the leading end of the used paper is stopped by the presence of 9b and 69c, the used paper is caught by the cutting edge of the rotary blade 54. If the distance between the leading end of the used paper and the position where the pressing metal member 70 acts on the used paper is too large, the used paper is Is bent and cannot be smoothly fed into the engaging portion 55. The point of action of the pressing force by the pressing metal fitting 70 moves toward the leading end of the used paper according to the amount of used paper, and the distance between the leading end of the used paper and the point of application of the pressing force is reduced, so that the feeding of the used paper is performed extremely smoothly. . The used paper is round bars 69a, 69b,
It is stopped at 69c and fed in order from the closest one. However, since the allowable number of used papers is set by the fixed gap G between the round bar 69c and the rotary blade 54, a large amount of used paper is simultaneously sent to the biting portion 55. It will not be overloaded by being sent.

When the paper is crushed and elongated, the waste paper is
It may not be able to be wrapped around 1, 52 and may eventually become a large load on the rotational force. Adjacent rotary blades 5
Since the anti-winding ring 72 is provided between the three rotary blades 54 and between the adjacent rotary blades 54 and the rotary shafts 51 and 52 are not exposed, the winding of the used paper around the rotary shafts 51 and 52 is prevented.

First, the problem 1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 13, the overlapping dimension between the rotary blades 53 and 54 is P,
Assuming that the interval between the rotary blades 53 and 54 is Q, generally, when P is large and Q is small, the rotary blade 5 facing the waste paper 5
Since the 3,54 blades are pressed to the bottom of the blade, the waste paper is easily broken. Further, even when P and Q are constant, a difference also occurs depending on the depth of the blade bottom of the rotary blades 53 and 54. If the blade bottom is shallow, the waste paper will not be sufficiently passed only once through the biting portion 55. It is not crushed but merely perforated. All the rotary blades on the side where waste paper is loaded are shown in FIG.
In the case where the bottom of the blade is shallow as shown in (a), (b) and (c), the used paper is cut into a tape shape by the blade, and therefore, no transfer force is applied from the rotary blade to the used paper. bad. This is because, in the case of a blade having a shallow blade bottom, waste paper is generally scraped due to a short interval between the tips of the blades. As a countermeasure, if the number of blades is reduced by making the bottom of the blade shallow and widening the distance between the tips of the blades, the used paper is not sufficiently crushed and only perforated holes are formed.

On the other hand, when the blade bottom is deepened, a large number of used papers 73 are sandwiched between the blade and the round bar 69a by the rotation of the blade because the tip of the used paper 73 reaches the blade bottom as shown in FIG. When an impact occurs, the blades cut into a large number of used papers 73, and a large amount of used paper 73 is transferred to the biting portion 55, so that the fixed amount of used paper is not transferred. For this reason, when the blade bottom is made deep, as shown in FIG. 16, it is inevitable that the leading ends of the used paper 73 are not aligned and the used paper 73 closer to the cutting edge is inserted so as to precede it.

Next, the problem 2 will be described. FIG.
As shown in (b), the winding prevention ring 72 is
, While being rotatably attached to the rotating blades 53 and 54 facing the outer peripheral surface of the wrap prevention ring 72, the used paper that is rotated while rotating collides with the outer peripheral surface of the wrap prevention ring 72. For this reason, the inner peripheral surface of the winding prevention ring 72 is
1 and 52, generating a loud noise. On the other hand, if a soft material is used for the winding prevention ring 72, the noise is reduced. However, as shown in FIGS. The waste paper is jammed in the groove, which is not preferable.

Next, the problem 3 will be described. When the used paper is soft, the tip of the used paper is a round bar 6 shown in FIG.
Even if it gets caught on 9a-69c and is stopped for a few seconds,
The lower part of the stack of used paper is cut in a streak by the rotary blade and becomes easy to bend.
Pass through 9a-69c. For this reason, when the used paper is thin paper, even if the angle between the axis of the round bar 69a to 69c and the outer peripheral surface of the rotary blade 54 is close to a right angle, the angle between the tip of the round bar and the outer peripheral surface of the rotary blade is small. If the distance is determined accurately, crushing can be performed smoothly. However, when thick paper such as a business card or a postcard is inserted, as shown in FIG. 18, once the leading end of the used paper 73 is hooked on the base ends of the round bars 69a, 69b, 69c,
Since the thick paper is hard, the leading end of the waste paper 73 remains upward, and the waste paper 73 is always round bars 69a, 69b, 6
The vehicle cannot pass through 9c and stagnates.

Finally, problem 4 will be described. As shown in FIG. 17, the pressing metal fitting 70 for pressing the used paper against the rotary blade has the lower end of the rotary metal fitting 54 as shown in FIG.
And is pushed up by the input of used paper, and at the same time, presses the used paper against the cutting edge of the rotary blade 54 to pass the used paper from below the round bar 69a.
Here, the press fitting 70 is swingable about the support shaft 71 as shown by an arrow. However, even if a waste paper is suddenly inserted to push up the press fitting 70 directly upward, Since the pressing fitting 70 does not move upward, it may receive a large impact.

Between the rotary blades 1 and 2 or between the rotary blades 2 on the rotary shafts 51 and 52, a winding prevention ring 4 is loosely fitted to the rotary shafts 51 and 52 as shown in FIG. It is provided. As the winding prevention ring 4, an inner ring 5 having a small inner and outer diameter and an outer ring 6 having a large inner and outer diameter are superposed in the radial direction. A gap is also formed between the inner ring 5 and the outer ring 6. The inner ring 5 is used to prevent the generation of noise.
A soft organic material is used as a material for the above.

In addition, in order to further reduce the generation of noise, one of the outer circumferential surface and the inner circumferential surface of the outer ring and the inner ring that face each other has a V-shape or U-shape as shown in FIG. It is also possible to form a circumferential groove in the shape of a letter, and to form a ridge-shaped circumferential projection having a triangular or quadrangular cross section on the other. In this case, since the area of the colliding portion in the outer ring and the inner ring is small, the sound of collision between the outer ring and the inner ring can be reduced.

Next, the fixed amount feeding member will be described. Conventionally, when processing thick paper as waste paper, there has been a problem that the leading end of the waste paper is caught by the base end of the round bar and stagnates. In order to solve this, as shown in FIG. 4, a fixed amount feeding member 67 disposed above the rotary blades 1 and 2 on the used paper input side is provided with an interval between the rotary blades 67 along the rotation direction of the rotary blades 1 and 2. Are formed, and the stopper portions 8a, 8b, 8c having small protrusion dimensions are formed, and the straight lines passing through the axis of the rotary blades 1, 2 and the stopper portions 8a, 8b, 8 are formed.
The angles between c and the left side surface are acute angles θ 1 , θ 2 , θ 3 ,
It suffices that θ 1 ≦ θ 2 ≦ θ 3 .

If a fixed amount of used paper can be supplied only by the stopper 8a, the stoppers 8b and 8c become unnecessary. However, as shown in FIG. 5, the leading end of the overlapping used paper 3 is pressed against the rotary blades 1 and 2 as shown in FIG. Therefore, the blades of the rotary blades 1 and 2 are cut into the lower waste paper 3, and the waste paper 3 of a predetermined supply amount or more determined by the distance between the stopper 8 a and the outer peripheral surfaces of the rotary blades 1 and 2 passes through the stopper 8 a at a time. In some cases.

For this reason, in this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 6 to 8, the substantially circular fixed surface 7 intersects the outer peripheral surfaces of the rotary blades 1 and 2, and the end of the fixed surface 7 is Is set so that it can enter the inside of the outer peripheral surface. FIGS. 6 and 7 show stoppers 8a, 8b and 8c provided. FIG. 8 shows stoppers 8a and 8b provided. FIG. 9 shows only a stopper 8a and an arc-shaped fixed surface. The end of 7 is located outside the outer peripheral surfaces of the rotary blades 1 and 2. When fixing the fixed amount feeding member 67 to the frame 56 via the bolt 68 as shown in FIG. 11, by appropriately interposing an elastic member such as a liner or rubber and adjusting the tightening condition of the upper and lower bolts 68, Fine adjustment can be performed such that the lower right part of the fixed amount surface 7 of the fixed amount feeding member 67 approaches or separates from the outer peripheral surfaces of the rotary blades 1 and 2 by changing the mounting angle of the fixed amount feeding member 67.

As shown in FIG. 10, a pair of pressing fittings 9 are attached to the fixed amount feeding member 67. As shown in the figure, a circumferential groove 11 is provided at an intermediate portion in the length direction of the cylindrical support cylinder 10.
The portion of the circumferential groove 11 of the support cylinder 10 is fitted into a notch 12 formed at the upper end of the fixed amount feeding member 67 also shown in FIG. Pins 13 are fitted into both ends of the support cylinder 10, respectively, and are fixed via set screws 14. Each pin 13 has a pipe 15 made of a soft organic material.
Is fitted, and a disc-shaped pressing metal fitting 9 having an insertion hole 16 having an inner diameter approximately twice as large as the outer diameter of the pipe 15 is attached to the insertion hole 16 in a state where the pipe 15 is loosely fitted. . Washers 17 are provided on both sides of the press fitting 9 to prevent the press fitting 9 from coming off the pipe 15.

Next, the operation of the used paper processing apparatus will be described. When the used paper 3 is put on the rotating blades 1 and 2 of the rotating shafts 51 and 52 above the rotating shaft 52, the rotating blade 1 has a shallow blade 1a and the rotating blade 2 has a blade 2a having a shallow bottom. Because of the depth, as shown in FIG. 2, the leading end of the used paper 3 is regulated by the shallow blade 1a and cannot reach the bottom of the deep blade 2a. For this reason, even if the used papers 3 are fed with the leading ends aligned, a large amount of used papers 3 will not be caught between the rotary blade and the stopper at one time and will not cause an impact. Further, unlike the case where only the rotary blade having a blade with a shallow blade bottom is used, the used paper is crushed without simply forming a perforated hole. In other words, the respective disadvantages of the rotary blade 1 having the shallow blade 1a and the rotary blade 2 having the deep blade 2a are mutually captured, so that the shallow blade prevents impact and the deep blade appropriately crushes. Only the advantages remain.

The used paper is supplied by rotating blades 1 and 2 shown in FIG.
And press fitting 9. Since the pipe 15 is loosely fitted in the insertion hole 16, the press fitting 9 can escape upward when a large amount of used paper is supplied at the same time. For this reason, the pressing fitting 9 does not receive a large impact unlike the conventional case. The pressing metal 9 drops after escaping upward and collides with the pipe 15, but since the pipe 15 is formed of a soft organic material, the sound of the collision sound is extremely small.

The constant-rate feeding member 67 has stoppers 8a, 8b, 8c or stoppers 8a, 8b as shown in FIGS. 6, 7, and 8, and the constant-quantity surface 7 is the outer peripheral surface of the rotary blades 1, 2. When a dozen or more pieces of waste paper are inserted, the leading end of the lower waste paper precedes the leading end of the upper waste paper in a stepwise manner along the fixed amount surface 7 of the fixed amount feeding member 67 when the used paper is inserted. And the paper is transported in order from the lower waste paper. When thick and hard waste paper such as a postcard or business card is inserted, the angle between the straight line passing through the axis of the rotary blades 1 and 2 and the left side surface of the stopper portion 8a is an acute angle. There is no stagnation caused by being caught by the stopper portion 8a. In other words, hard waste paper such as postcards and PPC
(Copy) Thin and soft waste paper such as paper can be efficiently crushed by the same waste paper processing apparatus.

When processing particularly thick or hard paper as waste paper, as shown in FIG. 9, a fixed amount feeding member 67 having only a stopper portion 8a is provided.
So that it is located outside the outer peripheral surface of Since the leading end of the thick paper is hard to bend, the leading end of the waste paper 3 comes into contact with the fixed surface 7 as shown in FIG. Therefore, when crushing hard waste paper, the waste paper is properly transported toward the catching portion even if there is only one stopper portion.

In addition, PPC paper has a thickness of 0.08 m.
m, which is thin, it is desirable that the gap between the fixed amount surface 7 of the fixed amount feeding member 67 and the outer peripheral surfaces of the rotary blades 1 and 2 can be finely adjusted in units of 0.1 mm. This fine adjustment is performed by compressing the elastic member between the frame and the fixed-rate feeding member by tightening the bolt as described above.

In order to prevent waste paper from being jammed between the rotary blades during crushing, a winding prevention ring 4 is provided as shown in FIG. In the present invention, since the winding prevention ring 4 is constituted by the inner ring 5 and the outer ring 6, the function of preventing the winding of the used paper by the outer ring 6 is not impaired, and the outer ring 6 collides with the rotating shafts 51 and 52. The resulting collision noise is mitigated by the presence of the inner ring 5. And since the material of the inner ring 5 is a soft organic material, the impact noise is further reduced. In addition, the winding prevention ring 4 and the rotating shaft 5
The amount of paper chips and paper dust that enter the space between the first and second sheets is greatly reduced.

In this embodiment, the horizontal axis type waste paper processing apparatus in which the rotation axis is arranged horizontally has been described. However, the present invention can be applied to a vertical axis type waste paper processing apparatus. In this case, urging means for urging the pressing fitting in the horizontal direction is required. Further, in a large-sized waste paper processing apparatus, the number of inner rings is increased to triple or quadruple in the radial direction to further reduce noise and prevent paper powder from entering the inner ring. be able to.

As can be seen from the above description, according to the used paper processing apparatus according to the first and second aspects, both the rotary blade having a deep and a shallow rotary blade are fixed to the rotary shaft. Both the disadvantages of the rotary blade, that the impact is caused by the tip of the waste paper being caught between the rotary blade and the stopper, and that only a perforated hole is formed during crushing, are eliminated. However, only the advantage that the transfer and the crushing of the used paper are performed smoothly remains.
